Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of cybernetic management principles of cybernetic management on the flexibility of the West Tehran Tax Administration. Methodology: The method of the present research is also survey-analytical in terms of nature and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research consists of managers and employees of the Tax Affairs Organization of the west of the country, whose number is 600 people. To determine the sample size, Morgan table was used, which according to the statistical population is 234 people. To measure the components of cybernetic management, the standard questionnaire of Asadpour (2009) and organizational flexibility, the standard questionnaire of organizational flexibility, Penny Gardner (1999) were used. The software used in this research is spss23. Findings: The results of Chi-square test showed that participatory decision-making on organizational flexibility by approximately 66%, commitment to organizational flexibility by approximately 61%, fairness in payment on organizational flexibility by approximately 63%, flat structure on The flexibility of the organization by 64%, the correct flow of information on the flexibility of the organization by 56%, the development of a sense of ownership on the flexibility of the organization by 70%, online education on the flexibility of the organization by approximately 63%. And all research hypotheses were confirmed. Conclusion: The results of the present study indicate the importance of important and scalable functions of cybernetic management in explaining the flexibility of the organization. Participatory decision-making in the management of organizations and the correct flow of information to make the right decisions and increase organizational commitment and flat structure and continuous training can play a decisive role in organizational flexibility and increase employee capabilities to achieve better organizational performance and use all human capital capacity and conversion Realize potential capabilities and assist employees at both managerial and operational levels.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Knowledge Sharing Capability.Methodology: The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research consists of 380 employees of PNU of Kermanshah Province which 191 people were selected using Cochran formula. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 3 faculty members, and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha for professional ethics, organizational spirituality and creativity of staff was 81%, 78% and 75%, respectively.Findings: The results of linear regression and step-by-step regression at the level of 95% indicated that Islamic Work Ethics with Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables (0.666) and Knowledge Sharing Capability (0.557) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Knowledge Sharing Capability (0.677) have a positive and significant relationship. On the other hand, the results of the research showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior is related to Islamic Work Ethics and Knowledge Sharing Capability of mediators (0.717). In this research, a structural equation model was used to test the conceptual model of the research.Conclusion: The results indicated that the fitting (RMSEA = 0.044 and CFI = 0.94) was desirable for the model and therefore presented as an empirical model. So the relevant Department should pay close attention to the role of Islamic Work Ethics and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in increasing Knowledge Sharing Capability.

Purpose: the purpose of the present paper is to study and compare the reviewers’ lists of two journals in knowledge and information science, and answer some questions concerning these reviewers and their fields.Research methodology: research methodology is survey of literary criticism. The literature reviewed is websites of “Library and Information Science” and “National Studies on Librarianship and Information Organization” journals.Findings: findings illustrated that the number of reviewers and in some cases their fields in two journals are different, similar fields for similar reviewers are sometimes differently stated, and 47% of reviewers are common in the journals studied.Conclusion: considering the situation governing the reviewers in both journals, allocating reviewers for papers sent to these journals is sometimes quite difficult for people who are supposed to allocate reviewers, for which some suggestions have been presented to improve the situation.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational trust in the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management in university libraries in Ahvaz (Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and Jondishapur University of Medical Sciences).Methodology: The present study is a correlational application that has studied all librarians of Shahid Chamran University Libraries of Ahvaz and Jundishapur Medical Sciences. Data collection tools were Cameron and Quinn (1999) Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Payne Organizational Trust (2003) and Lawson Knowledge Management (2003). SPSS and AMOS software version 23 were used to analyze the data.Findings: The values of fitness indices related to the proposed research model showed that fitness indices are desirable. Regarding the hypotheses related to direct effect, the research findings showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management )p<0/005; β=0/87), organizational culture with organizational trust )p<0/005; β=0/55) and organizational trust with knowledge management )p<0/005; β=0/72). The results of Sobel test on indirect hypothesis showed that organizational culture has an indirect and significant effect on knowledge management through organizational trust )p<0/005; β=0/396).Conclusion: According to the research results, creating a suitable platform for creating a proper organizational culture leads to increasing the sense of organizational trust among librarians of university libraries and a sense of organizational trust in sharing knowledge and experiences, creating new knowledge and applying knowledge.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to study the effect of IT knowledge on use, strategic alignment and business in youth entrepreneurship in Qom province.Methodology: The research method was descriptive and survey and applied. The statistical population of the present study includes the youth of Qom province who are in the age range of 20 to 25 years, according to the official census announced in 2016, their number is 158,565 people. According to Cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as the sample size through simple random sampling. The reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (0.803). Using the test of structural equations and 22 SPSS and Smart PLS software, the status of the dimensions and variables of the research from the respondents' point of view has been investigated.Findings The results showed that the knowledge of the owner of traditional information technology has an effect on strategic alignment. The knowledge of Internet technology owners has an impact on strategic alignment. The knowledge of the owner of traditional information technology affects the use of traditional information technology. The knowledge of the owner of Internet technologies affects the use of Internet technologies. IT owner knowledge affects the strategic alignment of the business.Conclusion: IT owner knowledge affects the use of information technology in business.

Purpose: Today, in the era of communication, there are countless tools for information to accelerate the transfer of concepts and information. The usage of logotypes and pictograms in the library is one of the information methods that always facilitates access to sources. The purpose of this research is to identify the role of logotypes and pictograms to guide library users and present a suggestive offer.Methodology: This research was applied in terms of purpose and method; it was done by survey-analytical method. Data gathering tool - the questionnaire- included 42 questions, some were Likert scale and some open-ended designed. The statistical society consisted of 60 persons. The questionnaire was designed on Google Doc and was available electronically for Respondents. Studies represent those Logotypes and pictograms in the library of Shahid Beheshti University were limited and in simple fonts, printed on paper.Findings: Furthermore, logotypes and pictograms, other criteria like color, environmental graphic, the architecture of library and environmental factors such as type of shelving, layout of study tables and chairs, lighting are principal.According to the observed data, we can say the above mentioned has not been seriously applied in the library. Librarians rarely know about logotypes and pictograms as tool guide.Conclusion: Therefore, by planning in order to resolve the lack of sufficient information and knowledge in this base we can create an attractive situation for library users and librarians by creating suitable conditions for designing of environmental graphics, especially the design of types of symbols in libraries. This requires a co-operation between librarians and graphic designers.
