Technology and skills development have been adapted.According to the findings, it is concluded that the collaborative model for implementing digital libraries in open distance and digital education (ODDE) can ensure that digital libraries are jointly designed, which leads to wider adoption and use in open distance and digital education. Also, digital libraries can increase the sense of cooperation and culture of knowledge sharing to improve learning and teaching and communication between learners and teachers. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررســی پژوهش‌های مرتبط با کتابخانه‌های دیجیتالی و خدمات آموزش از راه دور و دیجیتال برای شناسایی مسائل اساسی این حوزه و معرفی مدل مرجع کتابخانه دیجیتال برای توسعه یک مدل مشارکتی در کتابخانه‌های دیجیتال است. روش‌ پژوهش از نوع مروری است که با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده و در پایگاه‌های انگلیسی و فارسی مقالاتی که با این محوریت بوده‌اند، موردمطالعه قرارگرفته‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که سه مفهوم اصلی خط‌مشی، محتوا و معماری، عوامل حیاتی موفقیت برای پیاده‌سازی کتابخانه‌های دیجیتال در آموزش باز از راه دور و دیجیتال در نظر گرفته می‌شود که به عنوان برنامه ریزی استراتژیک و توسعه سیاست، محتوای دیجیتال و خدمات اطلاعاتی، و زیرساخت های فناوری و توسعه مهارت ها تطبیق داده شده اند. با توجه به یافته‌ها نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود که مدل مشارکتی برای پیاده‌سازی کتابخانه‌های دیجیتال در آموزش باز از راه دور و دیجیتال (ODDE) می‌تواند تضمین کند که کتابخانه‌های دیجیتال به‌طور مشترک طراحی‌شده‌اند که منجر به پذیرش و استفاده گسترده‌تر در آموزش باز از راه دور و دیجیتال می‌شود. همچنین کتابخانه‌های دیجیتالی می‌توانند برای بهبود امر یادگیری و آموزش و ارتباط بین یادگیرندگان و آموزش‌دهندگان به افزایش حس همکاری و فرهنگ اشتراک دانش بپردازد. https://lib.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_10458_b021b75c92839ac70ed1827c5c0a55b8.pdf
