Effect of Website Designing quality in public Libraries on verbal Advertising

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is study the effect designing quality in public libraries Websites, on increasing the satisfaction of users as a result increasing the positive verbal advertising in using website.
Methodology: This research has been done in the 2 section. The first part to identify factors affecting the quality of the content and structural library websites, analyze the content of the research in designing websites in10 recent years. In order to provide a model questionnaire with 25 spectrum in - point Likert, was used. Research community, including 382 members of the public libraries Mashhad. Content analysis and, in the second part of the survey type using factor analysis research methodology. In the first part of the content analysis and, in the second part of the survey type factor analysis and MFQ was used.
Finding: The findings demonstrate, quality web design, perceived quality and perceived usefulness directly on the website satisfaction and positive verbal advertisement therefore, indirectly influence.
Result: The model identified in the research, effectively, the relationship between quality web design, perceived usefulness, perceived data quality, electronic consent and explain verbal propaganda.
