Sample size, based on Cochran's C Test is 336 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data questionnaire are collected by Houghton & Christopher's effectiveness of managers style's, Abedi's creativity questionnaire and Whetten and Cameron's psychological empowerment questionnaire that is used after assessment of their validity and reliability and insurance. To study the relationship between the variables of the study, the Pearson correlation coefficient is used. Also, to test the general model, structural equation modeling is used. <br /><strong>Findings:</strong> The results showed that the components of the effectiveness of the manager's styles- prescriptive, empowering and self-leadership styles have significant relations with the creativity and empowerment of the students. <br /><strong>Conclusion:</strong> In addition, the results of structural equation modeling showed that the students' creativity play a mediatory role in the relationship between the empowering effectiveness style and managers' self-direction with students' psychological empowerment <strong>هدف</strong><strong>:</strong> پژوهش حاضر به بررسی سبک‌‌های اثربخشی مدیران در ایجاد خلاقیت و ارتباط‌سنجی آن با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی می‌پردازد.<br /> <strong>روش­شناسی:</strong> جامعة آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر ناحیه یک استان البرز به تعداد 2750 نفر است. حجم نمونة آماری براساس فرمول کوکران 336 نفر برآورد و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه سبک‌های اثربخشی مدیران هاوتون و کرستوفر، پرسشنامه خلاقیت عابدی و پرسشنامه توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی وتن و کمرون است که پس از سنجش روایی و پایایی و اطمینان در اختیار نمونة آماری قرار گرفت. برای بررسی رابطة بین متغیرهای تحقیق از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. همچنین برای آزمون مدل کلی تحقیق از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است.<br /> <strong>یافته­ ها:</strong> نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مؤلفه‌های سبک‌های اثربخشی مدیران یعنی سبک دستوری، توانمند ساز و خودرهبری با خلاقیت و توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی دانش آموزان رابطة معنی‌داری وجود دارد.<br /> <strong>بحث و نتیجه ­گیری:</strong> نتایج حاصل از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که خلاقیت دانش‌آموزان در رابطة بین سبک اثربخشی توانمندساز و خودرهبری مدیران با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان نقش واسطه‌گری ایفا می‌کند. https://lib.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4693_1b64203bdfe5e15a9aab0c22123bb5b8.pdf
