دانشگاه پیام نور پژوهش های کتابخانه های دیجیتالی و هوشمند 2383-1049 3 4 2017 02 19 Performance Evaluation of Libraries in PNU -Qom branch- using SWOT model ارزیابی عملکرد کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه پیام نور واحد قم براساس مدل SWOT 107 126 4815 FA سعید غفاری استادیار گروه علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی، دانشگاه پیام نور، تهران، ایران Journal Article 2018 01 02 Purpose: The goal of performance evaluation is one of the most important strategic processes that measures the extent to which each organization,s goals and programs are realized and is one of the effective ways in which it can be used to evaluate the performance of the swot matiix payment. Methodology: This applied research is a descriptive study. The statical population includes 272 users of librarians and library, librarians of payame noor in Qom province. In this study, three questionnaires have been used for managers and librarias. <br />Findings: Descriptive statistice were used to describe each of the variables used in the library,s research and function from the point of view of librarians and managers as well as the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of libraries from the disappearance of the strategy swot usage and evaluation table were analyzed. <br />Results: In general study managers believe that the libraries of this university are largly%57. The library users of the payame noor university of Qom are largely statisfied%59 with the services offered. But general,users are less satisfied the performance of libraries%45. The most important reason for users dissatisfaction with library libraries at Payame Noor University of Qom is the lack of proper librarianship. The result s of the study of the use of information technology in libraries of Payame Noorv University of Qom showed that the yse of information technology in this library is largely%68. <strong>هدف:</strong> ارزیابی عملکرد یکی از مهم‌ترین فرایندهای راهبردی است که میزان تحقق اهداف و برنامه‌های هر سازمان را مشخص کرده و یکی از روش‌های مؤثر که می‌توان بوسیله آن به ارزیابی عملکرد پرداخت ماتریس SWOT می‌باشد.<br /> روش شناسی: تحقیق حاضر کاربردی نوع مطالعه پیمایشی – توصیفی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل 272 نفر ازکاربران، مدیران کتابخانه‌ها و کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه پیام نور استان قم می‌باشد و در پژوهش حاضر، از 3 پرسشنامه مربوط به کاربران، مدیران و کتابداران استفاده شده است.<br /> یافته‌ها: از آمار توصیفی در توصیف هریک از متغیرهای بکار رفته در پژوهش و عملکرد کتابخانه‌ها از دیدگاه کتابداران و مدیران و همچنین میزان استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات استفاده شد و درنهایت به منظور بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف و فرصت و تهدید کتابخانه‌ها از ماتریس استراتژی SWOT استفاده و جدول ارزیابی مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br /> بحث و نتیجه‌‌گیری: از نظر مدیران میزان عملکرد کتابخانه‌های این دانشگاه تاحد زیادی (57 درصد) می‌باشد. کاربران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه تا حد زیادی (59 درصد) از خدمات ارائه شده رضایت دارند اما به‌طور کلی کاربران از عملکرد کتابخانه‌ها به میزان کمتری (45 درصد) رضایت دارند. مهم ترین دلیل عدم رضایت کابران از کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه پیام نور واحد قم از عدم پاسخگویی مناسب کتابداران می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی میزان استفاده از فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه پیام نور قم، نشان داد میزان استفاده ازفناوری‌های اطلاعاتی دراین کتابخانه‌ها تا حد زیادی (68 درصد) می‌باشد. https://lib.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4815_fd908bb5c335380c036c6ed6f69d337b.pdf
