Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this research is study the effect designing quality in public libraries Websites, on increasing the satisfaction of users as a result increasing the positive verbal advertising in using website. Methodology: This research has been done in the 2 section. The first part to identify factors affecting the quality of the content and structural library websites, analyze the content of the research in designing websites in10 recent years. In order to provide a model questionnaire with 25 spectrum in - point Likert, was used. Research community, including 382 members of the public libraries Mashhad. Content analysis and, in the second part of the survey type using factor analysis research methodology. In the first part of the content analysis and, in the second part of the survey type factor analysis and MFQ was used. Finding: The findingsdemonstrate, qualityweb design, perceivedqualityandperceived usefulnessdirectlyonthewebsitesatisfactionandpositiveverbaladvertisementtherefore, indirectlyinfluence. Result: The modelidentified in theresearch, effectively, the relationship betweenqualityweb design, perceived usefulness, perceiveddataquality, electronicconsentandexplainverbalpropaganda.
