Purpose: Monitoring and Evaluation of the Components of Knowledge Management, is Considered Prerequisite for the Planning and Implementation of these Activities. The purpose of this study using the EFQM Excellence Model for Assessment of Knowledge Management in the Urmia University of Technology.Methodology: in this study, The instruments used to Collect data are two Questionnaires that derived from the EFQM model. The validity of Questionnaires by faculty members and reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.94 and 0.859, respectively) were approved. The SPSS24 software with ANOVA and one sample t-test was used for data analysisFinding: The results show with the exception of the leadership criterion, other criteria are not in good condition. also, ANOVA results show The Utility of Criteria in Different faculties is similar.Conclusion: Providing affordable access to users of knowledge, Using information technology to support knowledge management activities and Ensuring the validity and security of information can help the university to improve knowledge management condition in the Urmia University of Technology.

Purpose: In this study, while reviewing the status of management information systems in libraries; issues such as applications, advantages, and limitations of these systems have been proposed. Methodology: This is a Review study. Findings: Library users are expected to vast amounts of information and sources of information will provide for them as soon as possible. Increasing volume of information on the one hand and on the other hand the necessity perennial problem of lack of libraries funding has doubled the need for optimal management of these centers. A library management information system in addition to solving the majority of these problems will have a positive impact on management decisions. Conclusions: Today, the development of management information systems has become an inevitable matter in organizations because these systems provide information for awareness of managers in different levels of the organization to making appropriate decisions. A library also as an independent agency or a subsidiary of its parent organization follows from management principles.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the role of service support qualities of e-learning learners' in predict of their learning resource management strategies. Methodology: Methodology of this research is descriptive – correlational. The population of research was Tehran Payam Noor University students. This study was a combination of multi-stage cluster sampling and Number of samples based Krejci-Morgan table, approximately 500 people were considered. Tools for Data collected included partial of questionnaire of motivational strategies for learning by Duncan and Mckeachi (2005) contain the components of Management Strategies Learning resources and quality of Administrative-Education Services questionnaire, the quality of library services questionnaire, the quality of professors' education questionnaire, quality consulting services questionnaire and quality of electronic services via the Web questionnaire was used. Finally for data analyzing used spss.21 software and regression testing. Findings: Quality of services variables provided a significant explaining 13% of variance components of learning resource management strategies (pand Quality of training services (β= -0/169)and consulting services (β= - 0/140) quota is significant and quality of other services not significant. Conclusion: By increasing gap or reducing the quality of the two types of training and consulting services, learning resources management strategies of the learners are significantly reduced. so the university authorities about improve the services support quality and atone the learners should do basic and timely actions

purpose: Purpose of this study is to assess the information literacy skills for Senior BS of Shiraz University. Methodology: This study is descriptive and surveys method. The tool used for data collection is a researcher made questionnaire based on Eisenberg and Berkowitz model. The study population comprised 1776 Senior BS Shiraz University. A sample of 339 students was Cluster sampling selected that of this number, 286 questionnaires (about 84%) were returned. Findings: Average of information literacy for undergraduate students is 3.38. The students in the use of information skill are better than others with an average of 3.61. Results also showed that the sum of six skills for students of engineering and literature colleges have been more than others with an average of 3.52 and 3.51. Other results showed that definition skill of information literacy in men is greater than women (t=2.198, pConclusion: Information literacy is a set of skills and qualifications that required in the information society of the twenty-first century. Therefore, taking into account its influential factors including effective use of the Internet can enrich the information literacy skills.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the electronic personal information management status of Chamran University of Ahvaz faculty members using the Jones model. Method: This study was conducted to survey, in terms of purpose and the nature of descriptive and analytical applications. The study population included all faculty members of martyr Chamran University. By determining the total number of teachers (599 persons) and using the table Kerjsy Morgan, the approximate number of samples was 220 people, of whom 193 returned questionnaires (response rate of 87.72%) were. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (independent t-test, ANOVA and Tukey) were used. Results: The findings show that average finding and re-finding activities 2.88, 2.55 storing, organizing 2.84, 3.11 maintenance, security 2.94, 2.78 evaluation and conceptualization, strategy and the overall average of 2.64 and 2.82 is a personal information manager. In terms of gender significant difference between the status of Personal Information Management faculty cannot be seen, but in terms of academic degree, there is a significant difference between them. Conclusion: The results suggest that the overall situation is a relatively high level of academic staff in the management of personal information. The faculty has an academic degree in the fields of personal information management professor had the best performance. Also, personal information management quality men better than women.

Purpose: The purpose of the present study is identifying and evaluating the affecting factors on the research leadership style and management at Tehran province branch of Payame Noor University Methodology: This research by descriptive - survey method. In this regard, 48 sub-components were identified by using the qualitative method based on theme analysis and they were classified in the form of eight main components (including prospect, teamwork continuous enabling, continuous improvement of performance, inspiring, team-building, deep attraction, continuous self-assessment, and coaching). According to Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.86), the questionnaire is consistency and reliability. Also, based on the results of first and second order confirmatory factor analysis, the conceptual model is an appropriate explanatory, in terms of all the main components and the related sub-components. In order to determine the weight of the components, pairwise comparisons were used. Findings: The results show that the three components including prospect (0.4552), teamwork continuous enabling (0.1945)and the continuous improvement of performance (0.1893) have the most importance and the greatest impact on leadership and management of research. Finally. Conclusion: based on the collected information, the university's research leadership style is an authoritarian leadership style and in some cases, it is combined with guiding leadership style

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of library education activities of Members of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children & Young Adults on raising the motivation level of the study. Methodology: This study is to collect data from the questionnaire has two parts (FAQ specialized activities to promote reading in the interest of the members of the study - standard questions motivated the study MRQ used. The research included 400 young adults of 20 libraries of Tehran Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children & Young Adults who were the member to these centers and used the book reading expansion activities adolescents use data analysis software SPSS (version 17) was used.
