The statistical population of the study includes all the professors of the growth Centre of Technician and Knowledge based Units of the Imam Hossein comprehensive University. For this purpose, 28 samples were selected as available sampling method. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was done using spss software. According to the normalization of the data, for the deductive analysis of spearman, spearman correlation test, freedman was used to rank and ultimately the regression for the effect of the effect.
Findings: The results of the research that the relationship between knowledge transfer variable has the greatest impact on knowledge acquisition variable.
Conclusion: Based on the proposed model, the influential factors can be observed in the three main categories of knowledge recipient, knowledge sender and feedback. The results of this study revealed that the tendency to acquire knowledge from the first rank recipient, the existence of a second ranking feedback mechanism, the capacity to absorb knowledge in the third rank knowledge recipient, the tendency to share knowledge in the knowledge transmitter and the related knowledge transfer of the fourth to fifth rank.
