Background & Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between digital competence of teachers in Sanandaj and individual and contextual factors.Methodology: The present study is correlational and has been done by survey method. The statistical population of this study includes teachers in Sanandaj is equal to 5985 and the sample size in this research is estimated to be 342, the sampling method is available in this research. The data analysis tools of this research Findings: The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between teachers 'digital competence and individual factors, so that the more the teachers' digital competence increases, the better their individual factors will be and vice versa. There is a positive and significant relationship between teachers 'digital competencies and underlying factors, so that the more teachers' digital competencies increase, the better their underlying factors will be, and vice versa. Digital competence (digital literacy (skills, concepts, approaches, attitudes, etc.), digital use (professional / disciplinary applications), digital transmission (innovation / creativity)), individual factors (professional interaction, selection, training and learning), Underlying factors (assessment, empowerment of learners, facilitating learners' learning) are in a good condition among in-service teachers and have been reported above average.Conclosion: Because digital literacy is as simple as ICT skills, such as the ability to read, write, and calculate, and more advanced skills, it can enable the creative and critical use of digital tools and media. Accordingly, the elements of technical skills, such as literacy and instrumental skills, form the basis, so the rapid development of the competency-based approach and its application in staff development programs, more than anything else, is due to the many benefits and advantages in this The approach lies.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of knowledge management in Iranian Space Research Center based on Lawson model.Methodology: This research is an applied and descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 450 employees of the Iranian Space Research Center in 2021, of which 207 were selected using Cochran's formula as a statistical sample. For data collection from the Lawson knowledge management standard questionnaire (2003) with an Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.94 and to analyze data from univariate t-test, Friedman, analysis of variance, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with the help of the statistical software (SPSS 23), was used.Findings: The rate of application of knowledge management (M=3.15) as well as the components of knowledge absorption (M=3.13), knowledge storage (M=3.73), knowledge dissemination (M=3.34) are above average level. And the rate of knowledge creation (M=2.99) and knowledge organizing (M=2.89) at the average level.Conclusion: According to the obtained results, the amount of knowledge management implementation in the Iranian Space Research Center is above average level, except for the rank of knowledge application, which was below the average level. It is suggested that the managers of the Research Center, by focusing more on the application of knowledge and creating new work patterns, reduce the distance between knowledge and practice, and also pay attention to other components, and improve the level of knowledge management.

Purpose: Librarians should make the library smart so that they don't lose their users and succeed in the competitive environment where the library has many alternatives. A suitable mobile site for the library is one of these ways. The current research was conducted with the aim of obtaining the necessary elements for the design of the university library's mobile site.Methodology: With the descriptive method as well as the study of related texts and background, the elements and features of the mobile site of the academic libraries of eleven top universities in the world in 2021 were identified and explained.Findings: Library mobile site services such as mentioning working hours, the possibility of searching in the library list, bringing contact information and maps in all these mobile sites, and after them services such as accessing databases and asking questions from There is a librarian. In total, twenty types of mobile library website services were identified and suggested as necessary elements for the mobile design of the university library website.Conclusion: University libraries can use the elements obtained in this research to design a suitable logo for the university library website.

purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational affiliation and the tendency to create and share knowledge among public librarians.Methodology: The research was conducted by correlation method in terms of applied purpose. The research population was librarians of public libraries in Hamadan province that sampling was done by census method. Data were collected using a questionnaire of organizational belonging questionnaire Shuffle, Baker and Salanova (2003) and knowledge creation and sharing Hemmati (2010) and its analysis was performed using SPSS software version 21.Findings: The status of the components of organizational belonging (mean = 88.88), knowledge creation (mean = 22.59) and knowledge sharing (mean = 18.32) is above average. Also, there is a significant relationship between the sense of organizational belonging and librarians' tendency to create (sig = 0.001 and r = 0.672) and knowledge sharing (sig = 0.001 and r = 0.646).Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be said that organizational affiliation as one of the dimensions of organizational culture is an important component and the basis for the tendency to create and share knowledge of librarians and public libraries can strengthen Dimensions of organizational belonging such as vitality, sacrifice, fascination and fascination cause librarians to tend to create and share knowledge and to create and share knowledge in order to provide better services.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the suitability of books published in Iran before the 15th century, in different subject areas, and to compare them with Dewey's decimal classification.Research method: For this purpose, more than five million books that were printed in our country at the end of 1400 and published in the book search system of the National Library of Iran were retrieved and a Dewey classification number was given to each of them. Then, it was divided based on Dewey's categories and subcategories, and the frequency and percentage of sources of each topic were analyzed.Results: Most books in the country are published in the field of Persian literature, followed by practical sciences, social sciences, philosophy and psychology, history and geography, religion, natural sciences, language, and finally books on art and Entertainment is located.In the field of the general classification of sciences, it should be said that the books on the subject of humanities with more than 71% are in the first place, followed by practical sciences with about 15%; Natural sciences with 8% and art and entertainment with 6%.Conclusion: In the subjects and fields of natural sciences and practical sciences, we have very few books published, so special attention should be paid to the authoring, translation and publication of these fields in the country's cultural macro-planning.

Objective: This study is familiar with the factors that affect technology transfer in Arvand Free Zone industries and what effect it has on technical knowledge. Research Method: In this research, a simple random sampling method has been used. The statistical population of this research includes all manufacturing companies operating in the Arvand Free Zone, which is 109 companies. According to the size of the population, which was 2420 people, and according to the Cochran's formula, 333 people were selected. Data were collected through a technical knowledge transfer questionnaire that included 27 items and six dimensions (knowledge creation, knowledge absorption, knowledge organization, storage). Knowledge is the dissemination of knowledge and the application of knowledge) was performed. spss22 is used to analyze the data.Findings: Question 1: How effective is the method of technology entry into the production companies of Arvand Free Zone in increasing their technical knowledge? The method of technology input has been examined by the knowledge absorption index. The overall effect of knowledge absorption variable is equal to 3.87, which is in a significant range at the desired level of impact. Question 2: How effective is the method of deploying technology to the production companies of Arvand Free Zone in increasing their technical knowledge? The method of deploying technology has been examined by the knowledge storage index. Is in a significant range at the desired level of impact. Question 3: How does the technology support method in Arvand Free Zone manufacturing companies increase their technical knowledge? The technology support method has been examined by two indicators of knowledge organization and knowledge application. Is 3.85 which is in a significant range at the desired level of impact. Question 4: Development and expansion of technology in the production companies of Arvand Free Zone, how much does it affect the increase of their technical knowledge? The method of technology support has been examined by two indicators of knowledge dissemination and knowledge creation. Is 3.92, which is in a significant range at the desired level of impactResults: Four questions were asked and these results were obtained that the method of technology entry into manufacturing companies and the method of technology establishment, technology support method and technology development and research method in Arvand Free Zone manufacturing companies can increase their technical knowledge.
