This study examined the relationship between organizational learning and knowledge management in the M. I. S oil & Gas production company. The method used was descriptive-correlative and the population were 820 people, who held high school diplomas and associate degrees. The sample included 260 individuals and were selected (ranking) randomly. The instruments included two questionnaires developed by other researchers. The reliability was measured using Cronbach alpha (knowledge management questionnaire = %94 and organizational learning questionnaire = %92). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression. The results confirmed the significance of the two hypotheses in this research. The results showed that there was a significantly positive relationship between organizational learning and its components (systemic thinking, mental models, shared vision, team learning and personal skills) and knowledge management in the M. I. S. oil and gas production company.
