Purpose: The purpose of this article is to analyze articles about library efficiency in the field of library and information science.Methedology: The concept of library input-output efficiency is extracted from the general framework of library performance. Findings: The findings of the study of reflective indicators of library services showed that whenever the sample size of the library increases or the input output index changes, the efficiency score of the library changes immediatelyConclusion: Through the combination of research results for internal and external library efficiency, it can be obtained that the research of foreign scientists started earlier and the research process is longer and regular. In recent years, research on library efficiency by domestic researchers has increased. In general, it is in progress. Showing how to choose the right models to calculate and adjust the weight of the index requires more effort.

Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the level of knowledge management maturity with the Pattern of the Asian Productivity Organization model.
Methodology: This research is a functional and descriptive study. The statistical population consists of the headquarters of teacher high technology Company in Tehran, with 12 manager and data collection was done as a census. In this study, the Asian Productivity Center Model is used to evaluate the level of knowledge management maturity. SPSS statistical analysis and Excel software have been used to analyze the data
Findings: Based on the obtained average, the dimensions of leadership, technology, learning and innovation are in a good condition with an average above medium, and other dimensions with an average of less than 3 are in the next ranks. Also, the total scores of maturity level of knowledge management is equal to 119.8.
Conclusion: The results showed that the level of knowledge management maturity was in the early stages and the company started the relevant experimental project. Dimensions of knowledge processes and employee status were identified as opportunities for improvement, and the dimensions of knowledge management and technology were among the strengths.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to determine the extent of the use of cybernetic components from the point of view of the managers and experts of the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi.Methedology: This research was done by analytical survey method. The statistical population of the research is 573 managers and experts of the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi, of which 230 people were determined as a sample based on the table of Karjesi and Morgan (Power, 2006). According to Birn Baum's (2012) opinion, experts and specialists in this field were consulted.Findings: The findings of the research showed that the organization of Astan Quds Razavi Libraries, Museums and Documentation Center has a suitable position in terms of the use of the cybernetic model in organizing activities and this situation is in the field of monitoring and control components, decision making, interactions, hierarchies of loose and hard links and leadership. It is true.Conclusion: This research shows that the use of the cybernetic model in the organization of libraries, museums and the Astan Quds Razavi Document Center is in a favorable state with an average of 4.13.

Purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of personal information management on knowledge sharing with the mediating role of knowledge system commitment (case study: librarians of Mashhad public libraries).Methodology: The current research is a descriptive-correlation survey. The statistical population includes all 112 active librarians in the public libraries of Mashhad, and the statistical sample of 86 people was determined by using the sample size table of Kargesi Morgan. The research tool is a questionnaire. By distributing questionnaires among librarians, 83 questionnaires were completed and received.Findings: To analyze the data from descriptive statistics and from inferential statistics (the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical test to determine the normality of the data distribution, from the regression test for the effect of independent variable factors on knowledge sharing, from the Sobel test to measure the effect of the mediating role Knowledge system commitment in the relationship between (personal information management and knowledge sharing) and Friedman's test was used to rank the componentsConclusion: The results of the present study indicate that the factors of personal information management (transparency of information, preventive information and formality of information) have had an impact on librarians' knowledge sharing with the mediating role of knowledge system commitment in public libraries of Mashhad. Based on the Friedman test, the average ranks of each variable were in order (the effect of preventive system commitment on knowledge sharing, the formality of information on librarians' knowledge sharing) from the highest effect to the lowest effect.

Purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the impact of the gamification component (reward) on the external and internal motivation (based on Herzberg's theory) of the librarians of the specialized library of the Information Technology and Agricultural Information Center.Methodology: The current research is applied and conducted with a descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the current research is the staff of the specialized library of the Information Technology and Information Center of Tehran. M. Markovski with 4 factors of game mechanics, emotions, behavior, motivation. In this questionnaire, the reward component of gamification and job motivation was investigated. In the current research, its content validity and reliability were determined with Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and its value is 0.75, which is reliable. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used in SPSS 23 statistical software for data analysisFindings: The gamification component of rewards based on Herzberg criteria of extrinsic motivation including salary and wages, environmental policy, communication, job security, working environment conditions, supervision and supervision in the specialized library staff of Tehran Agricultural Information and Information Technology Center with an average of 4.4, significant effect has it. The reward gamification component has a significant effect on internal motivation criteria including recognition and appreciation, career progress and development, nature of work, job responsibility, job position with an approximate average of 4.2.Conclusion: The results of the research show that the gamification component of rewards has an effect on external motivation and internal motivation in the specialized library staff of the Information Technology and Agricultural Information Center, and it is suggested that the specialized working group of gamification in the specialized library of the Agricultural Jihad Information Center and the use of active people In the field of gamification to create positive changes in the human resources sector.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the status of audience management in the library websites of Iran's public universities.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose, nature, and survey method. The data collection tools are questionnaires and checklists derived from the evaluation criteria of governance websites. The checklist was also completed by the researcher. The research community includes 81 websites. Initially, the research population was 90 websites, of which 9 websites were not available on the date of investigation and 81 websites were evaluated.Findings: The general condition of the indicators of these websites in terms of audience management, in the subgroups of "responsibility and respect for the user" and "motivation" is 91% and 90% unfavorable, respectively. However, in the subgroups of motivation, 57% of the evaluated indicators have been achieved and are in a favorable condition. Audience management includes the components of "responsibility and respect for the user" and "motivation", the first subgroup of which includes two other sections called "privacy" and "identity and birth certificate" of the website. In this, the subgroup "responsibility and respect for the user" contains 12 components, the "privacy" subgroup contains one component, the "ID card and identity" contains 7 components, and the "motivation" subgroup contains 11 components.Conclusion: Among all these components of audience management, which are extracted from the evaluation criteria of government websites, the most important components are:- Responsibility and respect for the user: the components of the page "About Us", "User Guide on the website" and the mention of "How to contact the libraries" have been taken into account.- Privacy: only 5 websites announce "privacy of information" to users.- Birth certificate and identity: the most important components are "suitability of the domain and extension of the website address with the field of activity", and the presence of the "introduction of supporters and history" section. Also, the full name of the libraries in the address and the simplicity of the home page of the website are in good condition.- Motivation: In this section, the only component that has been paid attention to is the existence of the "News" section. Unfortunately, the other ten components of this section have not been given importance.
