دانشگاه پیام نور پژوهش های کتابخانه های دیجیتالی و هوشمند 2383-1049 3 1 2016 05 21 The Measurement of Application of Knowledge Management Items in General Inspectorate Organization of Iran سنجش میزان به کارگیری مؤلفه‌های مدیریت دانش در سازمان بازرسی کل کشور 69 76 3988 FA محمدمهدی دوالی مربی. مدیریت دولتی، دانشگاه پیام نور، ایران Journal Article 2016 07 30 Purpose: The main purpose of present study is to measure the application of knowledge management in General Inspectorate Organization of Iran so as to examine the preparedness of organization to establish and apply knowledge management items (1-data collection, 2-knowledge mining, 3-shaping and storage of knowledge, 4-knowledge distribution and sharing, 5-updating of knowledge). <br />Methodology: The present study is a descriptive survey. For data-collected, the researcher’s questionnaire developed based on Lin and Tsering’s model is used. The stability of questionnaire is obtained in pre-test and through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0. 90) while its validity is verified based on face validity by university experts and professors. The statistical population of present study includes 621 individuals and the statistical sample, as determined through Cochran’s formula, is 201 individuals. The return rate of questionnaire form is 94 percent. <br />Findings: Through analysis of hypotheses at two descriptive and inferential levels, it one may suggest that with exception of knowledge distribution and sharing, the use of other knowledge management items in General Inspectorate Organization of Iran was more than average. <br />Conclusion: The results suggest a deep understanding of organizational employees of knowledge management. In addition, the conditions for implementation of knowledge management in General Inspectorate Organization of Iran are satisfied هدف: هدف اصلی تحقیق، سنجش میزان استفاده از مؤلفه‌های مدیریت دانش در سازمان بازرسی کل کشور می‌باشد که به منظور بررسی میزان آمادگی سازمان جهت استقرار و به­کارگیری مؤلفه‌های مدیریت دانش (1- جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، 2- استخراج دانش، 3- شکل‌دهی و ذخیره دانش، 4- انتشار و به اشتراک گذاشتن دانش، 5- بهنگام نمودن دانش) صورت گرفته است.<br /> روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی –پیمایشی می‌باشد که برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که بر اساس مدل یوچنگ لین و پینگ تسرینگ تهیه گردید استفاده شده که پایایی پرسشنامه از روش پیش آزمون و با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (90/0) بدست آمد و روایی آن از طریق روایی صوری توسط خبرگان و اساتید محترم دانشگاه تعیین شد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل 621 نفر و حجم نمونه آماری که توسط فرمول کوکران محاسبه شده 201 نفر و نرخ بازگشت پرسشنامه 94% بوده است.<br /> یافته‌ها: با تحلیل فرضیات در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی مشخص گردید به غیر از مؤلفه انتشار و به اشتراک گذاشتن دانش که معنادار نمی‌باشد در بقیه موارد میزان استفاده از مؤلفه‌های مدیریت دانش در سازمان بازرسی بالاتر از حد میانگین می‌باشد.<br /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان‌دهنده درک عمیق کارکنان سازمان از مدیریت دانش می‌باشد و همچنین بیانگر آن می‌باشد که زمینه‌ها و شرایط لازم جهت اجرا و به­کارگیری مدیریت دانش در سازمان بازرسی کل کشور فراهم می‌باشد https://lib.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3988_129012ced230d6651e815cb9fb53ae91.pdf
