چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر استراتژی‌­های منابع انسانی بر پیشرفت عملکرد شغلی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب کشور بود.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی، در زمره پژوهش‌های توصیفی تحلیلی‌ است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب کشور؛ شهرهای کرمانشاه، کردستان، ایلام و همدان  به تعداد 800  نفرمی­باشد. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران260 نفر تعیین شد. روش نمونه­گیری به صورت تصادفی انجام گرفت. جهت گردآوری داده‌­ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد عملکرد شغلی براساس پرسشنامة چینگ و تسون (2020) که شامل (7 گویه)  و پرسشنامه استراتژی‌­های منابع انسانی براساس شاخص­‌های آرمسترانگ (2020) که شامل (25 گویه) می­باشد، استفاده شد. فرضیه‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی. ال. اس.
انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که استراتژی­های منابع انسانی با عملکرد شغلی کارکنان در سطح معناداری (p≤0/05) ارتباط مثبت و معنادار دارد. در این میان استراتژی پیشرفت منابع انسانی با ضریب مسیر451/0 بیشترین تاثیر را بر عملکرد شغلی کارکنان دارد و استراتژی جذب کارکنان با ضریب مسیر 178/0 کمترین تأثیر را بر عملکرد شغلی دارد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، استراتژی‌­های جذب بایستی با استراتژی‌های سازمان همسویی داشته باشد تا با ورود منابع انسانی منطبق با نیاز سازمان عملکرد شغلی لازم را تحقق بخشند. یافته‌­های پژوهش، بیانگر اهمیت نقش استراتژی­های منابع انسانی بر عملکرد شغلی کارکنان دارد.  و برای همین سیاست‌­های مرتبط با وزارت ورزش و جوانان مورد توجه قرار داد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of human resource strategies on the career development of employees of sports and youth departments in the west of the country.
Methodology: The present study is a descriptive-analytical research in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population of this research is all employees of sports and youth departments in the west of the country; there are 800 people in Kermanshah, Kurdistan, Ilam and Hamedan. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 260 people. Sampling method was random. Questionnaire based on Qing and Tsung (2020) questionnaire which includes (7 items) and human resources strategies questionnaire based on Armstrong indicators (2020) which includes (25 items) be, used. Equation modeling and factor analysis using SMART PLS software.
 
Findings: The results indicated that human resource strategies have a positive and significant relationship with employees' job performance at the level of significance (p≤0.05).Among these, the human resources development strategy with a path coefficient of 0.451 has the greatest recruitment strategy with a path coefficient of 0.178 has the least impact on job performance.
Conclusion: Therefore, recruitment strategies should be in line with the strategies of the organization to achieve the strategies on employees' job performance. Therefore, human resource strategies should be considered in policies related to the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
