Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between knowledge management with creativity and development of faculty members in distance education universities. Methodology: The research method was descriptive-correlational. The target population included all faculty members of Iranian distance education universities, including the University of Payam Noor, University of Nasir al-Din al-Tusi, Tehran University, Iran University of Science and Technology, Amirkabir University and Tarbiat Modarres University, consisting of 2901 people. 339 respondents were selected as a sample, based on Cochran's sample size formula. In the qualitative phase, purposive sampling method (non-probability) and on a small stage sampling was stratified. To collect data, a questionnaire tools unstructured, semi-structured and structured has been used. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data. the coefficient correction was used to investigate the relationship between three variables of knowledge management, creativity, and development. SPSS was used to analyze the data. Findings: The results show that there is a significant correlation between knowledge management, creativity, and faculty development. Conclusion: As a conscious strategy to create knowledge management, sharing, and application of knowledge and creativity, and improve education, organizational and individual faculty members of universities in implementing distance education to increase performance and productivity.

Purpose: Knowledge management and the semantic web is a new issue that has created a useful field in management and technology cycle in recent years. Thus, on the one hand, the purpose of this paper is to review the concept and architecture of the Semantic Web, and on the other hand, review its applications in knowledge management. Methodology: This is a review study that used library methods to collect information. Findings: Studies show that the Semantic Web and its technologies such as Resource Description Framework, Resource Description Framework schema, ontologies, and Web Ontology Language are used to strengthen the semantic and targeted search. One of the Semantic Web applications is helping to knowledge management systems for optimizing their activities. Many of them have worked better and more efficiently, using semantic web technologies. Conclusion: The Semantic Web and its technologies have helped a lot by making understandable the concepts contained in documents. Therefore, the investment of organizations in this regard will be very beneficial for implementing organizational knowledge management

Purpose: This research was based on information literacy of the managers and its relation with the organization creativity of the Simkat employers in Azerbaijan. Methodology: The method of this research is descriptive-correlative and statistical populations consist of all the 300 employees in Simkat Company. The sample size that is calculated based on Cochran’s formula is 169 people elected by simple sampling method. The tools for data gathering is two questionnaires: information literacy of managers questionnaire is based on elements specified by American College Research Library Society, and Roundup creativity questionnaire 1979. Results: Findings show that the ability of effective data access variable with 0. 704 beta coefficient and then the ability of effective information usage with 188 beta coefficient, then the ability of critical data verification with 0. 123 beta coefficient between the elements of information literacy affected on organization creativity of employers have the most effect in order. Conclusion: Our results show that there is a significant relationship between information literacy of managers and its components (the ability of area determination and modality of information, ability to use targeted information, ability of information critical verification and ability of perception juridical and economical information usage) with organizational creativity of Simkat company employees

purpose: This study examines the role of librarians working in central libraries of medical universities type 1 in cooperation with a teacher is paid in connection with plagiarism. Methodology: This method is analytical survey study and this study is applied. The questionnaire was standardized America Library Association. The population consisted of employees ofMedical Universities librarians type 1 are (110) people, sampling was a census. The sampling method was a census. Validity and content validity and reliability of the method using test-retest correlation coefficient of 78/0 was confirmed by the data collection practices and postal mail was sent. SPSS software to analyze the data descriptive statistics (mean,...) and inferential statistics (chi-square Chi-square) were performed. Findings: Showed that the majority of librarians with teachers in order to prevent plagiarism is not necessary cooperation and information literacy classes and workshops have been held. It also asked the librarian between gender and work experience and education level they are related. Conclusion: This study showed that librarians have little activity in the area of education and literacy. The workshops should be held to the librarian with their duties in the new era, so they can play an effective role in the prevention of plagiarism and keeps the scientific community for their loss.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to offer and provide strategic planning in central library and documentation center of Kharazmi University based on SWOT analysis. Methodology: Based on the purpose, the paper is going to discuss vision, mission statement, and values of central university libraries. Then, we extracted four main factors in SWOT analysis: two internal factors (i. e. strengths and weaknesses) and two external factors (opportunities and threats) via interview that lead to the identification of ten strategies in central library and documentation center of Kharazmi University. At the end, some suggestions have been made to be sure that desirable execution, evaluation, and supervision would be made on these strategic plans. Findings: In this research, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of central library of Kharazmi University were identified by asking open questions from the librarians and stuff. Mutual connection of strengths and weaknesses, in one hand and opportunities and threats, on the other hand, were lead to ten main strategies. Conclusion: Taking into account the internal and external factors and trying to reduce the weaknesses and gaps and reinforce the strengths and abilities and considering opportunities and threats, university libraries can expect efficient services and develop their goals and mission

Purpose: of this research is to assess services quality in Tabriz Central Library using LibQual model. Methodology: Applied research method is used approach. The basis of this survey involved LibQual model questionnaire that consists of 28 items in three dimensions (effect of services, service control, and library as a place and space). Statistical population of research involved 11927 users of the Tabriz central library that 375 of users have been selected through Simple random sampling method and Chi-squared test, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis, and Friedman have been used to analyze findings. Findings: of research show that Level of received services by users in The mentioned are more than the minimum expected level. In analyzing the different findings of research which are mentioned in the literature review of this research, the maximum expected level of users has not been satisfied in any of the various kinds of libraries. Conclusion: Generally, the overall quality of Tabriz Central Library is more than the minimum expected level of users and there is a little gap between existent level and the maximum expected level.

The purpose of this study was to measure the readability of the Persian text of the ‘Lets know More’ section of the Quran book for the grades two, three, and four of elementary school based on the Flash-Diani and Galing-Diani formulas. The sample corpus included 66 book sections introduced by the Ministry of Education and the Educational Planning Organization. The corpus comprised 21 sections from the second grade, 19 sections from the third grade, and 26 sections from the fourth grade. In the second grade, there were 3 Quran sections, 1 poem, and 6 VCDs. In the third and fourth grades, there were 8 Quran sections for each. There were 13, 14, and 58 books for the second, third, and fourth grades respectively, making a total of 85 books. Eleven of the books were the same for all the three grades and were studied for all of them. The results obtained via the Flash-Diani formula showed 0-percent readability for the second grade, 0-percent readability for the third grade, and 8. 12-percent readability for the fourth grade. They also revealed100-percent non-readability for the second grade, 100-percent non-readability for the third grade, and91. 88-percent non-readability for the fourth grade. Moreover, based on the Galing-Diani formula, the results manifested 0-percent readability for the second grade, 0-percent readability for the third grade, and 1. 74-percent readability for the fourth grade. They also revealed100-percent non-readability for the second grade, 100-percent non-readability for the third grade, and98. 16-percent non-readability for the fourth grade. The reliability coefficient obtained was o. 64 at the significance level 0. 01.
