Purpose: Knowledge management is trying to produce, share and preserve knowledge to make a competitive advantage from kills and capacities of business. One of the most important reasons to use the knowledge management in higher education is to help institutions for integration and coordination this new knowledge with previous knowledge to increase relation between work and education. The aim of this research is to evaluate the knowledge management in Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences. Methodology: This study was descriptive research and the population was Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences employees. Between the 1234 employees of Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences faculty, the sample size determined according to Morgan Table (304 people) in the shape of random sampling proportional allocation. The data collection tool was Sharon Lawson model with 24 items in standardized questionnaire. Findings: To survey from Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences employees showed that the knowledge management in Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences in terms of knowledge production, knowledge earn, knowledge organization, knowledge reserve, knowledge dissemination, and knowledge application were 18.4%, 17.4%, 17.9%, 14.5%, 26.6%, and 18.1% respectively. It seems that the knowledge management in this faculty needs to be improved and promoted. Conclusions: The results of this research showed that the knowledge management quality in terms of knowledge production, knowledge earn, knowledge organization, knowledge reserve, knowledge dissemination and knowledge application in Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences faculty isn’t in a good level and it needs to have more revision and attention

Purpose: The purpose of this research is the Study of the entrepreneurial skills of University Libraries librarians of Jondi Shapour and Shahid Chamran Ahvaz and comparing the two university librarians entrepreneurial skills. Methodology: This study was conducted to survey, in terms of purpose and the nature of descriptive and analytical applications. The study population included all University Libraries librarians of Jondi Shapour and Shahid Chamran Ahvaz that due to the limitation of the study, a questionnaire was distributed among all members of society. Data gathered by a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used in different ways. Findings: Among the entrepreneurial skills of University Libraries librarians of Jondi Shapour, achievement (3/22) Maximum tolerance for ambiguity (6/18) to have the lowest mean.: Among the University Libraries librarians of Shahid Chamran Ahvaz entrepreneurial skills, creativity (36/20) Maximum tolerance for ambiguity (55/16) to have the lowest mean. Studies indicate that between creativity skills Shahid Chamran University and Jondi Shapour there is a significant difference and there is no significant difference in the other skills. Among the entrepreneurial skills of librarians in terms of demographic characteristics were not significantly different. Conclusion: the entrepreneurial skills of University Libraries librarians of Jondi Shapour and Shahid Chamran except in the skills of independence and ambiguity tolerance, are desirable.

Purpose: Faculty members as one of the basic elements of production and transfer of knowledge play an important role in promoting the scientific status of the university and the community. This study aims to determine the level of information literacy and its components in PNU faculty members of Mazandaran province (Iran). Methodology: This study is a descriptive survey and the study population is faculty members of PNU- Mazandaran province. Using a convenience sampling method, Designed questionnaire provided all faculty members (144 persons), and finally, 85 questionnaires were received. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency, frequency percentage) were used. Findings: The results showed that in total the Information Literacy among faculty members of PNU is 75/4%. Conclusion: These findings indicate a relatively good information literacy among faculty members of PNU of Mazandaran province.

Purpose: This study examines the status of knowledge management and cybernetics in Public Libraries Foundation to study the impact of cybernetics, which includes six main dimensions of diversity and constraints, entropy and information, the need to diversify and rulemaking control, feedback and distinctions and relationships, on knowledge management that includes four main processes of knowledge creation, conversion and transfer of knowledge, preserve and maintain of knowledge and application of knowledge in the public libraries Foundation. Methodology: The current research is of descriptive analytical type and has dealt with using the descriptive-survey method. The population of the research is the staff of the Public Libraries and information was collected from the 38-item questionnaire (19 questions related to cybernetics and 19 questions related to knowledge management). Data were analyzed using one sample T-test and Pearson. Also, a conceptual model was presented to evaluate the effect of cybernetics on knowledge management. To evaluate the effect of the relationship between the variables, PLS-SEM was used. Findings: Cybernetic dimensions and knowledge management (in addition to the two cases in the dimensions of diversity and limitation and the necessity of diversity and decision rule) are not in a good position in the institution of public libraries. The findings also showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between knowledge management and cybernetic dimensions. Conclusion: public libraries Foundation can use research findings to successfully implement knowledge management with respect to cybernetic dimensions

Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between service qualities of academic libraries of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences and social capital of the university’s students in the academic year 2014. Methodology: This research is correlation research. The data were collected using two questionnaires: Lib-Qual and Bollen’s social capital questionnaire. These questionnaires distributed among a sample of 360 students. Data analyzed using the regression and correlation with SPSS software. Findings: Results showed that there is a significant relationship between three aspects of library services with the three dimensions of social capital. In a narrower investigation results showed that the “control of library service quality information” dimension is related to the“structural” dimension of social capital. The impact of “library services” dimension is related to the “cognitive” dimension of social capital and the “library as the place” dimension have a strong relationship with the “structural” dimension of social capital as well. The “library as a place” dimension had the highest relationship with all dimensions of the social capital. Also, multiple regression analysis showed that quality of library services could predict the social capital of the university students Conclusion: Generally, one can conclude that the quality of academic library services can affect the three dimensions of the student’s social capital. Academic libraries can improve the student’s social capital by providing high-quality services

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of management styles in making creativity and its connection with psychological empowerment. Methodology: The number of population of this study includes all 2750 female students in Alborz Province, district one. Sample size, based on Cochran's C Test is 336 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data questionnaire are collected by Houghton & Christopher's effectiveness of managers style's, Abedi's creativity questionnaire and Whetten and Cameron's psychological empowerment questionnaire that is used after assessment of their validity and reliability and insurance. To study the relationship between the variables of the study, the Pearson correlation coefficient is used. Also, to test the general model, structural equation modeling is used. Findings: The results showed that the components of the effectiveness of the manager's styles- prescriptive, empowering and self-leadership styles have significant relations with the creativity and empowerment of the students. Conclusion: In addition, the results of structural equation modeling showed that the students' creativity play a mediatory role in the relationship between the empowering effectiveness style and managers' self-direction with students' psychological empowerment

purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the performance of the tool suggestion by Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask and Web crawler search engines. Methodology: The method of this research is descriptive-exploratory. The population composed of all is search engines with suggestion tools, including five search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask and Web crawler), based on popularity and user-friendliness. In order to achieve the research purpose, Data collection tools were designed checklists, which totally included 10 questions and 10 keywords, were selected based on the subject headings of the Persian language. Accordingly, in the first step of data collection, the search engines proposed for these 20 sample queries were searched for and the relevance of the 10 first results of each of the proposed cases was examined. and finally, based on relevance. These results compared the performance of five sample search engines in terms of the relevance of the proposed items by query samples. Findings: The research findings indicate that the Google search engine has a better position than Yahoo's, Bing's, Ask's and Web crawler's search engines in terms of the performance of the suggestion tools in providing information related to the user's query in the form of questions and keywords in the checklist. Also, by measuring the precision of the data retrieved in these three search engines and calculating its average, Google ranked 55.68, Yahoo with 48.92, Web crawler with 46.90, Ask with 40.17 and Bing 32.62 points, in terms of the precision of the data retrieved. Conclusions: In general, according to the findings, suggestion tools perform better in Google's search engine and, by guessing user thinking, suggests information related to the user's query.
