Digital and Smart Libraries Researches" magazine accepts articles from researchers and experts interested in advancing the theoretical and practical development of the field of digital and smart libraries. In 2012, this publication was able to obtain a publishing license from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance under the title of information management and epistemology. According to the proposal of the Publication Evaluation Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the title of the magazine was changed during two stages. The next issue will be published with this title. The secretariat of this quarterly is currently located in Payam Noor University of Qom province
