Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of knowledge management on export performance with an emphasis on the mediating role of innovation.Methodology: The statistical population of this research is all employee of small and medium companies in Isfahan province (unlimited), of which 384 people were studied by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was Nonaka and Takuchi's (1995) knowledge management questionnaire, Azizi innovation (2014) and Alipour and Shirin (2017) export performance questionnaires, the validity and reliability of the questionnaires indicated that the data collection tool has validity. And they were very reliable. Analysis of research data was done through structural equation modeling using PLS version 3 software.Findings: The results showed that knowledge management has an effect on innovation and export performance. Also, innovation has an effect on export performance. And finally, the mediating role of innovation was confirmed.Conclusion: With the design model, it can be expected that the managers of small and medium-sized companies can pay attention to increasing the level of knowledge management in order to increase their export performance, and if they want to have a greater impact on their export performance, they should can pay attention to the mediating role of innovation.

Purpose: Eachscientific discipline has its own especial structure and knowledge organization (KM) based on its characters. This review aimed at investigating the KM in Rijal and Dirayat-al Hadith by considering pioneering works in the area.
Methodology: Re-conceptualizing the concept of KM, we determined the types of KM separately in Rijal and Diraya by conducting a review. Findings showed that due to its accuracy and sensitivity.
Findings: Rijal has accurate tools and features in its KM, including to be the same generation, share in narrators, narrators ups and downs in narration, their death dates and closeness to Ahl-albayt (pbut) as well as organizing the content alphabetically as major trends in KM that are helpful in retrieving information. However, despite its similarity to Rijal, Diraya has its own approaches to KM for directing students for being influent in narration and its interpretation.
Conclusion: Diraya works have been organized as to the famousness of narrator and the documentary of the work at hand as well as the alphabetical order of names for facilitating education.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explain the hand movement ability to interact with the user interface of websites.Methodology: This research is an applied research. The research method is qualitative. The population studied in this research is library resources including 2 books and 14 articles, which were selected and used by available sampling method until theoretical saturation. The method of data analysis using source analysis is analogous to the coding method. The collected data has been analyzed with MaxQDA software. Findings: Based on the findings, 18 features and 3 basic concepts were extracted from the analysis of 9 propositions. Individual concept (7 features of ease of use, satisfaction, user-friendliness, low cost, tendency to use more, adaptability, psychological control), functional concept (9 features of usefulness, recognition of interaction, understanding ability, computer processing capability, performance coverage necessary for data recovery, minimal need for hardware devices, the ability to be used on the same level as interface equipment, input of movement commands, the ability to recognize hands) and the concept of support (2 features of support programs in the computer for better interaction, optimizing the relationship between processes Cognitive and physical user).Conclusion: The ability to move the hand is one of the great points and the ability to interact with the user interface of websites, which is symmetrical with the eye ability to interact with the user interface of websites, it has the ability to design and study more deeply inside the country. Noticing huge capacity of information, needs of users, acceleration in getting comprehensive and useful information in Iran, effective hand mobility to interact with intermediate users of websites have always been valuable and noticeable to be designed by experts.

Purpose: The purpose of the research is to provide a model for designing indexing software that will automatically store information and index resources.Methodology: The research method was comparative evaluation and system design. The data collection tool was a researcher-made checklist that was validated by experts. The research community was considered 9 software’s that were consistent with the research conditions. The checklist was completed in person by the analysis and development or support departments of the desired software.Findings: The findings of the research indicated that for the design of automatic indexing software, it is necessary that the sections of cataloging and documentation, digital resources, indexing, management, search and general capabilities must be considered in the software. Also, practical and side parts such as entering standard information, correcting data caused by OCR, using artificial intelligence, using machine learning and the possibility of interoperability with other systems should be considered.Conclusion: A review of the various software available in Iran indicated that none of these tools have fully implemented the capabilities required for automatic indexing, but the necessary infrastructure for designing and developing an independent automatic indexing software in Persian or adding a profile section Automatic adaptation to existing systems is provided. The final proposed template of the research includes the parts and conditions necessary for computer and information science professionals to design automatic indexing firmware.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of knowledge sharing and individual fit with the organization on the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior in public library librarians in Yazd city.
Methodology: It was a descriptive-survey research and the statistical population of this research were all the librarians of the public libraries of Yazd province, whose number was 210. An attempt has been made to conduct a census, but due to the non-cooperation of some librarians, 207 questionnaires were completed.
Findings: The findings of the research and the inferential testing of the hypotheses showed that the fit of the person with the organization was effective on knowledge sharing behavior and innovative work behavior, and knowledge sharing behavior had a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior.
Conclusion: The results of the research indicated that in order to increase innovative behavior, the type of dealing with employees and the leadership style should have characteristics similar to today's environment changeability and transformability. Therefore, among different leadership styles, transformational leadership style can influence innovative behavior.

Introduction and goal: The Present study bibliometric analysis Lithography books published in Iran between 1250-1264ah.
