Purpose: The librarians of Public Libraries deal with a wide range of people who differ in gender, age, social status, nationality, or race, Because the purpose of public libraries is to meet the information needs of users and satisfy them, the librarians of these libraries, need to communicate properly and effectively with their users in order to be able to provide library services and facilities effectively. Therefore the purpose of this study is to investigate librarians' communication skills that working in public libraries of Ardabil city and provide solutions to improve them.Methodology: This is a survey study. The statistical population of the study is all librarians working in public libraries of Ardabil city in 1396 and the sampling approach is convenience or accidental. The research tool in this research is Barton's communication skills questionnaire in three dimensions: verbal, listening, and postural. The validity and reliability of this study was confirmed in the research paper (Raeissi, 2009).Findings:The findings of this study indicated that communication skills of librarians in the verbal and feedback dimensions are above average, So that verbal communication skills are in the first place and feedback skills are in the second place, but the listening dimension is slightly lower than two former dimensions, so that it is in the third place and it's moderate. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to upgrade it to the desired level, which will be presented in this article. Also, there was no significant difference between any dimensions of communication skills and demographic characteristics, including level of education and field of study and this indicates that in any field of study, educational background and experience is not a reason to increase staff communication skills, and these skills, which are needed for career advancement and success, must be taught.Conclusion: that training communication techniques, communication perspectives and different communication styles are effective factors in this field. In addition, the management style in an organization, such as the library, has a significant impact on how the employees of that organization communicate, which should be considered.

Purpose: To provide a coherent model and an overview of the relationship between knowledge sharing, transformational and innovative leadership that these components play a significant role in a sustainable organizational development.Methodology: This is a basic research study with a qualitative approach of the type of synthesis research . The chosen method was the review of 317 articles of reliable scientific journals from reputable domestic and foreign databases between 2010 and 2021. After three stages of review, 18 articles were selected. To achieve the purpose of the study, the seven-step method of Sandlowski and Barroso was used.indings: Using MAXQDA 2020 software, 122 open codes were extracted. These codes were identified in five central codes, three sub-categories and one main category. The validity of the searched databases and journals was inquired through the Web of Science citation database.The reliabilityand validity of the research were confirmed by subject matter experts through reviewing at the time of coding. In order to be sure, the desired codings were reviewed several times, which led to changes in the way of categorizing codes and moving some codes. The final codes and model were provided to experts in the field.Conclusion :The research findings were presented in the form of the final research model. According to the findings, effective factors in knowledge sharing and transformational leadership style are of considerable importance in creating motivation for innovation in the organization which leads to sustainable organizational development.

Purpose: Citation analysis is one of the most important and valid methods for evaluating performance and research activities. The purpose of this study is to use this method for articles related to Covid -19 between 2020 and 2021.Methodology: In this study, citation analysis method, 3499 citation status associated with covid -19 diseases exceeded the website of the Web of Science, between 2020 and 2021. Purpose:This survey investigated the awareness level of Citizenship rights of librarians and public libraries’ members who are over 18 years while these libraries are considered as a center for lifetime learning and their social functions are scrutinized.Methodology: The descriptive-survey method is used in this applied research. The data are gathered by the questionnaires which are made by the researchers. The questions are designed according to Likert Scale. In this research, thirty-two public libraries with their sixty-four librarian and 21529 members (over eighteen years) form the statistical population. According to Morgan Table, the random sample is 55 librarians and 377 members who are over eighteen years old. The data are analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS 24.Findings: The findings based on the ideas of librarians and members showed that the following cases are less than average in public libraries: 1- knowing about the Islamic Republic’s citizenship rights 2- The facilities, resources and current capacities of the public library to teach citizenship rights 3- the role of public libraries to improve the awarning of citizenship rights 4- the role and position of the librarian to teach and facilitate the lifelong learning.Conclusion: The current research is the first research carried out on the Study of the Awareness Level of Citizenship Rights for Librarians and Public Libraries members of Shiraz and Its Role in Lifelong Learning.

References in any type of published works or sent to be published have always been a criterion for works evaluation. From a worm eyes view, one criterion to evaluate the papers has been one or two questions in the list sent to reviewers concerning the obsolescence of references. From a bird eyes view, the existence of organizations such as Thomson Reuters as well as some universities evaluating universities at the international level, is a sign of the importance of references. The dominance of concepts such as ISI that has been a matter of discussion among academicians and experts for some time, and its native version, that is ISC is another reason for the importance of references. The purpose of the present paper is to study the “M Lib. on knowledge and information science curriculum (revised): information management studies major” in order to indicate the weak points and strengths of the curriculum in terms of the updatedness of its references. The paper is somehow of content analysis type since it relies on references of the curriculum. Research population consists of all references presented in “M Lib. on knowledge and information science curriculum (revised): information management studies major”. The statistical test employed is mean.The paper illustrated that although Farsi references life is one-year less than the English references, both references are somehow obsolete. Number and mean of Farsi references compared to those of English references, and field-related Farsi references compared to those of English ones, showed a somehow better situation. The same was true about the number and mean of Farsi authored books compared to those of Farsi translated books.
