		<Abstract>&lt;strong&gt;Introduction  &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;                                 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The present study aims to examine the utilization of electronic resources through artificial intelligence, focusing on students majoring in Jurisprudence and Law at Payame Noor University of Qom&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Methodology&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This research is applied in nature and conducted using a descriptive and analytical method. The statistical population consisted of 90 students from Payame Noor University of Qom who were engaged in various organizational activities. In this study, the sampling method was random sampling, and based on Cochran’s formula, a sample size of 70 participants was determined. The data collection tools included Chen et al.’s (2022) Artificial Intelligence Questionnaire and Abdikhodaei’s (2008) Academic Achievement Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts, and their reliability was verified by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient — 0.87 for the Artificial Intelligence Questionnaire and 0.91 for the Academic Achievement Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Pearson’s correlation test with SPSS software.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Findings&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; The findings indicated that artificial intelligence management (r = 0.811), AI-based decision-making (r = 0.866), AI infrastructure (r = 0.876), AI skills (r = 0.901), and AI inclination (r = 0.902) had significant impacts on the use of electronic resources among students majoring in Jurisprudence at Payame Noor University of Qom in the context of artificial intelligence.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Discussion and Conclusion&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This research, by utilizing organized and classified information through artificial intelligence, can contribute to enhancing electronic resources in terms of infrastructural and skill-related aspects for students of Jurisprudence at Payame Noor University of Qom. It can also serve as a valuable reference for future studies in this field.&lt;br /&gt;Artificial intelligence will transform the traditional university in the future. Proper education and teaching methods can enhance students’ talents, whereas improper education may have disastrous consequences. In the field of education, AI tools based on machine learning can be applied to various tasks such as monitoring student activities and developing models that accurately predict student outcomes (Lan, Lan et al., 2020).&lt;br /&gt;The academic progress of students, influenced by virtual environments and artificial intelligence technologies, has become an important and noteworthy issue. Nowadays, virtual&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;platforms are recognized as effective tools for learning and information exchange that can contribute to improving the quality of education in this discipline. By utilizing AI-based tools, students can access rich scientific resources and benefit from various opportunities such as online classes, discussion groups, and educational software (Miller, 2022).&lt;br /&gt;These technologies enable students to learn and conduct research remotely, anytime and anywhere. Furthermore, artificial intelligence can facilitate the process of analyzing and interpreting jurisprudential texts, assisting students in developing new perspectives within their academic studies. Consequently, this process not only enhances students’ scientific levels but may also bring about transformations in teaching and learning methods within the field of Jurisprudence and Fundamentals of Law.&lt;br /&gt;Overall, the impact of virtual space and artificial intelligence on the academic progress of Jurisprudence and Law students at Payame Noor University of Qom can be examined from different perspectives, and this can lead to improved teaching quality and the enhancement of their academic performance.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Research Methodology&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This research, in terms of purpose, is applied and has been conducted using a descriptive–analytical method. The statistical population consisted of 90 students from Payame Noor University of Qom who are engaged in various organizational activities. In this study, the sampling method was random sampling, and according to Cochran’s formula, a sample of 70 participants was obtained. The data collection tools included the Academic Achievement Questionnaire by Abdikhodaei (2008) containing 10 items, and the Artificial Intelligence Questionnaire by Chen et al. (2022). The AI questionnaire comprised five dimensions: &lt;strong&gt;AI &lt;/strong&gt;Management, AI-Based Decision-Making, AI Infrastructure, AI Skills, and AI Inclination.&lt;br /&gt;Review of Research Findings:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Overall, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed into a powerful tool in daily life. With its numerous capabilities and applications, this technology is poised to create significant advancements and changes across various social and economic challenges in the future. Thanks to continuous progress in AI, this technology is rapidly improving and developing. As research continues and investment in this field increases, its role in society and across different industries is expected to expand considerably.&lt;br /&gt;In the review of similar studies, it was concluded that the research conducted by Amirsardari and Goudarzi (1402) shows a direct and significant relationship. This current study is also aligned with the findings of Fallah (1402) and Kheir (1403). Furthermore, the present research is consistent with international studies, such as those by Chen et al. (2022), Peng et al. (2022), and Warner &amp; Sloan (2021), as each of these studies recognizes AI and its underlying infrastructures as a novel and effective pathway for developing activities and operations. Moreover, this research established that AI has revolutionized the field of education and the method of knowledge acquisition for students, thereby enhancing their learning experiences. Through the use of Machine Learning algorithms, AI possesses the ability to adapt to the individual needs of each student, providing personalized learning experiences that cater to their unique requirements. One of the most crucial advantages of AI in university settings and the educational system generally is the improvement of individual learning quality for every student. In the past, the effort was focused on ensuring all students absorbed educational materials at the same pace.</Abstract>
			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">پژوهش‌ حاضر با هدف بررسی استفاده از منابع الکترونیکی با بهره‌گیری از هوش مصنوعی، مطالعه موردی: دانشجویان رشته فقه و حقوق  دانشگاه پیام نور قم  است. این‌ پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است‌ و به روش توصیفی و تحلیل انجام گرفت. جامعه‌ آماری شامل‌ 90 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور قم بود که‌ در بخش‌های مختلف‌ سازمان مشغول به‌ فعالیت‌ بودند. در این‌ پژوهش‌ روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع نمونه‌گیری تصادفی‌ و براساس فرمول کوکران 70 نفر به دست‌ آمد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ هوش مصنوعی‌ چن‌ و همکاران (٢٠٢٢) و پرسشنامه‌ پیشرفت علمی‌ عبدخدایی‌ (١٣٨٧) بود. روایی‌ پرسشنامه‌ها به‌ کمک‌ متخصصان‌ تأیید و پایایی‌ پرسشنامه‌ها به‌ کمک‌ ضریب‌ آلفا کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه‌ هوش مصنوعی‌ برابر 87/٠ و برای پرسشنامه‌ پیشرفت علمی‌ برابر 91/٠ به‌ دست‌ آمد. تحلیل‌ داده‌ها براساس آزمون‌های ضریب‌ همبستگی‌ پیرسون به‌ کمک‌ نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد مدیریت‌ هوش مصنوعی‌811/0، تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی‌ بر هوش مصنوعی866/0‌، زیرساخت‌های هوش مصنوعی876/0‌، مهارت‌های هوش مصنوعی‌901/0 و تمایل‌ به‌ هوش مصنوعی 902/0‌ بر استفاده از منابع الکترونیکی دانشجویان رشته فقه دانشگاه پیام نور قم در بستر هوش مصنوعی تأثیرگذار است. این پژوهش با استفاده از اطلاعات منسجم و دسته‌بندی شده با به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند در ارتقای منابع الکترونیکی از نظر زیرساختی و مهارتی دانشجویان رشته فقه دانشگاه پیام نور قم مؤثر و همچنین مرجعی برای مطالعات آینده در این حوزه مفید باشد.</OtherAbstract>

		<Abstract>&lt;strong&gt;Introduction&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In today’s knowledge-driven environment, the ability to access, organize, and retrieve information efficiently is a cornerstone of academic research and professional decision-making. Information architecture (IA), which encompasses the systematic design and organization of information, directly affects how users interact with databases and retrieve relevant content. Scientific databases, as repositories of peer-reviewed research and scholarly content, must offer a coherent and user-friendly IA to ensure that information can be located accurately and promptly. Noormags, a leading Iranian scientific database, provides extensive access to scholarly articles across various disciplines, serving students, researchers, and faculty members nationwide. Despite its widespread use, a comprehensive assessment of Noormags’ IA from the perspective of specialists in Information Science and Knowledge Studies has not been conducted. Evaluating IA in such scientific databases is crucial for identifying strengths, uncovering weaknesses, and suggesting improvements to enhance both usability and information retrieval efficiency. This study aims to systematically evaluate the IA of Noormags, focusing on its navigation and search systems, through the insights of domain experts. Specifically, the research examines the effectiveness of global, general, and auxiliary navigation systems, as well as search interface, search space, advanced search, and search query functionalities. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Methodology&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A descriptive-analytical research design was employed to evaluate Noormags’ IA from the perspective of 66 specialists in Information Science and Knowledge Studies. The research population included 81 faculty members from public universities across Iran, and 66 fully completed responses were collected following random sampling based on Cochran’s formula. Data were gathered using a 43-item questionnaire developed by Sajadi (1400), which measures participants’ perceptions of navigation and search system components on a five-point Likert scale. The content validity of the instrument was confirmed through the collective judgment of specialists in the field of Information Science and Knowledge Studies, and reliability was established through Cronbach’s alpha, which yielded a high score of 0.936, indicating excellent internal consistency. . Data collection was conducted through digital forms, facilitating convenience and accuracy, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS for descriptive and inferential statistics. Means, standard deviations, t-tests, and Friedman tests were applied to assess differences and relationships among the components of IA, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of navigation and search systems. Ethical considerations were strictly adhered to, including obtaining informed consent and guaranteeing the confidentiality of all participants.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Findings&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; The demographic characteristics of the participants were carefully examined to provide insight into the composition of the research sample. Among the 66 participants, 41 individuals (62.01%) were female, and 25 participants (37.09%) were male. Regarding academic rank, 24 participants (36.04%) were associate professors, 16 participants (24.02%) were instructors, 16 participants (24.02%) were assistant professors, and 10 participants (15.02%) held the rank of full professor. These data reflect a diverse sample in terms of both gender and academic rank, ensuring that the perspectives captured in this study are representative of various subgroups within the target population.&lt;br /&gt;Evaluating the navigation systems revealed that the general navigation system received the highest mean score of 3.60 (t=12.283, p&lt;0.001), followed by the global navigation system with a mean of 3.42 (t=11.119, p&lt;0.001) and the auxiliary navigation system at 3.19 (t=3.001, p=0.004). These results indicate that Noormags’ general and global navigation features are effective in facilitating users’ access to information, while auxiliary navigation shows moderate effectiveness and potential areas for improvement.For the search system, the advanced search functionality was rated highest with a mean of 3.67 (t=12.502, p&lt;0.001), demonstrating its critical role in supporting precise information retrieval. The search interface scored a mean of 3.51 (t=6.683, p&lt;0.001), the system review function 3.49 (t=10.266, p&lt;0.001), sorting capabilities 3.48 (t=6.787, p&lt;0.001), search space 3.46 (t=8.508, p&lt;0.001), and search query 3.30 (t=4.127, p&lt;0.001). These scores indicate that while all components of the search system contribute positively to user experience, advanced search and interface elements are particularly strong, whereas search query features may require optimization to fully meet users’ expectations.&lt;br /&gt;When analyzing the combined effectiveness of navigation and search systems, a mean score of 3.57 (t=11.028, p&lt;0.001) was observed, reflecting that the integrated design of these systems supports accurate and efficient information retrieval. The overall IA evaluation yielded a mean of 3.47 (t=11.410, p&lt;0.001), indicating high functionality and effectiveness. Statistical analyses using Friedman tests confirmed significant differences among IA components, with χ²=411.96 for overall IA impact and χ²=118.241 for navigation systems (p&lt;0.001), demonstrating that some elements, particularly general navigation and advanced search, are more influential in improving user experience than others.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Discussion and Conclusion&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The overall analysis indicates that Noormags’ information architecture (IA) demonstrates satisfactory efficiency and effectiveness, playing a positive role in facilitating access, enhancing retrieval accuracy, and improving research productivity for expert users. The significance of the statistical test results and the overall mean of 3.47 confirm that the database’s information structure, at a macro level, aligns with the expectations of the academic community and largely fulfills the fundamental objectives of IA, namely efficiency and ease of access.&lt;br /&gt;Analytically, the findings reveal that Noormags’ success primarily relies on the effective design of “general navigation” and “advanced search”—components that, through clear pathways, logical content organization, and precise definition of search scope, provide a coherent and reliable user experience. This integration of navigation and search has shortened, structured, and focused the information retrieval process, enabling users to make more accurate and informed research decisions.&lt;br /&gt;At the same time, the analysis shows that “auxiliary navigation” and “search query” components have not yet reached an optimal level, revealing a significant gap between the actual needs of expert users and the current capabilities of these sections. Deficiencies such as weak visual guidance, insufficient structuring of secondary content, and the lack of intelligent search functionalities, although not critically hindering the system’s performance at present, could become major challenges in the future as information volumes grow and research needs become more complex.&lt;br /&gt;Overall, the findings indicate that Noormags’ IA performs well in terms of functionality, user experience, and alignment with expert user needs. However, maintaining and enhancing this status requires targeted improvements in weaker components. Emphasizing the enhancement of auxiliary navigation and the implementation of smarter search query processes can complement existing strengths, ensure the long-term efficiency of this scientific database, and better prepare it to meet future developments in scholarly information retrieval.</Abstract>
			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">چکیده&lt;br /&gt;این پژوهش به ارزیابی معماری اطلاعاتی پایگاه علمی نورمگز از دیدگاه متخصصان علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی می‌پردازد. هدف تحقیق شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف معماری اطلاعاتی در بخش‌های مختلف این پایگاه، شامل سیستم‌های پیمایش سراسری، عمومی و کمکی و همچنین سیستم جستجو شامل رابط جستجو، فضای جستجو و جستجوی پیشرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 81 نفر از اعضای هیئت‌علمی رشته علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی در دانشگاه‌های دولتی ایران بوده است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 67 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه‌ای با طیف پنج‌گزینه‌ای لیکرت که ابعاد مختلف معماری اطلاعاتی شامل سیستم‌های پیمایش و جستجو را ارزیابی می‌کند، جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS برای تحلیل‌های آماری و Excel برای محاسبات تکمیلی مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که سیستم‌های پیمایش و جستجوی پیشرفته در نورمگز با میانگین بالاتر از 3، از کارایی مطلوبی برخوردار بوده و تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر دسترسی به اطلاعات دارند. به‌ویژه، سیستم جستجوی پیشرفته و پیمایش عمومی با نتایج دقیق و مرتب، تجربه کاربری را بهبود بخشیده است. بااین‌حال، سیستم پیمایش کمکی و بخش پرسش‌های سیستم جستجو نیاز به بازنگری و بهبود دارند. این تحقیق می‌تواند راهکارهایی برای بهینه‌سازی ساختار و دسترسی به داده‌ها در پایگاه‌های علمی مشابه ارائه دهد.</OtherAbstract>

		<Abstract>&lt;strong&gt;Introduction&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The transformations resulting from digitalization and the expansion of cloud computing have altered the patterns of managing, preserving, and accessing information resources within organizations. In this context, archives have evolved from static structures into dynamic, network-based systems that play a key role in knowledge management and institutional memory (Brøglund, 2015; McLeod &amp; Grimley, 2018). One outcome of this evolution is the emergence of the Cloud Archive, which, relying on cloud computing architecture, enables the storage, widespread access, and integrated management of archival resources (Izmir &amp; Vijayanthi, 2022).&lt;br /&gt;Research indicates that a cloud archive is not merely a technological solution but also encompasses the managerial, legal, security, and human dimensions of organizations (Duranti, 2019; Pilen &amp; Vakhart, 2023). Neglecting data policies, intellectual property rights, and the digital competencies of employees can reduce its effectiveness (Sobczak, 2015; Aqobousham et al., 2023).&lt;br /&gt;In cultural and artistic institutions, the importance of cloud archiving is magnified, as these bodies deal with a high volume of cultural data, and cloud computing can enhance the quality of information services and user access (Damenik et al., 2020). Overall, the cloud archive is part of an organization’s digital transformation strategy and requires an understanding of the interaction between technology, management, and information policymaking (Brøklund, 2015; Duranti, 2019).&lt;br /&gt;With the expansion of information technology, access to digital versions of documents has become possible (Izadi et al., 1399 [2020/2021]). However, the speed of these changes has challenged some disciplines in achieving full adaptation (Aramaz, 1381 [2002/2003]). Researchers have proposed solutions such as utilizing cloud computing to overcome the challenges of digital archiving (Miller, 2008; Duranti, 2017; Liaghat, 1390 [2011/2012]). Users of archives within the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance also express a desire to use this technology.&lt;br /&gt;Cloud computing reduces hardware and software costs and facilitates rapid access and service expansion anytime and anywhere (Aghajani &amp; Badi’, 1403 [2024/2025]).&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Methodology&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This research is applied in terms of purpose and adopts a mixed documentary–qualitative approach, including meta-synthesis, semi-structured interviews, and thematic analysis. The participants consisted of managers and experts of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, who were selected through purposive sampling based on having six to ten years of relevant professional experience and appropriate educational background. In total, 20 experts were interviewed. Data were collected through note-taking, review of previous studies, semi-structured interviews, and thematic analysis.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Findings&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The findings indicate that cloud archives in the cultural and artistic centers of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance encompass multiple dimensions, including security management, digital capabilities and skills, copyright, strategies and objectives, service management, content and resource management, organizational digital culture, and technology management (hardware, software, and network). Analysis of experts’ perspectives reveals that some of these dimensions emerge as more prominent themes in terms of their role in the design and implementation of cloud archives, as reflected in the experts’ experiences and perceptions. Based on the interpretation of the qualitative findings, strengthening human capital, developing digital skills, employing professional digital archivists, and addressing cultural and organizational requirements play a significant role in ensuring the sustainability and effectiveness of cloud archive design.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Research Questions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What are the main dimensions (axes) and components of the Cloud Archive model?&lt;br /&gt;From the perspective of experts at the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, how can the dimensions and components of the Cloud Archive model be explained in terms of their importance and role in shaping the conceptual model?&lt;br /&gt;A study of the concepts of “Electronic Archive,” “Digital Archive,” and “Cloud Archive” in domestic and international research shows that the transformation in the archive domain is not merely technological; rather, it has led to a redefinition of the role of human factors, organizational culture, and managerial structures. Research related to “Cloud Archive” is categorized into four analytical axes: Technological and Infrastructural, Managerial and Organizational, Data Rights and Institutional Trust, and Cultural and Human Capital. Each of these points to the main questions of the present research and the design of the conceptual model for the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.&lt;br /&gt;In the Technological Axis, studies by Brøglund, Sobczak (2015), Pilen &amp; Eckhardt (2023), Izmir &amp; Vijayanthi (2022), Damenik et al. (2024), and also Khazanah et al. (1396 [2017/2018]) emphasize standardization, data security, and the overlapping of information layers in cloud environments. This collection forms the technical foundation of the Ministry of Culture’s Cloud Archive model, but it serves as a conceptual support for the managerial and cultural dimensions.&lt;br /&gt;In the Managerial Axis, Aqobousham et al. (2023) and Izadi et al. (1399, 1400 [2020/2021, 2021/2022]) explain the role of management structures, interaction, security, and infrastructure, while Aghajani &amp; Badi’ (1403 [2024/2025]) stress the importance of digital human resource management; these studies provide the theoretical basis for the Strategic Management dimension of the Cloud Archive.&lt;br /&gt;In the Data Rights and Institutional Trust Axis, Sasoubili &amp; Vencatsu (2021), Duranti (2017, 2019), Guha et al. (2016), and McLeod &amp; Grimley (2016, 2017) emphasize document authenticity, data ethics and transparency, and the role of institutional trust in the sustainability of archives, which forms the basis of the Legal-Trust dimension of the current model.&lt;br /&gt;In the Cultural Axis, research by Hashemi Banjar et al. (1400 [2021/2022]), Khademizadeh et al. (1403 [2024/2025]), and Izadi et al. (1399 [2020/2021]) identified the weakness of digital culture and training as major obstacles to the development of cloud archives, asserting that technical success cannot be sustained without a robust digital culture.&lt;br /&gt;The combination of these approaches indicates that while the technical foundation is crucial, the managerial, cultural, and institutional trust dimensions have not been sufficiently institutionalized within Iran’s archiving systems. The research gap in the present study lies in the absence of an indigenous Cloud Archive model that can simultaneously address data management, organizational culture, and trust rights. The goal is to offer an indigenous blueprint for a Cloud Archive, utilizing a hybrid approach derived from the perspectives of experts at the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.&lt;br /&gt;The present research is applied and qualitative, executed in two complementary stages:&lt;br /&gt;Stage One, employing a qualitative meta-synthesis approach, was conducted to answer the first research question (“What are the dimensions and components of a Cloud Archive?”). In this phase, through systematic searching across scientific databases (retrieving 355 documents and resulting in 21 final articles) and using content analysis with MAXQDA2022 software, after open, axial, and selective coding, eight main theoretical dimensions (such as Security Management, Digital Culture, and Technology Management) were extracted. The inter-coder agreement coefficient achieved was 0.84.&lt;br /&gt;Stage Two, aimed at answering the second question (“What are the experts’ views on the components?”), was carried out using purposive sampling of 20 experts from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. This stage utilized semi-structured interviews based on the output of the meta-synthesis stage. The data from this phase were analyzed using Thematic Analysis to leverage the experts’ interpretive insights for completing and enriching the conceptual framework. However, the final summary noted that this stage was also focused on quantitatively determining the weight and priority of the components, leading to the results of statistical analyses to solidify the conceptual structure derived from the qualitative phase.&lt;br /&gt;The research findings were initially obtained through the meta-synthesis method, which led to the preliminary identification of dimensions. Subsequently, through the thematic analysis of the qualitative interviews with the 20 experts, these dimensions were conceptually explained, deepened, and refined. This qualitative process resulted in the merging of overlapping concepts and the finalization of the theoretical framework in the form of 8 main dimensions with 49 associated components for the Cloud Archive, achieved without any statistical measurement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Paragraph 1 (Methodology Refinement):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The research began with the identification of 11 theoretical dimensions and 57 components through meta-synthesis. Subsequently, the thematic analysis of expert qualitative interviews led to the conceptual integration and refinement of these findings, reducing the final framework to 8 main dimensions with 49 components. These dimensions encompass aspects such as security management, services, content, and organizational digital culture.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Discussion and Conclusion&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the indigenous conceptual model of the Cloud Archive within the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. Initially, 11 dimensions and 57 components were extracted from the literature, which, in the second stage, were refined down to 8 dimensions and 49 components through the qualitative analysis of experts. The findings indicate that the success of this transition is dependent less on technical aspects and more on qualitative-managerial dimensions such as security, policy-making, organizational digital culture, and human skills. Consequently, the final model interprets the Cloud Archive as a managerial-cultural system.</Abstract>
			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">پژوهش حاضر، به شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های آرشیو ابری از دیدگاه خبرگان وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی می‌پردازد. روش‌شناسی این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، تلفیقی از رویکردهای سندی و کیفی (فرا‌ترکیب، مصاحبه نیمه ‌ساختار‌یافته و تحلیل مضمون) می‌باشد. خبرگان شامل مدیران و کارشناسان این وزارتخانه بودند که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با ملاک حداقل شش تا ده ‌سال سابقه کاری و تحصیلات، تعداد ۲۰ نفر از خبرگان برای مصاحبه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل یادداشت‌برداری، بررسی منابع پیشین و انجام مصاحبه‌های نیمه ‌ساختار‌یافته و تحلیل مضمون است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که آرشیو ابری در مراکز فرهنگی و هنری وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی دارای ابعاد متعددی از جمله مدیریت امنیت، توانایی‌ها و مهارت‌های دیجیتال، حق مؤلف، راهبردها و اهداف، مدیریت خدمات، مدیریت محتوا و منابع، فرهنگ دیجیتالی سازمان و مدیریت فناوری (سخت‌افزار، نرم‌افزار و شبکه) است. تحلیل دیدگاه خبرگان بیانگر آن است که برخی از این ابعاد، از نظر نقش‌آفرینی در طراحی و استقرار آرشیو ابری، به‌عنوان مضامین برجسته‌تر در تجربه و ادراک متخصصان مطرح می‌شوند. براساس تفسیر یافته‌های کیفی، تقویت سرمایه انسانی، توسعه مهارت‌های دیجیتال، به‌کارگیری آرشیویست‌های حرفه‌ای و توجه به الزامات فرهنگی و سازمانی، نقش مهمی در پایداری و اثربخشی طراحی آرشیو ابری ایفا می‌کند. مطابق نتایج پژوهش الگوی آرشیو ابری ارائه ‌شده نشان می‌دهد که برای تحقق موفقیت در این حوزه، توجه ویژه به ابعاد مدیریت امنیت، توانایی‌ها و مهارت‌های دیجیتال و فرهنگ دیجیتال سازمانی می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز رشد و پیشرفت پایدار در وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی باشد.</OtherAbstract>

		<Abstract>&lt;strong&gt;Introduction&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semantic web and linked data technologies offer transformative potential for knowledge organization in digital libraries, enabling machine-readable connections that enhance discoverability and interoperability. Virtual libraries, as major digital repositories, are ideal for implementing these technologies. However, their practical adoption, especially in contexts like Iran, faces significant challenges. These include data quality issues, metadata inconsistencies, vocabulary mismatches, structural heterogeneities, and language-specific barriers. For Persian-language resources, unique orthographic features and native subject systems further complicate semantic linking and increase error rates. Additionally, gaps exist between the sophistication of linked data systems and the skill levels of both end-users and information professionals, while user interfaces often fail to support the exploratory search that linked data enables. Prior research lacks a systematic, holistic investigation of factors affecting information retrieval from linked databases in Iranian virtual libraries. Consequently, this study aimed to identify these critical factors and develop a comprehensive conceptual model illustrating their dynamic interrelationships to provide a strategic framework for both theory and practice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Methodology &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This study employed a qualitative methodology based on the grounded theory approach by Glaser and Strauss. This interpretive, inductive paradigm was chosen for its suitability in exploring a complex phenomenon where pre-existing theory is limited, allowing theory to emerge directly from empirical data. The target population consisted of experts with substantial knowledge and experience in Information Science, Information Technology, and Computer Science. Participants were selected via purposive and theoretical sampling, with strict inclusion criteria: a minimum doctoral degree and at least five years of direct experience with linked data, digital libraries, or semantic information retrieval. Data were collected through 15 in-depth, semi-structured interviews, continuing until theoretical saturation was achieved after the twelfth interview, with three additional confirmatory interviews. Interviews focused on participants&#039; experiences, perceptions, and insights regarding enablers and barriers in linked data information retrieval. Data analysis followed the grounded theory stages of open, axial, and selective coding. Open coding involved line-by-line analysis to identify initial concepts. Axial coding refined these concepts into broader categories and subcategories, exploring their relationships. Selective coding integrated all categories into a coherent theoretical model. To ensure trustworthiness, validation techniques included member checking, peer review, detailed methodological documentation, and test-retest procedures for coding consistency.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Findings&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The rigorous analysis of the qualitative data yielded a rich and nuanced understanding of the ecosystem surrounding information retrieval from linked databases. The findings culminated in the identification of four principal, interdependent categories of factors that collectively determine the efficacy and success of the retrieval process. These categories form the pillars of the proposed conceptual model, emphasizing that optimal performance requires their synergistic integration rather than isolated optimization:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Factors&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;This dimension covers the essential infrastructure and system capabilities needed to store, process, and query linked data effectively and dependably. It consists of four key components. First, Infrastructure Stability and Performance involves critical requirements like high system availability, fast response times, strong processing power for complex queries, scalability for increasing data, and reliable backup systems. Second, Query Efficiency and Optimization focuses on the system&#039;s internal sophistication, including advanced indexing, query optimizers for efficient searches, caching for common queries, and detailed performance analysis. Third, Quality of Links to External Data is central to linked data&#039;s value, dealing with the breadth, reliability, and maintenance of connections to outside datasets—encompassing link quantity, authority, consistency, and upkeep. Fourth, Advanced Semantic Capabilities refers to intelligent system features, such as reasoning engines for drawing conclusions, support for custom inference rules, navigation of ontology structures during search, and tools like fuzzy text search.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Content Factors&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This dimension concerns the inherent quality, structure, and currency of the data within the linked database. High-quality content is vital for any effective retrieval system and includes four aspects. Data Accuracy and Correctness is the basic requirement that data be error-free, factually correct, validated before entry, and supported by user error-reporting and duplicate minimization. Semantic Richness and Depth goes beyond accuracy to involve a rich data model, featuring diverse entity relationships, detailed ontologies, deep classification systems, thorough descriptions, and varied data types like geographic or temporal information. Controlled Vocabularies involve systematic terminology management using standards such as SKOS, including synonym networks, multilingual support, selection guidance, and links to external ontologies for better interoperability. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Human and Organizational Factors&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This category emphasizes the crucial role of people, their skills, and the institutional environment that supports them. Technology and content alone are insufficient without skilled human involvement and organizational backing, divided into four elements. User&#039;s Linked Data Literacy involves the user&#039;s basic understanding of linked data concepts like entities and RDF, ability to read data visualizations, skill in forming simple queries, and knowledge of ontologies. User&#039;s Information and Subject Literacy covers broader information skills, such as clearly defining information needs, effectively using keywords, critically evaluating results, and having sufficient topic knowledge. Active Role of Librarians sees librarians shifting to key mediators, requiring deep awareness of linked data capabilities, ability to help users craft queries, leadership in training programs, and bridging user needs with technical complexity. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) Factors&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This dimension focuses on the design and functionality of the system&#039;s front-end, which directly handles all human-computer interaction. A powerful backend becomes inaccessible without an intuitive and supportive interface, defined by four characteristics. User-Friendly Design follows principles of clarity, with logical layout and navigation, responsiveness across devices, familiar visual elements, and accessibility standards for inclusivity. Advanced Search Features go beyond basic search boxes to offer tools like graphical query builders that simplify complexity, faceted filtering options, and capabilities to save, reload, and share search strategies. Results Visualization and Display takes advantage of linked data&#039;s graph nature by providing visual representations of results and their connections, alongside standard list and table views, plus mapping for spatial data and explanations for inferred results. Support and Guidance includes integrated help systems like context-sensitive assistance, pre-made query examples, chatbots or FAQs for quick solutions, and easy feedback and error-reporting channels.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Discussion and Conclusion&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The study demonstrates that effective information retrieval from linked databases is not merely a technical challenge but a complex, multi-dimensional socio-technical phenomenon. Success depends on the harmonious and dynamic integration of four inextricably linked pillars: Technical Robustness, Content Credibility, Human-Organizational Competence, and User-Centric Design. The proposed model posits that these dimensions interact systemically; weakness in any one fundamentally undermines the entire system. For example, an advanced semantic reasoner (Technical) is useless with inaccurate data (Content), and perfectly structured data (Content) is inaccessible without user literacy (Human) or a clear interface (UI/UX).</Abstract>
			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر بازیابی اطلاعات از پایگاه‌داده‌های پیوندی در کتابخانه‌های مجازی و ارائه مدلی مفهومی برای این حوزه انجام شد. روش شناسی این پژوهش به روش کیفی و با رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش را خبرگان حوزه‌های علم‌اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی، فناوری اطلاعات و علوم کامپیوتر تشکیل دادند که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و نظری و بر اساس معیارهای ورود (داشتن حداقل مدرک دکتری و سابقه پژوهشی یا اجرایی مرتبط با پایگاه‌های داده پیوندی، کتابخانه‌های دیجیتال یا بازیابی اطلاعات معنایی به مدت حداقل ۵ سال) و معیار خروج (عدم تمایل به ادامه مصاحبه یا فقدان تجربه عملی در حوزه مورد بحث) انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق ۱۵ مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان گردآوری و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. بر اساس تحلیل داده‌های کیفی، عوامل مؤثر بر بازیابی اطلاعات از پایگاه‌داده‌های پیوندی در چهار دسته اصلی شناسایی شدند: 1.عوامل فنی(پایداری و عملکرد زیرساخت، کارایی و بهینه‌سازی پرس‌وجو، کیفیت پیوند به داده‌های بیرونی و قابلیت‌های پیشرفته معنایی)؛ 2.عوامل محتوایی(دقت و صحت داده‌ها، غنا و عمق معنایی، واژه‌نامه‌های کنترل شده و تازگی و به‌روزرسانی)؛ 3.عوامل انسانی و سازمانی(سواد داده پیوندی کاربر، سواد اطلاعاتی و موضوعی کاربر، نقش فعال کتابداران و سیاست‌ها و حمایت سازمانی)؛ 4.عوامل رابط کاربری و تجربه کاربری(طراحی کاربرپسند، امکانات جستجوی پیشرفته، تجسم و نمایش نتایج و پشتیبانی و راهنمایی). در نهایت، مدلی جامع مبتنی بر تعامل این عوامل ارائه گردید. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بازیابی مؤثر اطلاعات از پایگاه‌داده‌های پیوندی در کتابخانه‌های مجازی، پدیده‌ای چندبعدی و پیچیده است که موفقیت آن در گرو توجه هم‌زمان و تعامل بین عوامل چهارگانه فنی، محتوایی، انسانی-سازمانی و رابط کاربری است. این مدل می‌تواند به‌عنوان چارچوبی راهبردی برای سیاست‌گذاران، مدیران و طراحان سیستم‌های کتابخانه‌ای در جهت بهبود زیرساخت‌ها، کیفیت محتوا، توانمندسازی کاربران و کتابداران، و طراحی رابط‌های کاربری مؤثر به کار گرفته شود.</OtherAbstract>

<ArticleTitle>The Relationship Between Digital Culture and the Success of Digital Transformation in Organizations Affiliated with the Ministry of Communications: A Mixed Study</ArticleTitle>

		<Abstract>&lt;strong&gt;Introduction&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aim The purpose of the research is to examine the relationships between the dimensions of digital culture and the success of digital transformation and to explain the extent of the impact of each dimension using the structural equation method.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Methodology &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The research applied a mixed-method descriptive-survey design. In the qualitative phase, literature review and semi-structured expert interviews were conducted to extract indicators of digital culture and transformation success. In the quantitative phase, the indicators were validated through the fuzzy Delphi method, and data were collected from managers and employees of five MCIT-affiliated organizations. Structural equation modelling using the partial least squares (PLS) method tested the conceptual model. Reliability and validity were verified through KMO, Bartlett, Cronbach’s alpha, composite reliability, and AVE tests.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Findings&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Results show that digital culture consists of three main dimensions: individual, organizational, and social culture. All have a positive and significant effect on digital transformation success, including digital resources, organizational structure, growth strategies, and performance outcomes. Organizational culture had the strongest influence among the three dimensions.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Discussion and Conclusion&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The study highlights that strengthening digital culture—especially organizational aspects such as learning, innovation, trust, and agility—is essential for successful digital transformation in governmental organizations. It recommends investing not only in technology but also in cultural development, employee training, and policy reforms to promote digital values across all levels of the ministry.</Abstract>
			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">هدف پژوهش بررسی روابط میان ابعاد فرهنگ دیجیتال و موفقیت تحول دیجیتال و تبیین میزان تأثیر هر یک از ابعاد با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری است. روش/رویکرد پژوهش: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ـ پیمایشی با رویکرد ترکیبی است. در مرحله کیفی، مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان برای استخراج مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها انجام شد. در مرحله کمی، شاخص‌های نهایی به کمک تکنیک دلفی فازی توسط خبرگان تأیید و سپس داده‌های پرسشنامه‌ای از نمونه‌ای شامل مدیران و کارکنان پنج سازمان تابعه جمع‌آوری گردید. برای آزمون مدل مفهومی از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) استفاده شد. آزمون‌های روایی و پایایی KMO، بارتلت، آلفای کرونباخ، CR  و AVE نیز انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد فرهنگ دیجیتال دارای سه بُعد است: فرهنگ فردی، فرهنگ‌سازمانی و فرهنگ اجتماعی. هر سه بُعد تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر ابعاد موفقیت تحول دیجیتال - شامل منابع دیجیتال، ساختار سازمانی، استراتژی‌های رشد و معیارهای دستیابی به اهداف - دارند. تحلیل ساختاری نشان داد که فرهنگ‌سازمانی بیشترین سهم را در تبیین موفقیت تحول دیجیتال دارد. پژوهش تأکید می‌کند که نهادینه‌سازی و تقویت فرهنگ دیجیتال (به‌ویژه فرهنگ‌سازمانی) پیش‌شرط اساسی موفقیت برنامه‌های تحول دیجیتال در سازمان‌های دولتی است؛ ازاین‌رو توصیه می‌شود سیاست‌گذاری‌ فرهنگی، آموزش مهارت‌های دیجیتال، بازنگری در سیاست‌های منابع انسانی و تدوین برنامه‌های ملی برای ترویج ارزش‌های دیجیتال در سطح وزارت اجرا شود.</OtherAbstract>

		<Abstract>The present study aims to identify the ways and methods of marketing interactive children&#039;s books in Iran and, in addition, to present a marketing model for these books.&lt;br /&gt;The present study is of an applied type and was conducted using a qualitative method. The research population consisted of active publishers of children&#039;s books in Iran, as well as experts and producers active in the field of interactive children&#039;s books. Ten cases were selected from the population using the snowball method as research samples. In the qualitative part, the interview content analysis was used to evaluate and code the interviews using Max QDA software. The findings showed that for marketing and selling interactive books in this study, using internet and digital marketing methods is the best solution, and the role of value creation, the strengths of these books in dissemination and marketing were pointed out, and their marketing weaknesses were also presented. Also, solutions were mentioned to maintain and promote the books and accelerate sales. Finally, a suitable model for marketing interactive children&#039;s books was identified.&lt;br /&gt;Interactive book publishers and producers are on the path to utilizing marketing methods. Their level of familiarity with marketing criteria and methods is moderate and they have used and implemented some methods. Interactive book publishers and producers need to be informed about marketing patterns. In this study, a marketing pattern for interactive children&#039;s books has been designed and presented.</Abstract>
			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">پژوهش حاضر در نظر دارد راه‌ها و روش‌های بازاریابی کتاب‌های تعاملی کودک را در ایران را شناسایی کند و در کنار آن، به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر بازاریابی برای این کتاب‌ها نیز بپردازد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است و با روش کیفی انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش، ناشران فعال کتاب کودک در ایران و هم‌چنین متخصصان و تولیدکنندگان فعال در زمینه تولید کتاب تعاملی کودک بودند. از بین جامعه ده مورد به روش گوله برفی به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی، از تحلیل مضامین مصاحبه برای ارزش‌گذاری از نرم‌افزار مکس کیو دی‌ای استفاده و کدگذاری انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که برای بازاریابی کتاب‌های تعاملی و فروش آن‌ها در این پژوهش، استفاده از روش‌های بازاریابی اینترنتی و دیجیتالی بهترین راهکار است و به نقش ارزش‌آفرینی نقاط قوت این کتاب‌ها در اشاعه و بازاریابی اشاره و نقاط ضعف بازاریابی آن‌ها نیز ارائه شد. هم‌چنین برای حفظ و ارتقای کتاب‌ها و تسریع در فروش راه‌کارهایی ذکر شد. در پایان الگوی مناسب برای بازاریابی کتاب تعاملی کودک شناسایی شد. ناشران و تولیدکنندگان کتاب تعاملی در مسیر حرکت به‌سوی بهره‌گیری از روش‌های بازاریابی هستند. میزان آشنایی آن‌ها با معیارها و روش‌های بازاریابی در حد متوسط است و برخی از روش‌ها را استفاده و عملیاتی کرده‌اند. ناشران و متخصصان تولیدکننده کتاب تعاملی نیاز به آگاه‌سازی درباره الگوهای بازاریابی دارند.</OtherAbstract>
