چکیده
امروزه رسالت انتقال دانش از نسلهای دانش‌آموخته به نسلهای جوینده علم بر دوش کتابهای درسی نهفته شدهاست. اگر در تولید این محمل حفظ و انتقال دانش دقت لازم صورت نپذیرد آسیبپذیری نسل آینده جبران ناپذیر خواهد بود. در یک بررسی اولیه از کتاب های درسی چاپ دانشگاه پیام نور مشخص گردید که این کتاب ها دارای اشکالات و نواقصی بسیاری در خصوص رعایت الگوهای نگارشی وجود دارد. که در ادامه آن پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی نقص‌های تدوین و اصول معیار نگارشی منابع چاپی دانشگاه پیام نور انجام شدهاست. جهت شناسایی مشکلات تدوین و نگارش، مطالعه و بررسی بر روی کتابهای چاپی دانشگاه پیام نور انجام شد، و شاخص‌هایی که در خصوص مشکلات اصول معیار تدوین و نگارش وجود داشت شناسایی شد. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام در گروه پژوهش‌های پیمایشی- توصیفی قرار دارد. جامعۀ آماری شامل تعداد 584 جلد کتاب چاپ دانشگاه پیام نور و 000/20 دانشجوی دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز مشهد میباشد. جمعآوری دادهها به دو روش صورت پذیرفت. ابتدا کتابهای چاپ دانشگاه پیام نور به وسیله سیاهه وارسی از دیدگاه مسائل تدوین و نگارش مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. و سپس به وسیله پرسشنامه نظرات دانشجویان در مورد تدوین و نگارش کتابهای چاپ دانشگاه پیام نور جمعآوری شد، نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در تدوین و نگارش کتابهای پیام نور از قواعد و معیارهای یکسان و یک‌نواخت استفاده نشده است، و در آنها کمتر وحدت رویه وجود دارد..به طور میانگین 6/38 درصد دانشجویان حجم مطالب کتابها را مفید ارزیابی کرده‌اند، و همچنین دانشجویان پرسشهای تستی و تشریحی را 3/47درصد مفید ارزیابی کرده‌اند. در پایان پیشنهادهایی برای برطرف شدن مشکل ارائه شد.

Abstract
The present research seeks to pinpoint the deficiencies of compiling and writing textbooks, and also provide the needed standards for writing printed and electronic books in Payame Noor University. To achieve the said objectives, printed and electronic textbooks were studied and the problems regarding the principles of compiling and writing books have been recognized.
The research is of practical ones and from methodological point of view, is an analytic- survey. The statistical society includes 589 published books, and also 20000 university students of Mashhad Payame Noor University Providing the needed data was possible through two methods. In the first step, all the books were listed and were taken into consideration from the compiling and writing points of view. In the second step, the comments of the students, related to the research subject, were extracted from the provided questionnaires. Findings of the research indicate that the procedure of writing and compiling Payame Noor university books doesn’t conform to the recognized and identical principles of writing and compiling books. As an average, 38/6 percent of the students have evaluated the textbooks as efficient .Usefulness of multiple choice tests and the other questions at the end of each chapter have been evaluated useful by 47/3 percent of the students.
