Purpose: Considering the effect of the presence of scientific products in scientific-citation databases and social networks on the scientometric indicators of databases, this study investigates the effect of Dimensional and Mendelian database meta-metrics on the number of citations received in The Scopus base is covered.Methodology: The present study is of a fundamental type that has been done in a descriptive manner with a metamorphic approach. The statistical population of this research includes 284 documents produced by Iranian authors in the field of semantics, which are indexed in the Scopus database in the period of 2021-1960. In order to investigate the effect of metamorphic indices and scores obtained from the presence of semantic web products in Dimensions and Mendelian databases on the index of number of citations in Scopus database, correlation tests and multiple linear regression using Excel and SPSS software.Findings: Iranian writers in the field of semantics use Mendel in 95.5% of cases. Nevertheless in only 24 cases (8.5%) do they use social networks to share content? Apart from the ratio of relative citations, other dimensional indicators have an acceptable correlation with the number of Scopus citations. The relationship between the number of Dimensions citations and the number of Scopus citations is stronger than the relationship between other indicators. There is also a high correlation between the number of readers and the number of Mendelian citations with Scopus citations. Examination of regression model coefficients showed that the number of citations received by Daischmans to Miran is 10% and the number of Mendelian citations is 83% of the predictive power of Scopus citations. Other studied indicators are incapable of predicting the number of Scopus citations.Conclusion: Iranian writers in the field of semantic web should use social networks such as Twitter to share their content as much as possible. Also, in order to receive more citations, publish their content in journals with international indexes.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and social wealth in relation to organizational ability among employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.Methodology: This is a descriptive-survey study and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of 750 employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. According to the statistical population, 256 people were selected. The information was collected through a standardized and localized questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by consulting professors who were related to the research topic. The reliability of the research was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha. Smart PLS is the software used in this research.Findings: The findings of this research indicated there was a correlation coefficient between modern knowledge management and dynamic capabilities among the employees of the Ministry of Sports. Furthermore there was a correlation coefficient between the dimensions of modern knowledge management and dynamic capabilities in the organization. There was a correlation coefficient between Social wealth and dynamic capabilities among the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The dimensions of social wealth have a correlation coefficient with dynamic capabilities in the organization.Conclusion: The employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth should create effective and constructive relationships with their audience and other colleagues . Also, these relationships should be of high quality and quantity. Furthermore, there should be rules, shared values , reasonable and high trust between colleagues and they should have constructive and effective social wealth, which is very effective in organizing the organization and ultimately the country.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics (neuroticism, extraversion, openness, adaptation and conscientiousness) and the tendency to share knowledge in librarians of Hamadan Public Library.Methodology: This is an applied research that was carried out with a survey method and a questionnaire, so Cronbach's alpha was used for NEOPI-FF five-factor personality questionnaires and knowledge sharing and the the reliability of the research tool was confirmed. The statistical population consisted of 170 librarians of public libraries in Hamadan Province.Statistical tests such as Cronbach, Kolmrog-Smirnov, Spearman, etc were used to test the research hypotheses.Findings: The findings of this study indicated that librarians who are conscientious and dutiful (mean = 40.53), extroverted (mean = 40.30), open (mean = 38.16) and high adaptable (mean = 37.02) are more tend to share knowledge and cooperation in the organization. Furthermore the personality characteristic of librarians' neuroticism has an inverse relationship with knowledge sharing (mean = 33.79) The more this feature decreases in librarians , the more they tend to share knowledge. There was a correlation coefficient between personality characteristics and the tendency to share knowledge ( r = 0.207 ), at a significant level of P <0.023, which indicates a positive correlation between personality characteristics and the tendency to share knowledge among librarians.Conclusion: The results of the study confirmed the relationship between personality characteristics and the tendency to share knowledge among librarians. In addition, the more different personality characteristics (conscientiousness, extraversion, openness and pleasantness) are strengthened in librarians, the tendency to share their knowledge increases and this can become the basis for creating a culture of participation in the organization and have a significant impact on the knowledge sharing of librarians.

Purpose: Online knowledge sharing is one of the most central needs in Knowledge-oriented organizations, so the present study was conducted with the aim of influencing individual and environmental factors on the empowerment of professors and staff of seminaries in Tabriz in online sharing knowledgeMethodology: The present study was applied and the method of doing it was correlation. The statistical population included all teachers and staff of seminaries in Tabriz, 162 people who were working in Tabriz in 1400. Using Morgan table, 114 of these professors and staff were selected as the research statistical population of this study, so they were selected by available sampling method. The research measurement tools included researcher-made questionnaires of individual and environmental factors on knowledge sharing, employee empowerment questionnaire in the field of online sharing. So, the validity of which was confirmed by using content validity method and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The relationship between variables with Pearson correlation coefficient and predicting online knowledge sharing empowerment was measured by individual and environmental factors by calculating regression. Findings: The results of this study indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between individual and environmental factors with empowerment in online sharing. Multiple correlation coefficient is 0.57 and coefficient of determination is 0.32.Conclusion: Low average of items such as (enjoyment of helping others, rewards, mutual benefits, loss of power and mental norms, trust) among the professors and staff of seminaries in Tabriz can be explained as follows. Professors and staff have less specialized knowledge and skills to share and exchange knowledge with each other online.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine the study priorities in public library clients based on the Eisenhower matrix.Methodology: This research is an analytical survey and the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire on the priorities of studying information sources. The statistical population of this study are members of public libraries in Kashan city, which according to Morgan table, 390 people have been studied as a sample. The validity of the questionnaire is calculated and confirmed by obtaining the opinion of professors and experts and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha equals to 0.843. Data analysis is analyzed using SPSS20 software and Eisenhower matrix.Findings: The findings of this study indicated that in reading the textbooks, studying the main sources is important and urgent, and studying the textbooks introduced by the teacher is important but not urgent. In reading general books, reading scientific books is important and urgent and studying religious books is important without urgency. In reading magazines and newspapers, reading public newspapers is important and urgent, and reading family, public and entertainment magazines is important without urgency. In studying media sources, watching movies and TV series is the first and most important priority and using music albums is the second most important and not urgent. In the field of mobile resources, checking personal messages through social networks, unanswered calls and text messages received on mobile phones are the most important priorities, and checking new messages on mobile phones in Telegram groups and channels and similar programs are in the next level. In terms of computer and laptop resources, reading new emails received in personal e-mail is the most important priority for reading and are urgent, and reviewing new news on favorite news sites is importance and without urgency.Conclusion: According to the people in this survey, reading the main sources of each lesson, reading scientific books, reading public newspapers, watching movies , TV series , home network, reviewing personal messages through social networks, unanswered calls , text messages received on the phone and reading newly received emails in personal email has been the most important priority for studying in these studied fields.

Purpose: Today, with the spread of the web, the use of successful recovery tools from this huge data platform has become very important. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to compare the current performance and overlap of Google, Yahoo, and Bing search engines in data retrieval compared to 1398.Methodology: The present study is an applied and semi-experimental research. The statistical population includes all active search engines on the web and the samples were selected through purposive sampling. The data collection tool is created researcher checklist.Findings: Findings from the present study showed that the accuracy of search engines Google, Yahoo, and Bank in three types of query, keyword and phrase search compared to the results of the study conducted in the research of Abbasi Dashtaki & Ghasemi Alvari in 1398 increased has found. In addition, Google's search engine is still more accurate than Yahoo and Bing search engines. Google has been more careful in query searching, Yahoo and Bing in phrase search than the other two types of search. Earlier in 1398, Google in keyword search, Yahoo in keyword and phrase search, and Bing in keyword search had higher accuracy. The study of the degree of overlap between them also showed that the overlap between these search engines has decreased compared to 1398 and have shown more unique results in the current study.Conclusion: The search engines studied have shown better performance compared to 1398 and have become more powerful in three types of search queries, phrases and keywords. Google's search engine uses a structured data generator, algorithms such as Hummingbird, Penguin, Panda, etc., using rich results, knowledge graphs, personalized user interface, and other features that make it a powerful search engine. seems this search engine today the first option of most users in the web world to search and retrieve information. The overlap of the studied search engines has decreased compared to 1398. It seems that the reptiles of these tools have examined more unique pages, and this could indicate the distinction and capabilities of the new algorithms used in these reptiles of each of these tools.
