At the same time, the number of popular new models was also identified and analyzed. In addition, the knowledge and experience of the authors were also used in the identification of elements, relationships between elements, and the final design of the model.
Finding: son the review and analysis of the concepts related to information retrieval as well as the most cited models of information-seeking behavior and the knowledge and experience of the authors, the response model to the information needs of professionals was designed with 28 elements. This model starts with the factors that form information needs and ends with the end of the search and user satisfaction. The most features of this model is the integration of the field of information-seeking behavior with information retrieval, a processual and causal view of this field, attention to the context (cognitive, social, individual aspects, etc.) and the detailedness of its process
Conclusion: This model is a combination of high cited models of information seeking behavior and theoretical and practical issues of information retrieval, as well as the knowledge and experience of the authors.
