Purpose: Knowledge sharing is one of the vital processes in implementation of KM, because it enables organizations to improve their skills and create value and competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effective motivational factors on knowledge sharing among Iranian National Archives staff. Methodology: This research is a descriptive survey and carried out using a questionnaire. To measure the reliability was used Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of this study is 248 staff of the National Archive of Iran. Using Cochran's formula, 151 of them were selected as samples. Findings: The results indicate the internal and external motivational factors have a positive effect on the desire to share knowledge and behavior knowledge sharing. According to research findings, "success" and "enjoying helping others" are the most influential variables of internal motivational factors, and the motivational factors external to "job security" and "recognition" are the most effective variables in knowledge sharing. Conclusion: The conclusions indicate the motivational factors can contribute to the behavior of knowledge sharing and internal motivational factors have an effect on external motivational factors.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the digital divide between postgraduate students of Iran university of medical sciences in terms of use, accessibility and IT skills. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive in nature. The statistical population of the study consisted of all postgraduate students of Iran university of medical sciences in the first term of the academic 2018-2019year's, that number was 2584 graduate student. The sample of the present study was estimated using to stage stratified method, was 161 student's. The standard questionnaire was used for data collection. Informal validity was used to determine the validity of the research instrument. The reliability of the research instrument using Cronbach Alpha coefficient, that was equal./85. SPSS software was used for data analysis. Findings: The finding showed that there is a digital gap among the postgraduate students in the three indices of use, access and IT skills, all with equal /001 significance level. The results also showed that the digital gab between students was significant in terms of age, education degree, and housing status. Conclusion: It can be concluded from the research findings that the digital gab status of postgraduate students of medical sciences of Iran is at an average level. Therefore, it is suggested that the Iranian university of medical sciences be equipped with new information technologies and tools for students.

Purpose: The main objective of this research is to investigate the use of electronic business applications in the Regional Science and Technology Information Center. Methodology: The research method is descriptive-analytical type. The research population consists of all employees of the Regional Science and Technology Information Center, questions were presented in three sections: internal functions, communication and organizational collaboration, and e-commerce. Findings: The research findings show that the average rate of use of electronic business in the internal functions of the regional center is 3.11. Therefore, the first hypothesis that the use of electronic business in the internal functions of the regional center is too moderate is confirmed. The average use of communications and organizational partnerships is also 3.64. Therefore, the second hypothesis of the research is that the level of use of e-business in communication and organizational cooperation of the regional center is too moderate. Also, the average of e-commerce is 3.44. Therefore, the third hypothesis of the research is that the use of e-commerce in e-commerce in a less-than-average regional center is rejected. Also, according to the obtained averages, the regional center in the field of e-commerce has a better performance than other areas. Conclusion: Given that many Regional Science and Technology Information Center are done electronically, the use of e-business can be of great help in providing better services to users. The use of e-business applications also enables quick access to information, up-to-date information, marketing and more customer service and increased numbers (due to geographical limitations), creating a large regional or even global market for this Center.

Purpose: The aim of the present research is to study the communication skills of public librarians, in theFars province and the effect of number of demographic variables. Methodology: This research is an applied research with an analytical method. And Questionnaire by Queen Dom was selected as the research tool, which has 34 items and 5 subscales. The population of this study is all librarians from public libraries in Fars province are (350) person. Descriptive Statistics, F-test and t-test were used for data analysis. Findings: The results research showed that communication skills in public librarians in the fars province is a higher than average. Therefore, on skills, the ability to receive and understand verbal and nonverbal messages, manage emotions, listening skills, insight into the process of communication and decisiveness are in a relatively good level. Also, other results showed that Work experience, gender, discipline and education had no effect on the communication skills in field knowledge and information science with non knowledge and information science. conclusion:Considering that communication is important for librarians to Effective interaction with clients, the results could be useful in more attention to interpersonal communication and skills needed in this area, to achieve the goals of public libraries.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between job burnout and communication skills in librarians of institutional and participatory public libraries in Kashan. Methodology: This study is conducted by analytical survey method. Data gathering tools are two questionnaires of Queen Dam communication skills and Maslach job burnout. The statistical population of this study have been librarians of institutional and participatory public libraries in Kashan city which have been studied by a total of 40 (total librarians). The validity of the questionnaire with kmo is 903 and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha is 845. Data analysis has been done by SPSS software at two levels of descriptive statistics (calculation of tables and abilities, as well as calculation of validity and reliability of the questionnaire) and inferential and explanatory statistics (using Pearson correlation test to determine the correlation between Independent and dependent variables). Findings: Based on the findings of this research, librarians of public libraries of Kashan have a moderate communication skills. The results of the analysis of the findings show that, in comparing the demographic characteristics of librarians to the subscales of job burnout, there is only a meaningful relationship between the elements of personality and gender and the components of the lack of individual success and work experience with sig = .005. Also, in comparing the subscales of job burnout to the communication skills, there is a confirmed and meaningful relationship between all the components of communication skills with the lack of success component, as well as between the component of emotional control and de-personality. Conclusion: The results indicates that the communication skills of the sample was moderate. The results show that among the subscales of job burnout, there is a significant relationship between the components of personalization and gender, and the components of lack of individual success and work experience. Also, there is a significant relationship between the subscales of burnout with communication skills, between the communication skills components with the lack of success component, and between the emotional control and personality deprivation components.

Purpose: The aim of the current research is to identify the comparative condition of introduced information resources in BA lessons headlines of medical library and information science. Methodology: The method of research was comparative and instruments for gathering data was invoice and research population concluded all the presented resources in BA lesson headline of knowledge and information science (science ministry) and medical library and information science. Research from the point of aim was an applied that with comparative study approach is carried out with evaluative method. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis and excel software. Findings: The findings showed that the numbers of information resources lessons headlines of information science were more than medical library and information course. Numbers of compilation resources in lessons, headline of knowledge and information science course were more than medical library and information science course. Authoring pattern of information resources in both courses, was mostly with one author. Half-age Persian and non-Persian resources of medical library and information science were older than the other ones. Conclusion: The most and the least of used information resources in headline of both courses, respectively were books and thesis. And articles has been less used. Therefore it is necessary in addition of using thesis, especially thesis that are chosen as sample and best one in the festivals or research week, articles also should be used to fulfill this need of information which looks small but valuable and effective and also be a pattern for the some courses.

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the levels of leisure reading among females students of the Elmiye Schools in Mashhad. Methodology: This practical research was conducted through a descriptive survey method. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The sample population consists of all the female students of the Elmiye Schools, Mashhad. Findings: The findings show, 8.94% of the sample believe encouragement from teachers is the most important factor that motivates them. Other important factors were the existence of suitable and necessary resources at the library and reading habits developed from childhood seen by agreements of 8.37% and 8.60% respectively. Discouragement factors include the lack of reading habits (11.47%), homework overload (13.38%), and not having enough proper motivations to study (12.94%). Conclusion: The result of this research indicates that teachers’ encouragement and having access to the necessary resources aid the students of the Elmiye schools (Tolab) gain the information they need from the library. Literacy information workshops can be useful to improve the study rate among students. The use of specialist librarians in Elmiye Schools can also promote book culture and reading. Studying is a good habit to increase women's quality of life and social status.
