Purpose: The purpose of this Research can be used as the head of parents, teachers and librarians in teaching leadership information literacy to Kangavar students. Method: The present research method was of applied type that was implemented by survey method. The statistical population of this study included all high school students in Kangavar, the total number of whom was reported to be 1475, and using Cochran's formula, 305 people were selected as a sample by appropriate stratified random sampling method. Ghasemi et al. (2007) standardized information literacy questionnaire was used to collect data. The reliability of this questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha of 0.934. In order to analyze the data, first, using descriptive statistics, a table of frequency distribution of demographic variables and central indices and distribution of research variables was obtained. The Clemogrov-Smirnov test was then used to test the normality of the data distribution. Then, in order to answer the research questions, the non-parametric equivalent test of T-sample test was used in SPSS software. Findings: The results of the data analysis showed that teachers, parents and librarians were involved in teaching students information literacy skills, and the role of teachers was more colorful than the role of librarians. Parents also played less of a role than teachers and librarians. Also, the average information literacy of students was higher than the average. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that librarians, although they are experts in teaching information literacy skills, but their role is less than the role of teachers in teaching these skills to students. This could highlight the vacancy of school libraries in schools. Because if there is a school library in schools by a specialized librarian. This librarian can teach both students and teachers these skills in a more specialized way.

AbstractPurpose: Overuse of the Internet, especially in the form of addiction, can disrupt students' academic progress. Many students are seriously exposed to this damage for a variety of reasons, including the possibility of using unlimited internet in the campus environment. Many of them do not have the skills necessary for proper learning, for example they are unable to monitor, guide and regulate their learning process.Internet addiction has high prevalence among students and most of them do not have the appropriate skills for academic learning. Information literacy can be effective in these structures. This study aimed to determine the role of information literacy in self-regulated learning and Internet addiction.Methodology: The research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population graduate students in Tehran that 183 of them participated in the study by convenience sampling method and responded to Self-regulated learning scale, Internet addiction scale and Information literacy scale. Findings: Data analysis using Pearson correlation and regression analysis showed that Information literacy has a meaningful and positive relationship with self-regulated learning, but has a significant negative relationship with internet addiction. Information literacy can also predict Internet addiction and Self-regulated learning. Conclusion: This finding implied on the importance of information literacy in increasing self-regulated learning and reducing of internet addiction.

Objective: This study is aimed to comparing the resources available in the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality (ACOTM) and the Tehran Public Libraries Institution (PLI) concerning the conformity of these resources to the needs of library members.Research Method: This research used Analytic survey method. Sampling method is random stratified sampling. The Public Libraries affiliated with Tehran Municipality and the Public Libraries of the Institution in Tehran are divided into 22 urban districts. In order to take the sample one library is selected from each district. The statistical population of the public libraries of the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran municipality (ACOTM) consists of 440 entities including 209 men and 231 women. The statistical population of Tehran Public Libraries Institution (PLI) consists of 440 entities including 179 men and 261 women. Questionnaire has used to gather information.Findings: The public libraries of the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality (ACOTM) have a better than the Tehran Public Libraries Institution (PLI) status concerning “non-book resources”. The status of libraries of Tehran Public Libraries Institution (PLI) is better than the public libraries of the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality (ACOTM) as concerns “Dewey decimal topics”. The significance level of the test is larger than %5 in the two classes of “educational aid books” with significance level of 0.653 and “the accessibility of resources” with significance level of 0.167. Therefore, there is no significant difference between the libraries of the two institutions.Result: Comparing the current situation of public libraries in Iran, it seems that the number of buildings and their appearance, equipment, quality of resources and most importantly, their services are far from what is needed in a dynamic and growing society.

Purpose: This study aimed to explain a Effects of Implementation knowledge management on organizational development in National library Archives of I.R Iran.Methodology: The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection methods was descriptive survey and the analysis method was structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population includes 340 individuals and the statistical sample, as determined through Cochran’s formula, is 181 individuals. The return rate of questionnaire form is 94 percent. A researcher-made knowledge management questionnaire with reliability (α = 0.86) and a researcher-made organizational improvement questionnaire with reliability (α = 0.96) were used to collect data, In order to evaluate the validity of the instruments according to the number of components and sample size, in addition to content analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and LISREL software were used to evaluate the fit indices confirmed the factor analysis. Therefore, it can be said that the research tool had structural validity. Results: Through analysis of hypotheses at two descriptive and inferential levels, showed knowledge management and organizational development items in National library Archives of I.R.ran were more than average. The components of KM & OD had correlation with each other . The three components of knowledge management have a positive and significant relationship with the three components of organizational improvement (planned change, continuous job development and group learning). Employee knowledge management (r = 0.67) had a positive and significant effect on organizational improvement (p

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to feasibility implementation of knowledge management based on the Bukowitz & William's model components and also the effects of this model on knowledge contribute in Qom province public libraries.Methodology: A survey - descriptive method was used. The population was included 92 librarians of Qom province public libraries. The statistical sample was selected 73 people based on Krejcie & Morgan table. Sampling method is stratified random sampling and data collection tool was a researcher-developed questionnaire with the Likert scale. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert teachers and its reliability was calculated as 0.96 by Cronbach's alpha method. For data analysis was used descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS software.Findings: Findings revealed that the feasibility implementation of Bukowitz & William's KM model in the Qom province public libraries is upper than the average (3.29). The results of regression test showed that this model can predict 75% of the effects on the "knowledge contribute" component. The components of "knowledge learning" and "knowledge assess" have the most impact on the "knowledge contribute" component. Also, the feasibility implementation of KM in terms of demographic characteristics i.e. gender, discipline, work experience, academic degree and work type were no significant difference from librarian's view. Conclusion: The Bukowitz & William's model was approved as a suitable model for KM implementation in non-profit organizations like public libraries. Also, effective factors in this model on "knowledge contribute" were identified which will be applicable for managers and librarians of public libraries in Qom province.

Purpose: The aim of this study is the determination of the status of study between employed women and housewives in Zahedan City.Methodology: A descriptive -survey method was used in this research. The sample population consists of 380 women in Zahedan. Descriptive statistical method and inferential statistical method were used to answer research questions and hypotheses test. Findings: The findings showed, that there is a meaningful correlation between the levels of education and the amount of non-academic reading. In general, the most important activity of employed women in leisure time is the use of virtual networks and among housewives is telephone conversations and text messaging. Reading online news and printed books were identified as the most important sources of information for employed women and housewives.
