The presence of plants around us has many benefits, including reducing stress and creating positive energy in the work environment. But in the current worrying situation that has involved all people and organizations, it has become difficult to pay attention to the environment and the conditions of their maintenance and handling. On the other hand, maintaining plants and determining the optimal conditions for their maintenance requires a lot of time, money and knowledge. The Internet of Things creates a digital identity for all objects and collects information with its sensors and shares this information with appropriate objects and people at any time and place so that necessary actions can be taken; Therefore, the use of Internet of Things in the green library can solve the problem of people's time and knowledge in maintaining and creating a green and fresh environment and be effective in its potential and actual mission. To identify the applications of Internet of Things for the growth and maintenance of plants in the green library. In this research, documentary and library methods were used to collect and complete information. In the research, the use of Internet of Things in the green library has been discussed to determine the various components of plants, and at the end, the advantages and challenges of the implementation of the Internet of Things in the green library have been pointed out. The Internet of Things actually provides the best conditions for plants, the least damage to the environment while causing the least damage to library resources and users, but still, its implementation has challenges such as cost, lack of sufficient knowledge, interference, reliability, security and privacy, and insufficient network coverage and low internet speed.

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of modern information and communication technologies and digital equipments on crime control and prevention in police stations. This research is one of the qualitative researches that its data was collected through semi-structured qualitative interviews with experts in the field of information technology and crime prevention. The number of participants in the research process was determined basically by theoretical saturation principle and they were selected using the Purposive sampling method. After being converted into text, Data were classified and coded and were analyzed using Atlas.ti qualitative content analysis software.In the advanced countries of the world, the use of new information technology in police stations has made the police successful in preventing crime and reducing the occurrence of crime, and has brought people's satisfaction. The most important effects of using information technology on crime prevention in police stations; Improving accuracy, speed and quality in providing services, making correct decisions, increasing people's satisfaction and productivity in crime prevention (crime reduction), which are the main factors in improving effectiveness, relative advantage and efficiency in police stations. The basic use of information technology in police stations by reducing physical interactions, costs and focusing the structure of the organization through the elimination of additional processes in carrying out missions and increasing the speed, accuracy and quality in predicting and controlling crimes; It leads to the effective prevention of crime in society and increases people's trust in the police.

The research was conducted with the aim of identifying the components and indicators of voluntary activity in public libraries. The research method in the current study was qualitative content analysis, and the statistical population was the content of 17 websites of selected public libraries in the world. The findings showed that the voluntary services provided in public libraries; They are: welcoming and answering the general questions of visitors, loaning and returning books, preparing crafts for children, cooperating in creating and decorating the library on various occasions, registering members and renewing membership cards, cooperating in the implementation of ceremonies and competitions, stories. As if for children, answering the questions of researchers. The criteria for recruiting and evaluating volunteer services in public libraries are: interest in books and reading; having sufficient opportunity to provide voluntary services; Relevancy of education degree and employment records; relative familiarity with the library and its resources; The methods of providing voluntary services in terms of time and place are: providing voluntary services in the library in person, providing voluntary services outside the library in person, providing services virtually and at different times.The components and indicators of the model of providing voluntary services in public libraries are: individual and internal factors, organizational factors, sociological components, legal components, government policies, non-governmental organizations. The presence of volunteers in an official and consistent manner in public libraries does not have a significant history. Also, a significant part of the volunteering activities that are done for libraries is done with the traditional method that requires the presence of volunteers in the library. Although the presence of volunteers in the library can have many benefits for libraries and volunteers; However, there are obstacles and challenges in this field, including the provision of necessary facilities and equipment for volunteers and the provision of services during the library's limited working hours. These problems and challenges force the management of libraries to adopt methods to prepare the platform of virtual space for voluntary activities. Also, according to the need of library members to receive information at any place and at any time, the use of virtual space has become a necessity for libraries. On the other hand, librarians and library managers have realized that in order to compete with information providers, they have to leave the library environment. It empowers library managers to lead the society towards books and reading by introducing and providing services.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the public roles of Mashhad in promoting the library's cultural identity and developing the social culture of users. This research is of a descriptive-survey type and is considered practical in terms of purpose. To achieve the mentioned goal, five sub-questions and one main question were considered. The statistical population of this research is all the members of Mashhad public libraries who were members in these libraries in 1402, the number of these members was 408,594, which was determined using Morgan's table and 400 people were determined by the available sampling method. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The content of the questionnaire includes two sections of demographic and specialized questions, which consists of 38 questions. A five-point Likert scale was used to answer the questions. After collecting the necessary data and information through the questionnaire, data analysis was done on two descriptive and inferential levels using SPSS and EXCEL software. The results showed that the effectiveness of public libraries in Mashhad in promoting the cultural identity and developing the social culture of users is at the average level with a mean of 2.95 and a standard deviation of 0.8. Also, the average values of other questions evaluate the role of public libraries of Mashhad in expanding social culture with an average of 2.99, cultural and social education with an average of 3.01, and expanding cultural and social exchanges with an average of 2.97. Through the identified components, the impact of public libraries on the development of social culture, cultural and social education, and the development of cultural and social exchanges at the medium level, and the effectiveness of the librarians of these libraries in strengthening the cultural identity and the development of the social culture of the users were assessed as weak from the members' point of view. It is expected that the institution of public libraries, as the supervisor of these affairs, will contribute more efforts to the librarians.

The current research was conducted with the aim of studying social computer technologies in knowledge alignment in public libraries of Semnan province. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical and correlational survey method has been used. The statistical population of the general research is the librarians working in the public libraries of Semnan province in 1402, using the simple random sampling method and based on the Kargesi Morgan table, 162 of them were selected as the sample size, and 150 questionnaires were delivered. A questionnaire was also used to collect information. Also from S. P. S. S was used. The results of the research show that the components of knowledge alignment (attitude, mental norms, perceived behavioral control, willingness to share knowledge and knowledge sharing behavior) and the facilities and services of knowledge alignment of Telegram and WhatsApp are in a favorable condition from the point of view of the librarians of Semnan province. The variable of subjective norms can play an effective role in predicting the tendency to align knowledge. Both factors of willingness to share knowledge (β=0.727, p=0.0005<0.05) and control beliefs (β=0.181, p=0.05<0.002) affect knowledge sharing behavior. It was concluded that, among the independent variables, only the knowledge alignment facilities and services variable (β=0.215, p>0.05) has an effective role in predicting mental norms. The variable of knowledge alignment facilities and services (β=0.182, p>0.05) also has an effective role in predicting knowledge alignment (total).

The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of survey method. The statistical population includes 50 users of information and digital environments, who were selected as an available sample and in a simple non-random way, and the researcher-made questionnaire with 30 questions was distributed among them, and finally 44 questionnaires were collected. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to check the reliability of the questionnaire, which is equal to 0.937. In order to measure the validity of the said questionnaire using the method of internal consistency of construct validity, the results of the correlation coefficient between each of the questions of the components were significant at the error level of less than 0.01, which shows that the said questionnaire has high construct validity. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (univariate t-test) were used using SPSS software. In other words, the satisfaction of users and the increase in the audience of digital information, as well as the review of web page feedback by researchers in recent years, led to a gradual balance between the visual appeal and functionality of the pages, and rules for their design were formed under It is known as user experience. In the meantime, creating a suitable visual environment for communicating with users, and user interface environments and user experience design has become one of the most important parts of digital information media. Information is provided to the end users of this information through the Internet and web sites (World Wide Web) and search engines. on the other hand, the current research aims to know how much the correct management of digital information can affect the user interface environment and career experience in order to guide users to their desired information environment, according to the components of information management and user research. Thus, according to the goal, the problem of the said research is that, simultaneously with the production and distribution of digital and electronic information on the world wide web, how can information be placed and arranged with the help of user research components (user interface and user experience) managed in such a way that it is accessible to users and the final audience of information in a satisfactory way. Since information technologies and digital data have quickly confronted users with the complexities of interacting with technological and electronic spaces, based on this complexity and the type of interactions, there is a need to develop methods to better understand the audience. And responding correctly to their inner and sensory needs during a research process. The role of digital information management in application research from the point of view of end users is significantly higher than the average and digital information management has played a role in application research to a large extent (63%).
