Purpose: The aim of this study of descriptive- analytical is the drawing of the map of causal relationships of factors for the development of the capacity of entrepreneurial university in academic environments. Methodology: To achieve to this end, the University of Mazandaran is investigated as a case study. The causal relationship of the factors for the development of entrepreneurial capacity at the university is investigated. By using a questionnaire of paired comparisons and distribute it among officials and academic experts, and after running the DEMATLE technique, the relationships between variables was evident. Findings: The finding show that among the introduced measures, the vision and mission of the university has the most influence and the criterion of entrepreneurial education at the university has the least influence on other criteria. Exploring the extent of the important of criteria so showed that the university leverage was the most important criterion and multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary of university was the least important criterion among criteria. Conclusion: Nowadays, in the side of successful diffusion of knowledge and its application in manufacturing, knowledge production has become to the global goal. Thus, in a knowledge-based economy, the wealth must increase by entrancing the new knowledge within products technologically and innovationaly, and created the jobs, and the Universities must come into entrepreneurial organizations to fulfill their missions.

Purpose: This research is trying to explain the strength and weakness of Science Direct and Emerald charging database and DOAJ free database. Methodology: It is a quantitative study and the research samples are all available database in Tehran universities. Among these databases, DOAJ, Emerald and Science Direct are selected because of their frequency of usage and similarities of searching tools and organization. Assessment of these databases are done according to two research made checklist that examines their organizations and searching tools. For analyze finding of this research with descriptive method such as frequency and mean and inferential study such as t- test and u Mann Whitney. Findings: Research findings show that mean frequency of organization in Science Direct, Emerald and Doaj are 73%, 56%, 41% respectively. Mean frequency of searching tools are 68%, 57% and 38% respectively. Conclusion: Analysis of the data shows that charging data bases such as Science Direct and Emerald are performing better than free data bases in organization and searching.

purpose: The aim of this study was to measure the satisfaction of librarians and educators Institute for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents in the software library of the organization. Methodology: This descriptive survey was conducted. The investigation, all librarians and educators Institute for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents in the software library are the focus. Data descriptive statistics tables Thus prepared frequency distribution analysis of these data, the software SPSS (one-sample t test, t, Friedman test) was used. Findings: The results showed that the most satisfying component libraries' total View Software "by 84/7 percent and the lowest component metadata facilities by 15. 2 percent. Demographic factors have a significant influence on respondents' satisfaction. Conclusion: The satisfaction of respondents of all components other than the components' total View Software "below average for the component" General View Software "more than average, and the total satisfaction of respondents less than average.

Purpose: The main purpose of this research was to construct and validate a questionnaire for measuring Entrepreneurship status of Knowledge and Information Science field. Methodology: This is an applied survey research. The face validity and construct validity were used to validate questionnaire. Reliability was reviewed by internal consistency coefficient. The population of the study consists 583 number of the graduate in field of university of Ahvaz (Shahid Chamran, Gondishapur, PNU, Islamic Azad University) studied a sample of 231 people through Cochran's formula was calculated , and to ensure 250 questionnaires were distributed and collected more informative. Findings: The results of factor analysis show the affect on the Entrepreneurship status of 84 items, 55 items in total correlation which led to categorizing 5 factors were acceptable. Findings showed that 5 factors influence the Entrepreneurship status of graduate in field ; the intensity of the influence of factors from the highest to the lowest are respectively as: Barriers to training and education system, research and technological barriers, legal – support barriers, personal – behavioral barriers, cultural – social barriers. Results of internal consistency (Cranach’s alpha) showed that a questionnaire social status possessed suitable reliability coefficients Conclusion: results of this research showed that questionnaire Barriers to Entrepreneurship had satisfactory reliability and validity coefficients and is considered a suitable tool for measuring Entrepreneurship status in future research

Purpose: The purpose of the present research is to investigate the relationship between the components of quality of work life (including 8 Components: adequate payment, healthy and safe job, providing growth opportunity and continuous, legislation in organization, social correlation of working life, total life space, social cooperation and correlation in work organization, improving human capability) with organizational commitment among the librarians of public libraries of West Azerbaijan province. Methodology: The research is a survey and the research population includes all the librarians of public libraries of West Azerbaijan province. The data gathering tool were the Quality of work life (QWL) and organizational commitment (OC) questionnaires t-test, single-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson correlation coefficient were applied to analyze the data. Findings: The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between quality of work life and its components with librarian organizational commitment. Also between librarians of public libraries in terms of demographic information (sex, discipline, post, and work experience) about quality of work life and organizational commitment there is no significant difference. Conclusion: The findings indicated that if the libraries could provide conditions until will increase the quality of work life of librarians followed by organizational commitment in itself will improve

Purpose: This research aims to measuring the entrepreneurship organizational behavior of staff of public libraries in the Zanjan province. Methodology: This study is practical and used a survey method. The study population was included all staff of public libraries that consists of 112 individuals of province. The research instrument was a standard questionnaire Moustakis and Zampetekis (2007) which the reliability of it is approved and Cronbach's alpha coefficient is calculated to 0. 72 For analysis the data, the descriptive and inferential statistical methods by software SPSS version 22 are used. Findings: The results showed that librarians of public libraries of the Zanjan province have an entrepreneurial vision and entrepreneurial culture is a dominant organizational culture in the public libraries of province. Also, this research presented which public libraries of the Zanjan province having a supportive environment favorable for support the creative and entrepreneurial librarians. In addition, the personnel with library certificate are more favorable entrepreneurial traits rather to those having none this certificate. Conclousion: According to the results of testing hypotheses, it can be inferred that Zanjan public librarians, have entrepreneurial characteristics

Purpose: This research attempted to investigate the organizational atmosphere of academic libraries in Ahvaz and job burnout and job satisfaction of the librarians. It also attempted to investigate the relationship between the organizational atmosphere and the two other variables. Methodology: This research is of a descriptive-analytical and correlational survey. The population consisted of the staffs working as “Librarian” in the academic libraries surveyed. There were 125 librarians among whom the questionnaires were distributed. Of these, 110 (88%) librarians completed and returned the questionnaires. To analyze the data, Pearson’s Correlation Co-efficient was used to measure the relationship between organizational atmosphere with job burnout and job satisfaction. One-sample t-test was also used to measure the status of organizational atmosphere, burnout, and job satisfaction in academic libraries. Findings: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational atmosphere and job satisfaction of academic librarians of Ahvaz. It was also revealed that organizational atmosphere of academic libraries of Ahvaz is desirable. ; However, the level of librarians’ burnout is high and they are not satisfied with their job. Conclusion: As the academic libraries of Ahvaz benefit a desirable organizational atmosphere but librarians are not satisfied and suffer from a high burnout, it requires that the university administrators and library directors consider this responsibly. Thus, librarians’ job satisfaction will improve and prevent job burnout or decrease librarians’ job burnout
