Abstract Purpose: Managers are as a part of human resource and determinants in the society and organization, therefore, they have fundamental role to the growth of their organizations and society. Accordingly, attention to the Directors’ QWL, as a means to attract and retain talented employees, is to achieve higher performance. So, this study was performed with the aim of a survey on Quality of work life for the public libraries directors in Mazandaran province. Methodology: The community of this search has been 52 director in public library of this province. The type of this study is an applied research which is performed by using two ways survey including library approach along with measurement .The tools for collecting information and data was questionairs deal with investigating each variable related to the factors effected on the Quality of work life for the directors based on Walton model and after it. Consequent admissible and constant approvement was distributed within public libraries directors in Mazandaran province and then information and data was analyzed via applying pair or double sample “ T “ test Kolomograph-Smirnoph as well as Kroscal-valice tests. Findings: This study showed that there is not meaningful difference between the province Mazandaran public libraries directors point of views in the level and value of effected factors on their QWL. It was obviously cleared that within the province Mazandaran public libraries point of views about QWL among female and male directors there is only a distinction between two factors of following rules and regulations into the organization and also social dependence in QWL among eight factors of QWL life are most concerned as a meaningful difference. Also, results showed from the point of view of public libraries directors in Mazandaran province there isn't any differences on the level of QWL according to major. Conclusion: Results showed , there is no difference between the QWL in various cities. From the point of view of public libraries directors in Mazandaran province the level of effective factors in QWL there is differences between male and female directors and only in two factors, constitutionalism in wok organization and the social relevance of work life among the eight factors in QWL. The level of of constitutionalism in wok organization from the view of women directors is in higher level rather than men directors and the level of the social relevance of work life from the view of men directors is in higher level rather than women directors. And there isn't any differences on the level of QWL according to major.

Methodology: Research in respect of the method of correlation research, descriptive-survey used and data were collected through a questionnaire. The total number of Case Study people in both public and private organizations, 110 of which 90 samples were selected according to Morgan table and Collecting data using the Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis was performed using spss software.
Findings: According to the research community to identify and deliver the seven indicators of quality of information and its effect on user decisions, seven components in both public and private organizations were investigated and found in the study population,except the integrity of information systems and other components of intelligent design, flexibility, ease of use, speed of access, assessment capabilities, reliability of information systems, the quality of decisions affect users.
Conclusion:Hypothesis test results showed that between the quality of information and the quality of decisions users (managers and professionals), there is a significant and positive relationship.

Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this article is to investigate the effects of spiritual therapy on mental well-being and usage of coping strategies among the students of information and knowledge science.
Methodology: Thirty two Knowledge and Information Science female senior students from Qom Payame Noor University in Iran were selected as subjects by voluntary sampling method. The sample was divided into two equal control and experimental groups. Then, for experimental group, 8 sessions were carried out spirituality based on Quran.
Findings: The results –ANCOVA- showed that after treatment, mental well-being has been increased in experimental group in comparison with control group. Furthermore, in experimental group, escape-avoidance as a mainly dysfunctional coping way has been decreased and seeking social support and positive reappraisal had increased just as research hypotheses had predicted.
Conclusion: After complementary studies, we can conclude that spiritual therapy could have its beneficial effects on mental well-being by decreasing dysfunctional coping ways.

Abstract
Purpose: Current study aims to investigate the relationship between time management and managerial skills of government-sponsored university libraries managers in Isfahan municipality.
Methodology: This research was conducted by descriptive-correlative study. The population included all managers and librarians employed in government-sponsored university libraries in Isfahan. Two standard questionnaires were used as data collection tool with an acceptable reliability (0.81and 0.85).
Findings: The results indicated that the rate of managerial skills was higher than average in three dimensions (technical skills=3.32; conceptual skills=3.53; and human skills=3.44). The overall rate of the managers’ managerial skills was higher than average too. “Education” had the most effect on time management (=0.23) but the other variables had no any significant correlation with it. Also there was not any significant difference between time management and two dimensions of managerial skills (technical and human but with conceptual skills.
Conclusion: According to the results and the importance of the management in library productivity and efficiency, time management can be used in Isfahan university libraries to improve their productivity and efficiency.
