Abstract

Purpose: The Aims of this study was to survey Bu-Ali Sina University libraries base on total quality management model.
Methodology: The research method is survey. Research population included all Manager and employees of Bu-Ali Sina University libraries, whose are 29 in total. The data collection tools was questioner that designed based on ISO 9000 management quality. For analyzing data we use descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov, Simonov, T single, and Freedman).
Finding: research finding showed that the library management of Bu-Ali Sina University libraries were based on TQM, in other words, management of these library was compatible with TQM dimensions and level of management was acceptable. Leadership and Support have had high compatibility with TQM.
Results: The results showed that the level of total quality management in libraries in general is much higher than the average and desirable. This result suggests that the expectations of user’s in libraries meet in a good way.
