Purpose: The purpose of the research is to study the presence of Islamic Azad University- Tehran Science and Research Branch(IAUTSRB) University Scholars in ResearchGate. Methodology: This research is an applied one which is done with Altmetrics approach. The statistical population of this research to 9 October 2017, 2158 researchers were in IAUTSRB To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Findings: The results showed that the male researcher presence of IAUTSRB is more than women in ResearchGate scientific social network from the point of view of quantity and RG scores. The researcher’s presence and RG score and Research items were different in scientific areas. The researchers' participation in the question and the answer was low. Conclusion: Scientific social networks have an important role in activities and scientific communication of researchers; It deserves that provide such an environment in which researchers; scientists and student could present him/her selves.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the Altometrics Indicators of Iranian medical sciences universities in the two social networks of the ResearchGate and Academia.edu. and to investigate their relationship with the scientometrics indicator in Scopos database, such as number of publications, citation rates and h-Index. Methodology: The present study was carried out using scientometric method. The research data were collected using Excel 2013 software and analyzed by SPSS version 23 using Spearman, Chi-square and condom analysis. Findings: According to the findings, the University's ranking based on the h-Index has a significant relationship with their presence and number of members in the social network of the ResearchGate and Academia.edu. In addition, there was a significant relationship between the Altometrics Indicators of medical sciences universities in the ResearchGate and Academia social networks with the citation rate and h-Index (P Conclusions: The results of this study, the starting point for action plans to increase the presence of faculty members of universities in social networking as an activity in the dissemination of knowledge.

Purpose: The present research aims to study the quality of international research outputs of the University of Isfahan using various indicators for the last ten years. In addition, it investigates whether the quality of these output has been increased along with their quantity by comparing with the country's average. Methodology: The present study is an applied research using scientometric indicators. The research population consisted of 5806 papers with at least one author affiliated with the University of Isfahan, published during 2006-2015 and indexed in Scopus Moreover, Scopus and civil were used for data collection. Findings: Findings showed that quality performance of the University of Isfahan in a production of research outputs in metrics of “citedness rate”, “international scientific collaboration” and “publication in high-quality journals” was higher than the country’s average. Conversely, the quality of the University of Isfahan’s scholarly output based on “citations per publication”, “views per publication”, “field-weighted citation impact” and “highly-cited papers” was less than the country's average. Conclusion: The results of the research might be useful by the managers and policy makers of the University of Isfahan to be aware of the current level and future plans in order to improve the quality of research output of the university.

purpose: This study was conducted for the analysis of hijacked journal and presenting new features to apply them and reduce internet frauds. Methodology: To reach this goal, First according to studies done on the websites the of authentic and hijacked journals, the features of this kind of attacks are extracted and then a training dataset is created. The number of collected data records is 104 were collected and analyzed using WEKA data mining tools. The results showed that the applied method has an error rate of 1 percent. Findings: The collected data of this research was analyzed by Weka data mining software. The algorithms used in this survey were developed by the Decision Tree Algorithm. An algorithm with a lower error rate is selected. The results showed that the applied method has an error rate of 9 percent. Conclusion: The previous studies showed an increase in the number of fake publishers and hijacked journals. This article is dealt with finding a way to identify these type of journals. The results obtained from the data collected using a decision tree and the analysis thereof was shown.

Purpose: This paper aim to review features of review articles that are available immediately after publication and their relationship with the number of citations they receive in the field of cell biology.Methodology: ten article features including SJR, SNIP, IF, the numbers of authors, the number of countries, the number of cited references, the number of pages, the length of the article title in terms of number of characters, abstract words number and Price Index of all the review articles covered by journals in Scopus in year 2012 has explored Using multivariate OLS regression models.Findings: The results show that, SNIP, SJR, Number of countries, IF, Number of references, Price index of review articles indexed in Scopus have the highest relation with the number of future citations of articles respectively. In addition number of pages, number of authors and article title length has negative association in this field and type. Based on the presented models each unit increases in SNIP is associated with 43% increase in citations, while for IF this association is about 10%.Conclusion: Features used in this study, have capability of explaining about one-third of citations. Furthermore, SNIP is more capable of predicting the number of future citations of articles in this field

Purpose: Conducting a scientometrics study on Iran’s research in Computer Science in an international arena exposes an exact picture of its situation. The purpose of this study is an investigation of Iran’s global situation in Computer Science using scientometric techniques. Methodology: Bibliometric methodology and social network analysis are used as the research methods. The research population comprises Iran’s 23964 records in the field of Computer Science during 1987-2016، which have been retrieved from Web of Science. Findings: Results indicated that Iran’s international research on Computer Science recienced 95502 citations, totally, which is 4 times per article. Moreover, “Genetic Algorithm”، “Neural Network”، and “Particle Swarm Optimization” are the most frequent keywords in the Computer Science studies published by Iranian researchers. Use of cluster analysis of both title and abstract terms led to the creation of 7 topical clusters in Iran’s Computer Science studies. Conclusions: In general, according to the results of this research, it can be claimed that Iran's computer research has grown relatively during this thirty years, showing a share of 0.968 Iran and ranked 24th among all countries of the world. That seems a low rating. Since the realization of goals such as e-government and advancement in other sciences depends to a great extent on the development of computer science, the need for investment and comprehensive planning in this area is increasingly evident.

Purpose: This research has been done with the aim of the study of a web-based resource of URL in Iranian articles of information science indexed in ISI in 2009-2011. Methodology: The method of this research is citation analysis. The population of this research is all Iranian researchers’ articles in information science (121 articles) in the ISI database that are indexed in SSCI between 2009- 2011. data were analyzed using Excel software. Findings: These research findings show that generally the most used domain and a file is org. and pdf.internet citation of information science was available in 82 percent, which they decrease to 98 percent after appropriate proceedings and further studies. Also, these research findings show that the most available internet URL addresses in studying articles were found in cited internet URL address. The statues of unavailable internet addresses in all studying articles, from the view of error messages, shows that the most error messages are in articles of information science, error message 403 (forbidden) with 21 percent. The average internet citation half-life calculated is 3 years and 4 months in information science articles. Conclusion: The results of this research show that the decline of internet addresses must be considered a problem. The problem that some of its main emersion reasons are websites reorganization and changes in internet domains.
