Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the status of study among working women and housewives in East of the country.Methodology: This practical research was conducted through survey method. The statistical population of the research is 812 individuals selected from working women and housewives aged 25-65 years old . Findings: Based on the findings of this study, there is no difference in rate of reading and topics of interest (except health) among housewives and working women. It is also revealed that women are more interested in novels (working women 3/81 and housewives 3/69), healthcare (working women 3/73 and housewives 3/49), psychology (working women 3/64 and housewives 3/56), and are less interested in politics, literature history and philosophy. Women spend the most of their leisure reading time on useful information on the internet and virtual networks, and the least on compact discs and television Teledex. Women were mainly discouraged from studying by busy lifestyles, lack of time, existence of other Medias such as satellite television, television and internet, and not having plans for work or daily life. The most significant element to boost the study rate among women was the increase of general knowledge (working women 6/71 and housewives 6/94) while the least important factors were filling their free time, improve social status and raise the income (for both groups(Conclusion: This study is one of the few studies, which investigates the status of study rate among working women and housewives in east of the country. Its results, therefore, can help authorities and officials to identify and prioritize the most important executive solutions and to adopt appropriate strategies and eventually led to the development, growth, and physical and mental health of women.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine and compare the communication skills and their relationship with demographic characteristics in librarians in public libraries of Kashan.Methodology: This research was conducted using an analytical survey method, and data collection tool was Queendom's interpersonal communication skills Questionnaire. The statistical population of this study was the librarians of institutional public libraries in Kashan, a total of 40 people (total librarians). Validity of the questionnaire has been verified by confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability has been calculated and validated by calculating the Cronbach's alpha with coefficient of 0.84. Data analysis is done by SPSS software at two levels of descriptive statistics (percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (variance analysis).Findings: The findings of this study showed that librarians of public libraries of Kashan have a moderate communication skills status. In such a way, these individuals in the component of insight toward the communication process are desirable and in relation to the three components of communication with decisiveness, emotional control and the ability to receive and send messages are at moderate levels and in relation to the listening skill component are weak. Also, the results of the analysis of variance for each of the demographic characteristics with the communication skills are confirmed, so the relationship between them is confirmed. It should be noted that there is no correlation between the listening skill and the demographic characteristics of the statistical test.Conclusion:The results indicate that there is a relationship between demographic characteristics of librarians of public libraries in kashan such as age, gender, education and service history with the level of their communication skills and their average communication skills are in a moderate state.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to determine the amount of reading literary texts in housewives and employed women. Methodology: Research method is based on survey with casual-comparative nature in which amount of reading literary texts in housewives and employed women in Rasht city is compared and data was gathered via questionnaire. The research population consisted of all housewives and employed women in Rasht city.According to the Statistical Center of Iran, the population of these women was 83082. Using Cochran formula and based on random sampling, 382 individuals in age range of 25-45 were selected as sample. Findings: Findings show that internal factors such as amount of reading during childhood and youth (71.25%), amount of parents’ reading (46.40%), feeling the need to study literary texts (77.05%), marital status and tendency of husbands toward reading (52.40%) are effective factors. Conclusion: Also results show that there is a significant difference between occupation status, marital status, and level of educations with the study of literary texts.

Purpose: Futurology is a systematic, participatory, and perceptual process that builds a medium- to long-term perspective with the goal of making up-to-date decisions and mobilizing joint action. Rankings will lose their place in the digital age and will face challenges. Therefore, this study examines and researches the future of library resource classification systems. Methodology: In this study, descriptive-analytical method and review of sources have been used. Findings: Classification is defined in different ways based on the context in which it is used as well as the extent to which it is used. The development of library classification schemes for bookshelf arrangement and alphabetical classification is not something we expect to change significantly. Advances have been made in the use of technology to update and distribute these designs, including the development of rating systems based on the digital age. Conclusion: The ranking system is developed with regard to the development of science and knowledge and the emergence of interdisciplinary and a place for them. In the case of both futures studies and library resource classification systems, it arises that in the future, library resource classification systems will traditionally be challenged in the age of information and digital technology. And this vision of the future must exist in order to address the challenges in question.

Purpose: The aim of research examining the effects of integrated Internet marketing on the online performance of companies indexed in the portal of the e-commerce development center of Kermanshah province. Methodology: this research is a descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the study includes all managers of companies with the symbol of electronic trust who had an activity license on the website of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade. Findings: In terms of applied purpose, 75 managers of the mentioned companies were randomly selected as a statistical sample and the required information was collected through a questionnaire with a seven-point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed by Amos statistical software at 95% confidence level using nonlinear regression method. Conclusion: results showed That Empirical evidence from hypothesis testing suggests that there is a direct and significant relationship between integrated Internet marketing and corporate online performance. Also, integration in knowledge management, supply chain management and customer relationship management has a positive and significant effect on companies' online performance. There is a positive correlation between all factors and customer relationship management has the greatest impact on the company's online performance.

Purpose: Considering the extent and importance of Payame Noor University in higher education and the importance of social sciences in the production of Iranian science, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the quality of scientific products in the field of social sciences of Payame Noor University based on scientometric and altmetrics indices in Scopus from 2010 to 2020. Methodology: This descriptive survey study will be performed by scientometric and altmetrics methods and will be a type of applied research. The study population of all scientific productions in the field of social sciences of Payame Noor University, including 557 documents, in 2010 and 2020. Pearson t-test and correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data on the relationship between citation indices and Altmetrics indices. Findings: A comparison of the scientific productions of Iran Social Sciences and Payame Noor University shows that the share of Payame Noor University in the total number of Iranian articles was equal to 2.89%. The rate of articles resulting from scientific collaborations of only the authors of this university with international authors has been 10%. In addition, the citation per paper of these scientific products and its FWCI were 3.1 and 0.63, respectively. In addition, regarding the altmetrics indices of the scientific documents studied in the Scopus database, the Abstract frequency index had the highest frequency with 63944 and an average of 106.57 per article. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the amount of science production of Payame Noor University researchers is very low compared to the national level in the field of social sciences and it is necessary to change policies and create incentives for science production in this sector.
