Purpose: Game development is one of the most important subjects that has been able to transform education, business, industry and other backgrounds, in a form called gamification. The eighth art is the title that these days refers to the art of the gaming industry.Methodology: The method used in this research is library studies and it is a review article.Findings: This article introduces various aspects related to the theory of games and their role in teaching and learning. Examining gamification in information in organizations is less focused on game capabilities in teaching and learning specialized subjects.Conclusion: According to the findings, new research should be done in this field. As a result, with the appropriate use of scientific resources and the use of questionnaires, in addition to the use of learning elements, a framework will be created to explain the role of gamification in the field of education and learning, and as a result, a conceptual model can be obtained in researches.

Purpose: Human resource management, and especially utilizing qualified staff and managers, is one of the concerns of management science in recent decades, libraries and information centers are not exceptions. According to scientific definitions, competence is consists of three categories, knowledge, skills and behavior.Methodology: This study was conducted with the aim of designing a model for the competence of public library managers in the country and especially for Kerman province. The method of this applied research is qualitative with Delphi method and it has been done by combining library research and interviews with 17 managers of these libraries who have been selected by purposeful snowball sampling method.Findings: Out of the total number of interviews, 421 indicators for competence were identified. After counting and removing duplicate codes, 34 items were obtained, which formed the three main categories (knowledge, skills, behavior). Each of the main categories was divided into four sub-categories (specialized, managerial, communication and special).Conclusion: The most significant competent indicators were, Highlights include ICDL skills, public relations, a degree in librarianship and information science, Internet skills, decision-making, office correspondence, specialized softwares, content production, planning, databases, and reference interviews.

Purpose: Due to the importance of knowledge and information in the development of the agricultural sector, many specialists and experts have a special emphasis on recognizing information resources and their proper use and having the desired information-seeking behavior. In this regard, this study was conducted to investigate the ideas related to the information-seeking behavior of greenhouse farmers in Varamin city in Tehran province.Methodology: This is an applied research and from the method poin of view, is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research includes all greenhouse owners in Varamin (N = 320). Based on Morgan's table, a sample of 175 people were selected and studied. The data collection Cronbach's alpha coefficient (a >0.7) for different parts of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Spss22 statistical software and appropriate statistical methods.Findings: Findings of the study indicated that 46.2% of greenhouse owners use intermediate level, 43.4% low level and only 10.3% of them use information and communication sources and channels at a high level. Also, according to the research results, it was found that among newspapers and educational and promotional publications had the highest rankings, respectively. Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role of resources in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel in guiding knowledge management and sharing of intellectual capital.Methodology: The research method in this research is survey-descriptive. The statistical population of the present study is all employees working in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel for 20 people. In this research, boentis Intellectual Capital Assessment Questionnaire and the Knowledge Management Research Questionnaire were used as data collection tools.Findings: Generally, there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and intellectual capital in the archive of Sima Documentary Channel. In addition, in other subdivisions of knowledge management, there is a positive and significant relationship with intellectual capital.Conclusion: According to the results, there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge and intellectual capital among people working in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel. There is also a positive and significant relationship between knowledge organization and intellectual capital (human, structural and relational), which is more than 0.05 and there is a coefficient of correlation between the use of knowledge and resources available in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel and knowledge management and the sharing of intellectual capital

Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of human resource strategies on the career development of employees of sports and youth departments in the west of the country.Methodology: The present study is a descriptive-analytical research in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population of this research is all employees of sports and youth departments in the west of the country; there are 800 people in Kermanshah, Kurdistan, Ilam and Hamedan. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 260 people. Sampling method was random. Questionnaire based on Qing and Tsung (2020) questionnaire which includes (7 items) and human resources strategies questionnaire based on Armstrong indicators (2020) which includes (25 items) be, used. Equation modeling and factor analysis using SMART PLS software. Findings: The results indicated that human resource strategies have a positive and significant relationship with employees' job performance at the level of significance (p≤0.05).Among these, the human resources development strategy with a path coefficient of 0.451 has the greatest recruitment strategy with a path coefficient of 0.178 has the least impact on job performance.Conclusion: Therefore, recruitment strategies should be in line with the strategies of the organization to achieve the strategies on employees' job performance. Therefore, human resource strategies should be considered in policies related to the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

Introduction: The present study studies the most important maturity models in the field of information technology. This study introduces the optimal model for measuring IT maturity in Iranian organizations by Gartner method.
