Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine barriers to the use of information technology in education in Tonekabon Branch of Payam Noor University. Methodology: This study is functional regarding its purpose and it is survey-analytical, regarding its nature. The statistical group is consisted all of university students who are studying in Tonekabon Branch of Payam Noor University. Based on Cochran formula a stratified sample of 107 people was selected and Through 27 questionnaire were examined. Findings: Among the five dimensions of the research, technical barriers with average of 4/067, human barriers 4/027/4, administrative barriers, 4/022, economic barriers 4/116, and cultural barriers 3/964, sequentially, were ranked from first to fifth degree. It's important to note that contrary to the initial impression management barriers in the present research was third. Conclusion: based of the research a research-constructed questioner from the study of literature with high reliability was obtained that could be used by future studies. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a comprehensive review on the literature available on commercialization of knowledge-based products in Iran so as to determine and rank the most affecting facors considering export facilitating approach. Methodology: with regard to the purpose, this research could be known as a functional research being done as analytical survey. The statistical group includes 133 faculty members of Islamic Azad university of Mashhad in which a sample of 71 members have been randomly selected based on Cochran formula. To find the importance degree of effective factors and to rank them, we then applied the descriptive and deductive statistic techniques within SPSS software as well as the Friedman test on the data gathered from questionnaire. Findings: among the four main determined affecting factors of commercialization process of knowledge-based products, in final ranking, the economical and legal factors with mean of 4.11 and export facilitator factors with the mean of 4 received the highest rank respectively. Furthermore the technical factors and cultural and social factors with mean score of 3.95 and 3.94 could be implied as thired and forth factors. Conclusion: the Likert Spectrum questionnaire with high reliability has been prepared on the basis of which, 4 main criteria including 22 sub-criteria have been considered as the affecting factors of commercialization process for commercializing the knowledge-based products in Iran. These identified affecting factors could be then taken into consideration for proposing executive solutions to create a coherent program for planning and organizing favorable conditions for the commercialization and export of knowledge based products and removing existing barriers.

Purpose: Librarians to survive in the age of information metamorphis and to serve better and effective service in this environment should be equipped with particular knowledge and skills which expressed as "information literacy". Familiarity with the use of software and hardware techniques, laws of Selection and evaluation of sources, information network systems, the ability to search the Web sites and databases, Mastering the work with library softwares, Ability to analyze problems, the ability to conduct research in the field of library and information science, and the ability to educate consumers Are some of these skills. The purpose of this study is to introducing the impacts of Data Metamorphis on public libraries and the role of librarians. Methodology: This is a reviewed and analyzed research. Findings: Librarians before entering the labor market, must acquire these skills to do better their role between information resources and users. This task is the responsibility of the education system through proper college curriculum, which prepare librarians to enter the field work. Conclusion: While training new librarians who are familiar with new information technology and are trained as information specialists is much needed, the cultural environment that seriously affect the training offered should be considered. Also, information infrastructure of the country, the value society attaches to information, attitudes of planners, policy makers and decision makers, the growth of technology, technological change is happening and requests made by different groups of users should be considered.

purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the Purpose:dimensions of burnout and their relationships with job satisfaction of public librarians in Sistan-Baluchistan province. Methodology: This study is the applied , and the type of analyse descriptive and survey. The population consisted of 120 librarians working in public libraries in Sistan and Baluchestan and data were collected by questionnaire. Findings: Results shows that the status of librarians in terms of emotional burnout subscales were low. On the subscales depersonalization and lack of personal accomplishment as well as in the field are at an intermediate level. There is a significant inverse relationship between burnout and job satisfaction in library. Age and job satisfaction on burnout and librarians has been effective and gender on these factors has not been effective. Conclusion: The results also showed that overall high-level librarian in the first component and the second component of wire at a medium level of burnout

Purpose: The main purpose of present study is to measure the application of knowledge management in General Inspectorate Organization of Iran so as to examine the preparedness of organization to establish and apply knowledge management items (1-data collection, 2-knowledge mining, 3-shaping and storage of knowledge, 4-knowledge distribution and sharing, 5-updating of knowledge). Methodology: The present study is a descriptive survey. For data-collected, the researcher’s questionnaire developed based on Lin and Tsering’s model is used. The stability of questionnaire is obtained in pre-test and through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0. 90) while its validity is verified based on face validity by university experts and professors. The statistical population of present study includes 621 individuals and the statistical sample, as determined through Cochran’s formula, is 201 individuals. The return rate of questionnaire form is 94 percent. Findings: Through analysis of hypotheses at two descriptive and inferential levels, it one may suggest that with exception of knowledge distribution and sharing, the use of other knowledge management items in General Inspectorate Organization of Iran was more than average. Conclusion: The results suggest a deep understanding of organizational employees of knowledge management. In addition, the conditions for implementation of knowledge management in General Inspectorate Organization of Iran are satisfied

Purpose: The present research was performed to evaluate the quality of services in Public Libraries of under auspices of Tehran Public Libraries Foundation. Methodology: The research method was analytical survey and the LibQUAL questionnaire was used for data collecting. The statistics society includes all 46209 members of libraries. The sample was 381 members who were selected accidentally on the basis of Morgan table. Number of 420 Questionnaires was distributed and 411 questionnaires were answered. For hypothesis testing, t student test, variance analysis test and Scheffe post hoc test were used. Findings: Results showed that the dimension of "Affect of Services" with average level of 5. 75 had higher quality in comparison with other dimensions. The dimension of "Library as Place" with level of 4. 75 indicates users' dissatisfaction. The dimension of "Information Control" with average level of 5. 22 succeeded to answer the minimum's users' expectations. Originality/Value: According to the results, the libraries services surveyed and some proposals presented for improving the quality of services that inform the officials of Country Public Libraries Foundation from their strengths and weaknesses about providing the level of services of libraries and help them to perceive users expectations and improve the level of services quality of libraries

Purpose: Current research evaluation of students’ attitudes and behaviors towards academic plagiarism. Methodology: The descriptive- Correlation method is used in this research and questionnaire is used for data collection. Statistical population consists of all master students from Payame Noor University of Mashhad. 332 students are randomly chosen to form a data sample. Findings: Findings show that there is a correlation between students’ attitudes and academic plagiarism. However, there is not any relationship between academic plagiarism and gender within the statistical population. Conclusion: according to the current research plagiarism is now frequent in the academic environment. Lack of knowledge of academic formal writing principals might be one of the reasons of plagiarism so university students need to be taught to avoid plagiarism. Another way to prevent academic plagiarism is to warn students about the consequences of plagiarism. This means that university student must know that plagiarism will not be tolerated by the university.
