Purpose: Energy Internet is a new approach that has been proposed in response to the crisis of energy consumption and control of non-renewable resources. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of modeling the implementation of energy Internet in government organizations.Methodology: The research is based on the purpose of fundamental studies and from a philosophical perspective with an approach based on interpretive paradigm. In terms of method and time period of data collection is also in the category of cross-sectional survey studies. The statistical population of the study included the directors of strategic government research who participated in this study by non-probabilistic sampling method and purposeful nine people. The main data collection tool in this study was semi-structured interviews with experts in the field of public administration. The soda method has been used to identify categories of energy internet. Causal mapping method has been used to identify the pattern of causal relationships and present the final pattern.Findings: Based on soda analysis, 17 factors were identified as indicators of the energy Internet pattern. Based on the pattern of energy internet networks, 17 categories and 159 relationships have been identified. The index of correct implementation of energy internet in government organizations has the highest dependence and the least influence. The index of access to up-to-date hardware facilities and equipment with 19 relationships was at the center of the cluster model relationships. Conclusion: The set of financial resources required to use the energy Internet, the determination to use the energy Internet at the macro level, the existence of appropriate software infrastructure and access to up-to-date hardware facilities and equipment are the model variables that should be considered by officials and policy makers.

Methodology: This study is a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study that describes the level of information literacy of nurses in. Data were gathered by a self-sufficient questionnaire to measure information literacy skills to provide evidence-based care, which was completed by nurses and analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics through SPSS version 24. Findings: The research findings showed that more than 70 percent of the population surveyed were women and the rest were men. More than 85% of nurses had a bachelor's degree and 58.8% did not use a hospital library. The information literacy of nurses Educational Hospitals in Bushehr in2018 was with an average of 94.38 that is lower than the average level. Among the 5 standards of information literacy, the highest average was related to information exchange and dissemination skills and the lowest average was related to information organization skills. Purpose knowledge sharing is considered as one of the key factors in the successful implementation of KM. Managers are always faced with the question of what to do about the behavior of employee knowledge sharing The purpose of this research is to evaluate effective methods for knowledge sharing of the staff of the National Archives of Iran. MethodologyThis This research is a descriptive survey and carried out using a questionnaire. To measure the reliability was used Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of this study is 248 staff of the National Archive of Iran. Using Cochran's formula, 151 of them were selected as samples. Findings: The results indicate that knowledge sharing methods have a positive effect on the tendency to share knowledge and knowledge sharing behavior. Research findings also show that" PeerAssistant", "conference and gathering," and "Team Work" methods of interest, and "seminars" and "Community Of Practice" are less desirable ways for Iranian National Archives staff to share knowledge. Conclusion: The methods of sharing the knowledge of employees as one of the key and important factors in the occurrence of knowledge sharing behavior play a role in providing this factor which can contribute to the behavior of knowledge sharing and only some of the methods of knowledge sharing are of interest to employees. Therefore, the use of knowledge sharing methods that is more in the interest of individuals will better lead to the behavior of knowledge sharing.

AbstractPurpose: This research is aimed to identify E-learning readiness Rate of postgraduate students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR, Khuzestan. Methodology: The current research is an applied study which used an analytical-survey method. Sampling from the research population was done using the Cochran formula on 153 post graduate students of Khuzestan Institute for Higher Education registered in the first semester of 2018-2019 academic year. was performed Sampling was stratified random sampling .Data gathering instruments was a researcher-made questionnaire; Its validity has been confirmed by experts and reliability of the questionnaire were observed using the Cronbach Alph method, ite reliability was measures (%854 For data analysis, descriptive statistics and referrrential statistics (T-test and one way ANOVA, variance analysis) were used. Findings: The analysis of the obtained results from surveying the rate post graduate students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR, Khuzestan readiness for participating in electronic learning shows that the average of students’ readiness in the six is 3/81 of 5. This figure shows the electronic learning of the students is moderate. Abstract Purpose The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role of social capital in the development of ambidexterity learning and knowledge transfer among university faculty members. MethodologyThis applied research has been done by survey-descriptive method using a questionnaire. The statistical population of the study is 421 faculty members of Islamic Azad University and Payam Noor University of Urmia and Mahabad. Using Cochran's formula, 201 people have been selected as a statistical sample. Data analysis was performed based on structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart-PLS software. Findings: The results showed that all coefficients related to the paths between the variables of this research (except social capital path on knowledge transfer) were significant. Knowledge is also meaningful. And social capital has a positive and significant effect on knowledge transfer indirectly through to ambidexterity learning. Conclusion: The results indicate that the existence of social capital in the university promotes the learning of ambiguity in the dimensions of exploration and profit, which will provide the basis for knowledge transfer between faculty members.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate thinking styles of staff's in Public Libraries Foundation and its relation with entrepreneurship traits. Methodology: The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection methods was correlation. The population of the research is the staff of the Public Libraries and information. Data collection tools were Sternberg-Wagner thinking styles (1999) and Entrepreneurship traits questionnaire. In order to study the validity of the tool in terms of the number of components and semple size, in addition to content analysis, a confirmatory factor analysis was used with Lisrel software that evaluation of fitting indices confirmed that the research instruments have been constructive. The collected data were analyzed by SPSSv.22 in both descriptive and inferential statistics(Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression). Findings: The findings showed that the dominant thinking style among the staff is extraverted thinking. All styles of thinking, with the exception of introverted thinking, had a positive relationship with the entrepreneurship traits of staff. Conclusion: Stepwise regression analysis showed that among the components of TS, (31.6) percent of the change in creativity is explained by liberal and judicial thinking. Also, (43.5) percent of the risk taking are explained by liberal, judiciary and legislator thinking. The findings of the research also showed that (24.6) percent of the changes in the internal control are explained by the judicial and extraverted thinking, (38.0%) of the changes in willingness are explained by liberal and judicial thinking, (18.6%) of the changes in independence component are explained by introverted thinking, (21.2%) of the variation of ambiguity tolerance in the level of 99 is significant and the calculated beta value is 0.460.
