Abstract

Objective: This study is familiar with the factors that affect technology transfer in Arvand Free Zone industries and what effect it has on technical knowledge.
Research Method: In this research, a simple random sampling method has been used. The statistical population of this research includes all manufacturing companies operating in the Arvand Free Zone, which is 109 companies. According to the size of the population, which was 2420 people, and according to the Cochran's formula, 333 people were selected. Data were collected through a technical knowledge transfer questionnaire that included 27 items and six dimensions (knowledge creation, knowledge absorption, knowledge organization, storage). Knowledge is the dissemination of knowledge and the application of knowledge) was performed. spss22 is used to analyze the data.
Findings: Question 1: How effective is the method of technology entry into the production companies of Arvand Free Zone in increasing their technical knowledge? The method of technology input has been examined by the knowledge absorption index. The overall effect of knowledge absorption variable is equal to 3.87, which is in a significant range at the desired level of impact. Question 2: How effective is the method of deploying technology to the production companies of Arvand Free Zone in increasing their technical knowledge? The method of deploying technology has been examined by the knowledge storage index. Is in a significant range at the desired level of impact. Question 3: How does the technology support method in Arvand Free Zone manufacturing companies increase their technical knowledge? The technology support method has been examined by two indicators of knowledge organization and knowledge application. Is 3.85 which is in a significant range at the desired level of impact. Question 4: Development and expansion of technology in the production companies of Arvand Free Zone, how much does it affect the increase of their technical knowledge? The method of technology support has been examined by two indicators of knowledge dissemination and knowledge creation. Is 3.92, which is in a significant range at the desired level of impact
Results: Four questions were asked and these results were obtained that the method of technology entry into manufacturing companies and the method of technology establishment, technology support method and technology development and research method in Arvand Free Zone manufacturing companies can increase their technical knowledge.
