Abstract

This study aimed at identifying key factors enabling the implementation of knowledge management in the Documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi.Managers and expert personnel were selected as subjects.A questionnaire was used to collect data. Considering the sample selected for the study, seven key factors for the identification of knowledge management(acquiring knowledge, applying knowledge, learning (from knowledge process), sharing and exchanging knowledge, assessing knowledge, building and consolidatingknowledge, using knowledge efficiently)were used to identify factors enabling the implementation of knowledge management in the documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi. The results showed that acquiring knowledge, applying knowledge, and learning were lower than the average size( respectively 2.47, 2.7, and 2.68). Sharing and exchanging knowledge, assessing knowledge,and building and consolidatingknowledge were above the average size(respectively 3.18, 3.12, and 3.12).Finally, using knowledge efficiently was above average (3.06). Overall, the average obtained from different factors in the implementation of knowledge management was lower than the average (2.77).
