Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of human resource strategies on the career development of employees of sports and youth departments in the west of the country.Methodology: The present study is a descriptive-analytical research in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population of this research is all employees of sports and youth departments in the west of the country; there are 800 people in Kermanshah, Kurdistan, Ilam and Hamedan. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 260 people. Sampling method was random. Questionnaire based on Qing and Tsung (2020) questionnaire which includes (7 items) and human resources strategies questionnaire based on Armstrong indicators (2020) which includes (25 items) be, used. Equation modeling and factor analysis using SMART PLS software. Findings: The results indicated that human resource strategies have a positive and significant relationship with employees' job performance at the level of significance (p≤0.05).Among these, the human resources development strategy with a path coefficient of 0.451 has the greatest recruitment strategy with a path coefficient of 0.178 has the least impact on job performance.Conclusion: Therefore, recruitment strategies should be in line with the strategies of the organization to achieve the strategies on employees' job performance. Therefore, human resource strategies should be considered in policies related to the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

Purpose: The main objective of this research is to investigate the use of electronic business applications in the Regional Science and Technology Information Center. Methodology: The research method is descriptive-analytical type. The research population consists of all employees of the Regional Science and Technology Information Center, questions were presented in three sections: internal functions, communication and organizational collaboration, and e-commerce. Findings: The research findings show that the average rate of use of electronic business in the internal functions of the regional center is 3.11. Therefore, the first hypothesis that the use of electronic business in the internal functions of the regional center is too moderate is confirmed. The average use of communications and organizational partnerships is also 3.64. Therefore, the second hypothesis of the research is that the level of use of e-business in communication and organizational cooperation of the regional center is too moderate. Also, the average of e-commerce is 3.44. Therefore, the third hypothesis of the research is that the use of e-commerce in e-commerce in a less-than-average regional center is rejected. Also, according to the obtained averages, the regional center in the field of e-commerce has a better performance than other areas. Conclusion: Given that many Regional Science and Technology Information Center are done electronically, the use of e-business can be of great help in providing better services to users. The use of e-business applications also enables quick access to information, up-to-date information, marketing and more customer service and increased numbers (due to geographical limitations), creating a large regional or even global market for this Center.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to offer and provide strategic planning in central library and documentation center of Kharazmi University based on SWOT analysis. Methodology: Based on the purpose, the paper is going to discuss vision, mission statement, and values of central university libraries. Then, we extracted four main factors in SWOT analysis: two internal factors (i. e. strengths and weaknesses) and two external factors (opportunities and threats) via interview that lead to the identification of ten strategies in central library and documentation center of Kharazmi University. At the end, some suggestions have been made to be sure that desirable execution, evaluation, and supervision would be made on these strategic plans. Findings: In this research, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of central library of Kharazmi University were identified by asking open questions from the librarians and stuff. Mutual connection of strengths and weaknesses, in one hand and opportunities and threats, on the other hand, were lead to ten main strategies. Conclusion: Taking into account the internal and external factors and trying to reduce the weaknesses and gaps and reinforce the strengths and abilities and considering opportunities and threats, university libraries can expect efficient services and develop their goals and mission
