Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to determine the extent of the use of cybernetic components from the point of view of the managers and experts of the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi.
Methedology: This research was done by analytical survey method. The statistical population of the research is 573 managers and experts of the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi, of which 230 people were determined as a sample based on the table of Karjesi and Morgan (Power, 2006). According to Birn Baum's (2012) opinion, experts and specialists in this field were consulted.
Findings: The findings of the research showed that the organization of Astan Quds Razavi Libraries, Museums and Documentation Center has a suitable position in terms of the use of the cybernetic model in organizing activities and this situation is in the field of monitoring and control components, decision making, interactions, hierarchies of loose and hard links and leadership. It is true.
Conclusion: This research shows that the use of the cybernetic model in the organization of libraries, museums and the Astan Quds Razavi Document Center is in a favorable state with an average of 4.13.
