Purpose: Resistance economics is one of the most important issues facing the country, which seeks to strengthen, de-crisis and restore the existing and inefficient structures and institutions of the present economy. Therefore, the fundamental movement of the country towards knowledge of the economy and the proper implementation of knowledge management in organizations and institutions helps the country to realize this. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of designing and explaining the model of knowledge management in strengthening the fundamentals of resistance economy in banks.Methodology: The method used in this research is based on the exploratory nature of the research, the data theory of the foundation. The sampling used in this paper is cluster sampling. The main basis for collecting information is conducting in-depth interviews with scientific and academic community experts as well as experts and managers of Ansar Bank to achieve theoretical saturation. A total of 20 interviews were conducted. After collecting information, the codes for written interviews were analyzed.Findings: The results of the research that are based on the selection of open, axial and selective coding, the final model of the research show that the final model consists of six generic categories, nine sub categories and 47 main concepts.Conclusion: The results of this study revealed that the issue of the endogeneity of causal factors influencing knowledge management is in strengthening the principles of the resistive economy that will create knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing strategies for the bank, and the outcome of that development will be sustainable.

Purpose: Ontologies are an important part of the semantic web, and as ontologies are increasingly used and developed in areas such as knowledge management, information extraction and the semantic web, they need to be improved and standardized. Valuating ontologies (especially defining what constitutes a“good”or“better”ontology) is therefore of central importance for the Semantic Web community. The purpose of this article is to examine the ontology evaluation criteria and also to categorize them based on their relationship.Methodology: The present study is an analytical review and library method was used to collect data.Results: Despite much theoretical and conceptual work on ontology evaluation, there is still no consensus on ontology evaluation and it can be said that there is no method for evaluating ontology which is best or preferred. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of information security architecture in Mazandaran Public Library, based on the ISO / IEC 27002 standard.Methodology: The present research is an analytical survey and in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of the study consist of 193 librarians of the general libraries of Mazandaran. A sample of 129 people was selected through the Cochran formula. The data gathering tool is the ISO / IEC 27002 Standard Information Security Architecture, which is used in the research of Malek Allahami (2012) and includes 11 indicators and 39 components. Cronbach's alpha test was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire and the KS test was used to measure the normality of the data, then t-test was used for testing the questions and Pearson test was used for the hypotheses. To analyze the information needed for the test, statistical software 22 SPSS has been used.Results: The findings showed that the highest mean for the physical and environmental security index was 4.75, the lowest for security policy index was 2.42. According to the mentioned mean, information security in public libraries of Mazandaran province is evaluated at high level. There is also a significant difference between the implementation of the information security architecture and its components in the libraries under the ISO / IEC 27002 standard.Conclusion: The results show that managers and security managers need to consider different aspects of security in order to provide security in any information system, helping them create a secure information system and also based on People's comments can be used to assess the architectural levels of information security in the organization.

Purpose: Peer review means the process of checking the work done by referee to ensure that the work meets certain criteria. This study, with a brief description of the performance, history, scope of peer review, seeks to clarify the complex social interactions of individuals directly and indirectly involved in peer review by introducing a variety of bias studies.Methodology: The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and its content is collected through review of resources.Findings: Despite its importance to the scientific community, it is often criticized for its shortcomings. Bias is one of the shortcomings that is known about peer review. Issues such as author nationality, nationality of reviewers, publishing, interdisciplinary research, gender, organizational affiliation, author-referee dependency, etc. are effective in evaluating peer reviewers, which has produced different types of bias in peer review. Experimental findings do not provide an accurate picture of this subject.Conclusion: In the ideal world, reconciliation must be independent of the social identity of the writers and referees and the theoretical cognitive bias of the referees; and the writings must be based on originality, innovation, and impact. Because of the subjective nature of the existing peer review system, it cannot be expected that the peer review system has a high level of objectivity and will act without bias and divergence of tastes related to the cultural identities, social interests and professional and intellectual expectations of the judges. Although it is not entirely possible to eliminate bias in arbitration, understanding the types of bias involved in this practice may help to reduce bias by the referee and increase the accuracy of the match. Scientific review and empirical research in evaluating the peer review, providing ethical standards for authors, referees and editors, and peer reviewers training can be ways to improve the peer review system.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a model of knowledge transfer in Academic Growth Centers.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and it is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study includes all the professors of the growth Centre of Technician and Knowledge based Units of the Imam Hossein comprehensive University. For this purpose, 28 samples were selected as available sampling method. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was done using spss software. According to the normalization of the data, for the deductive analysis of spearman, spearman correlation test, freedman was used to rank and ultimately the regression for the effect of the effect.Findings: The results of the research that the relationship between knowledge transfer variable has the greatest impact on knowledge acquisition variable. Conclusion: Based on the proposed model, the influential factors can be observed in the three main categories of knowledge recipient, knowledge sender and feedback. The results of this study revealed that the tendency to acquire knowledge from the first rank recipient, the existence of a second ranking feedback mechanism, the capacity to absorb knowledge in the third rank knowledge recipient, the tendency to share knowledge in the knowledge transmitter and the related knowledge transfer of the fourth to fifth rank.

Introduction: The excessive use of social networks can cause serious social harm. Study is one of the ways to fill leisure time. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the library in reducing social pathology caused by the effects of social networks on female users of the libraries of Qom University of Medical Sciences.Methods: The research method was descriptive-analytic and data gathering tool was Yang's Internet addiction standard questionnaire.The statistical population included 9564 female users of Qom University of Medical Sciences libraries in 2017.According to Morgan's table, 369 people were selected as sample. Data analysis was done by descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and SPSS-20 software.Results: The results of this study showed that the negative Pearson correlation coefficient between the role of libraries in reducing social damages caused by social networks in moderating variables(-346/), family stress(-297/, Crisis of identity(-248/), dimming religious-social values(-0.072), and vulnerable friendships(-0.442). Also, the results of regression test showed that the role of libraries in reducing modality, family stress and identity crisis of all three with significant level(Sig = 0/000) is significant.Conclusion: Results show that use of libraries, study and spending time in this environment, play a significant role in reducing fashionism, identity crisis, family tension, diminishing socio-religious values and vulnerable friendships. As a result, it is necessary for the authorities to take the necessary measures to create a culture and encourage users to use the library instead of joining social networks
