چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی وضعیت آمادگی یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی مؤسسه آموزش عالی جهاد دانشگاهی خوزستان شکل گرفته است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است و از روش پژوهش پیمایشی تحلیلی برای انجام آن استفاده است. نمونه‌گیری از جامعه پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول کوکبان برای تعداد 153 نفر از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی مؤسسه آموزش عالی خوزستان که در نیمسال اول 1398- 1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، انجام گرفت. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن توسط متخصصان تأیید شده و ضریب پایایی آن 854/. آلفای کرونباخ بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون تی و تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل نتایج حاصل از بررسی میزان آمادگی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی مؤسسه آموزش عالی جهاد دانشگاهی خوزستان برای شرکت در یادگیری الکترونیکی حاکی از آن است که میانگین آمادگی دانشجویان از منظر 6 بعد مورد بررسی 81/3 از 5 است که نشان‌دهنده آمادگی در حد متوسط دانشجویان برای شرکت در یادگیری الکترونیکی است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با فراهم آوری زیرساخت‌های موردنیاز و برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی و تأکید بر اهمیت یادگیری الکترونیکی در عصر حاضر می‌توانیم در جهت ارتقای آمادگی گام برداریم.

Abstract
Purpose: This research is aimed to identify E-learning readiness Rate of postgraduate students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR, Khuzestan.
Methodology: The current research is an applied study which used an analytical-survey method. Sampling from the research population was done using the Cochran formula on 153 post graduate students of Khuzestan Institute for Higher Education registered in the first semester of 2018-2019 academic year. was performed Sampling was stratified random sampling .Data gathering instruments was a researcher-made questionnaire; Its validity has been confirmed by experts and reliability of the questionnaire were observed using the Cronbach Alph method, ite reliability was measures (%854 For data analysis, descriptive statistics and referrrential statistics (T-test and one way ANOVA, variance analysis) were used.
Findings: The analysis of the obtained results from surveying the rate post graduate students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR, Khuzestan readiness for participating in electronic learning shows that the average of students’ readiness in the six is 3/81 of 5. This figure shows the electronic learning of the students is moderate.
Conclusion: With providing the required infrastructure and training courses and emphasizing the importance of electronic learning at the present time. Students must be encouraged to participate in E-learning courses and obliged to increase their knowledge and skills in this respect
