Journal Article 2017 03 17 Purpose: Because according to emotional intelligence and creativity play an important role in education, it is involved in the educational system according to the nurturing and development of creativity in the mind. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity is based on personality traits. <br />Methodology: The research is descriptive and correlational study population consisted of all high schools in the region Third in Tehran who were selected by random sampling of 240 Person. The data Schutte EI scale test (ELS), Creativity Test (CREE) and test measuring personality (FFM) is. For data analysis descriptive statistics, regression and Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results show that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity. The Features personality, extraversion, openness to experience, conscientiousness and emotional intelligence were correlated. The regression results indicate that the variable duty is the greatest impact on emotional intelligence. <br />Findings: The results of this study showed that in the first hypothesis of social consciousness by a factor beta (0.392) and the second hypothesis extroversion factor beta (0.549) have the greatest impact on creativity. The third hypothesis self-control by a factor beta (0.698) among the components of emotional intelligence on personality characteristics have the greatest impact. <br />Conclusion: The findings show that emotional intelligence, creativity and personality dimensions Tehran University students, there is a significant relationship. Also there was a significant relationship between personality and creativity. هدف: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی سنجش ارتباط بین هوش هیجانی و میزان خلاقیت براساس ویژگی‌های شخصیتی دانشجویان کتابخانه مرکزی دانشگاه تهران می‌پردازد.<br /> روش­شناسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی دانشجویان عضو در کتابخانه مرکزی دانشگاه تهران بوده که افراد از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، آزمون مقیاس هوش هیجانی شات (ELS)، آزمون سنجش خلاقیت (CREE) و آزمون سنجش شخصیتی (FFM) می‌باشد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شده است.<br /> یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد در فرضیه اول هوشیاری اجتماعی با ضریب بتای (392/0) و در فرضیه دوم برون‌گرایی با ضریب بتای (549/0) بیشترین تأثیر را در میزان خلاقیت دارند. همچنین در فرضیه سوم خودکنترلی با ضریب بتای (698/0) در میان مؤلفه‌های هوش هیجانی بر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی بیشترین تأثیر را داشته است.<br /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بین هوش هیجانی، خلاقیت و ابعاد شخصیتی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین بین ابعاد شخصیتی و خلاقیت ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده شد https://lib.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4812_f587ab3faf9041b9076e8cb1d6d3fc80.pdf
