چکیده

هدف: تحلیل تولیدات علمی دانشگاه­ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی براساس شاخص­های جهانی همواره از مهم‌ترین ابزارهای سیاست گزاری پژوهشی بوده است. با توجه به گستردگی و اهمیت دانشگاه پیام نور در آموزش عالی کشور و اهمیت حوزه علوم اجتماعی در تولید علم ایران، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و تحلیل کیفیت تولیدات علمی حوزه علوم اجتماعی دانشگاه پیام نور  براساس شاخص­های علم‌سنجی و دگرسنجی در پایگاه اسکوپوس طی سال‌های 2010 تا 2020 است.
 روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه توصیفی پیمایشی بوده که از نوع مطالعات علم­سنجی و دگرسنجی است. جامعه مورد بررسی تمامی تولیدات علمی حوزه علوم اجتماعی دانشگاه پیام نور شامل 602 مدرک، در سال‌های 2010 تا 2020 است. محیط اجرای پژوهش پایگاه­ استنادی اسکوپوس است. جهت گردآوری داده­ها پایگاه اطلاعاتی سای­ول مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها سیاهه وارسی محقق‌ساخته بود. داده­ها پس از گردآوری از طریق آمار توصیفی و از طریق جداول و نمودارهای متناسب ارائه شده­اند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده از آزمون­های تی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.
یافته­‌ها: سهم دانشگاه پیام نور از کل مقالات حوزه علوم اجتماعی ایران معادل 89/2 درصد بوده است. میزان مقالات حاصل همکاری­های علمی فقط نویسندگان این دانشگاه با نویسندگان بین‌المللی 10 درصد بوده است. شاخص اچ این مدارک 17 بوده و شاخص اچ 5 ساله آن، 9 بوده است. استناد به ازای مدرک این تولیدات علمی و شاخص تأثیرگذاری استنادی وزن‏دهی ­شده در سطح رشته آن به ترتیب 1/3 و 63/0 بوده است. در خصوص شاخص­های دگرسنجی در پایگاه اسکوپوس بیشترین فراوانی را شاخص مشاهده چکیده با 63944 و میانگین 57/106 به ازای هر مقاله داشته است.
 بحث و نتیجه­‌گیری: میزان تولید علم محققان دانشگاه پیام نور نسبت به مقدار کشوری در حوزه علوم اجتماعی بسیار پایین بوده و نیازمند تغییر سیاست‌ها و ایجاد مشوق­های تولید علم در این بخش است. توجه به نمایه‌سازی حداکثری مقالات در شبکه­های اجتماعی محرز است. در خصوص شاخص­های دگرسنجی، به‌عنوان راه جایگزین برای ارزیابی تولیدات علمی بایستی کاملاً محتاط بود و شاخص­های دگرسنجی را صرفاً به‌عنوان یک مکمل برای شاخص­های علم‌سنجی در نظر گرفت.

A glance on quality of Scientific Production of Payamnoor University Social Sciences during 2010-2020

Purpose: Considering the extent and importance of Payame Noor University in higher education and the importance of social sciences in the production of Iranian science, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the quality of scientific products in the field of social sciences of Payame Noor University based on scientometric and altmetrics indices in Scopus from 2010 to 2020.
Methodology: This descriptive survey study will be performed by scientometric and altmetrics methods and will be a type of applied research. The study population of all scientific productions in the field of social sciences of Payame Noor University, including 557 documents, in 2010 and 2020. Pearson t-test and correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data on the relationship between citation indices and Altmetrics indices.
Findings: A comparison of the scientific productions of Iran Social Sciences and Payame Noor University shows that the share of Payame Noor University in the total number of Iranian articles was equal to 2.89%. The rate of articles resulting from scientific collaborations of only the authors of this university with international authors has been 10%. In addition, the citation per paper of these scientific products and its FWCI were 3.1 and 0.63, respectively. In addition, regarding the altmetrics indices of the scientific documents studied in the Scopus database, the Abstract frequency index had the highest frequency with 63944 and an average of 106.57 per article.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the amount of science production of Payame Noor University researchers is very low compared to the national level in the field of social sciences and it is necessary to change policies and create incentives for science production in this sector.

Coclusion: The results of this study showed that the amount of science production of Payame Noor University researchers is very low compared to the national level in the field of social sciences and it is necessary to change policies and create incentives for science production in this sector.
