Purpose: Justice in organizations can have a determinative impact on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational Citizenship behavior in librarians of Isfahan University and Isfahan University of medical sciences. Methodology: The study is applied and was done as a survey method. The study population included all librarians working in the libraries of Isfahan University and Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. 106 of them were selected as a stratified random sampling method. Data collected by using two questionnaires: Moorman& Niehoff Organizational Justice and Podsakoff and et al Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Data was analyzed in descriptive and inferential statistics levels and using one sample t-tests and Pearson correlation and regression. Findings: Librarians organizational Citizenship behavior except Citizenship virtue was above than average. In organizational justice, distributive justice was less than average, procedural justice was mediocre, and interactional justice was above average. Based on the findings, organizational justice and its three dimensions had a significant and positive relationship with conscientiousness dimension of organizational Citizenship behavior. In total, between organizational justice and librarians’ organizational Citizenship behavior was not observed a significant relationship. Conclusion: Considering the significant role of a positive conception of organizational justice to increasing and improving organizational Citizenship behavior especially in conscientiousness dimension, the need to strengthen the librarians' perceptions of organizational justice and non-discrimination in the organization is essential.

Purpose: The purpose of present research is verification and identification of influential factors on knowledge sharing process among Education and Training Administration's staff of Mazandaran.Methodology: This study, in terms of dada collection, is an analytical-descriptive study, and in terms of research objectives, is an applied study. Statistical population of the present study includes 387 Education and Training Administration's staff of Mazandaran that 172 staffs are selected as statistical sample. For collecting data, we used the standard questionnaires which were used by (Jacobs & Roodt, 2007), and data analysis so performed by SPSS and LISREL software.Findings: The results of structural equation modeling showed that all 5 studied variables such as gathering, self-efficacy, knowledge presentation, organizational climate, and behavioral control both directly and indirectly influenced on organizational knowledge sharing process. So the results of assumptions testing showed that all variables are influential and verifier of knowledge sharing process separately. Conclusion: The knowledge-based age in which the knowledge is counted as the most important asset of organizations, requires to a distinctive management approach towards the organizational and personnel problems. The change of the nature of organizational activities into the knowledge activities causes increasingly importance of applying knowledge management and it's sharing within organizations. Therefore, successful organizations continuously evaluate and measure the extent of production, dissemination, exchange, and utilization of knowledge among their employees by different methods through which they are able to attain to the alternatives of achieving organizational goals.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of cultural, religious, social, economic, political and non-school pupils and students studies. Methodology: The present study was a descriptive post-event type. The statistical population of the study included high school students in three areas of university students (Payame Noor and Ferdowsi) in Mashhad. The questionnaire is the instrument used in this study. Its reliability was measured using SPSS 19 software and the Cronbach's alpha students and student questionnaires were 89%. In analyzing the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. on the description of the mean, standard deviation and inferential multivariate regression model was used for the hypothesis.Findings: The results showed that by 33 and 27 percent respectively of research on the impact of the Internet and the lack of appropriate books, the lack of tendency to be non-academic studies, from the Statistics of a significant relationship between television advertising and non-academic studies tend to show.Results: cultural, religious, social, economic, political factors are effective on the non-academic study of university students and pupils of Mashhad. The results showed that the multiple correlation coefficient (R) in the analysis is 0/79 and the coefficient of determination (R²) 0/62 times the changing social and cultural shows 62 percent of the variance of non-academic studies increased among students explain. Conclusions: Increasing communication between the broadcasting and libraries, reducing audit of the books and the final price of it, and keep pace with technology, are such solutions that presented in this [h1] study.

Purpose: This study investigated the role of training workshops in developing information literacy of Marrakech Steel employees. In this study, a sample consisting of 30 Mobarakeh Steel employees were Isfahan city. The Convenience Sampling method was used for sampling. In order to research, one experimental sample was used and it has no control group. The research methods of achieving the quasi-experimental design, pretest, and posttest in the experimental group were selected. In order to gather information, pretest and posttest questionnaire assessment, review of the literature, organizational documents, were used. Methodology: For measuring information needs. Seven-item scale was designed, for measuring identifying information resources, ten-item scale, for search and information access, a 7-item scale, for evaluation of information 2-item scale, for management and organization of information 3-item scale, for use of information 3-item scale were used. After performing the study using test questions. Information needs, identifying information, search and information access, evaluation of information, management and organization of information, for use of information, was measured. Analysis of data from pretest and posttest scores in both descriptive and inferential statistics was done. Descriptive statistics were used for frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and inferential statistics were used for Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, paired t-test and Friedman test. Findings: According to the results obtained of data analysis can be said there was a significant difference between the level of information literacy among the participants, before and after the training workshops. Conclusions: Based on the study findings, it seems that Information Literacy training workshops, has an important role in increasing the level of information literacy of the Mobarakeh Seel company employees.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of emotional intelligence training in conflict management and job involvement among students in the field of information and knowledge. Methodology: The population of this study is all students of information and knowledge science affiliated with the Payame Noor University of Tehran in the academic year 2016-17. In this research, 24 students of Informatics and Knowledge Science of Payame Noor University in Tehran were selected by Sampling available as sample size. The statistical sample of the test group is 12 volunteers participating in emotional intelligence training sessions. The statistical sample of the control group of 12 students who did not participate in emotional intelligence training sessions was selected from among university students. The research method is a semi-experimental design with two experimental and control groups. The experimental group was subjected to 9 sessions of 90 minutes of emotional intelligence training, but the control group did not receive any training. CMSQ Conflict Management Style Questionnaire and Kongoni Job Involvement Questionnaire were used for data collection. Covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. Finding: The results showed that showed that the mean Conflict management and Job Involvement in the post-tests in the experimental group were significantly higher than that control group. Conclusion: It concludes that emotional intelligence training has a significant effect on conflict management and job involvement among students.

The evaluation tool is W.Q.E.T. The tool examines the validity of the websites on the nine general criteria including content, performance, validity, up-to-date, connection, graphics, scope, structure and meta tags.Findings: The results showed that in the studied sites, not enough attention to components and features in (W.Q.E.T) Quality assessment tool. Features like search facilities, conceptual plan, tables, innovation and creativity, pictures, external links, cited statistics and research findings, and sitemap and index were not good condition.Conclusions: It is recommended to administrators of Iranian Sports federation's websites to use the results of this paper to improve the quality of their websites.KeywordsWebsites quality, Websites quality evaluation tool (WQET), Iranian sports federations websites

Purpose:This study aimed to explain a relationship of knowledge management with organizational effectiveness of the central institution of Payam Noor University. Methodology: The research method was descriptive and correlational and data analysis method was a regression that Sample size was determined 210 personnel by Stratified random sampling. Self-leadership questionnaire of Baat (2000) with the reliability (α =0/92) and organizational effectiveness questionnaire of Parsons(1996) with the reliability (α=0/91) were used to collect data. Findings: Results showed knowledge management and organizational effectiveness of Personnel lower than the average. Results showed that the components of KM & OE had a correlation with each other. Also, knowledge management had a significant positive correlation with organizational effectiveness Conclusion:. results of this research showed that among the components of KM, knowledge acquisition (%48) predicted of organizational effectiveness. Also, there is no meaningful relation between demographic specification and variables of research, knowledge management and organizational effectiveness.

purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cyberspace on the non-syllabus study of high school students in Birjand. Methodology: This study is practical and used a survey method. The statistical population of this study is all students of the first grade of high school in Birjand. Based on the Jersey Morgan formula, 380 individuals were selected based on random sampling, The required information was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire.Findings: Based on the findings of the research, it was found that there is no significant relationship between the amount and duration of using space and gender with the non-syllable study. Girls are more interested in reading novels than boys and are more interested in boys than girls in terms of entertainment and tables, sports, music, science, history, and religion. There is a significant difference between the reasons for the use of cybernetics for non-syllabus study in the field of completing the information of the textbooks. The first priority of using students from cyberspace is the ease of access to it.Conclusion: Based on the present study, the researcher's questionnaire was prepared based on the Likert scale with a high-reliability coefficient, which can be used in future questions. The findings of this research can be used to evaluate the policies and policies of city libraries and school libraries to improve the status of students non-syllabus study.
