The main purpose of this study is to investigate encouraging and discouraging factors of reading habits among users of the public libraries in Mashhad. This practical research was conducted through a descriptive survey method. To collect the research information questionnaire was used. The statistic population of the research was selected from all the users of the public libraries of Mashhad which were about fifty thousand individuals. Our findings show that 7.43 of the population believes that encouragement from parents is the most important factor to develop a reading habit. The select most significant elements were teaching the proper method to study 7.37 and the third important factor was the existence of necessary and suitable resources in the library 7.35 Discouragement factors include using social media 11.47 and not having enough motivation to study 11.32. The result of this research indicates that fortunately the importance of reading is accepted by most people, with different social classes and incomes. Moreover, attention to study and resources in libraries shows that people are paying more attention to the role of libraries than in previous years.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a model for assessing how dynamic information technology capabilities play the role of organizational intelligence mediator and the ability to share knowledge on improving the competitive advantage of SMEs in the field of information technology in Tehran province. Methodology: The research method in this article is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research includes a set of small and medium enterprises active in the field of information technology in Tehran province. The sampling method was class-related research and 210 questionnaires were distributed among managers and senior experts of the companies under study. Then, by using factor analysis, the validity of the questionnaires was examined. Also, structural equation model was used to test the research hypotheses. Findings: The results of the structural model showed that the dynamic capabilities of information technology (β = 0.46) and information technology integration (β = 0.52) had a positive effect on knowledge sharing capability and information technology infrastructure. Had information technology matching (β = 0.82). Conclustion: The results of the research showed that the dynamic capabilities of information technology have a positive effect on the improvement of the competitive advantage of small and medium businesses through two intermediary variables: the ability to share knowledge and organizational intelligence.

Purpose: The aim of research examining the role of knowledge in the market of technology commercialization through identifying and Foundation products ranking factors affecting commercialization technology platform in the market. Methodology; In this study, qualitative research methods (Delphi) and obtaining the opinion of experts the field to achieve the technology of component dimensions and influencing the market in the context of technology commercialization. Findings: After the identification of the agents, in the form of a questionnaire distributed among the population, the component identified by the exploratory factor analysis rating. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that among the 43 identified effective index index in the commercialization of knowledge in the context of Foundation products after market fan spin variables, eventually operating detected 9 that in the total percentage of the variance of the jurist manmodend 80.738. Conclusion: The results showed That "Technoligy marketing", "consulting and technology transfer" and legal supply and financial factors to the rank order of the role of the market in technology commercialization is the founder of knowledge products. The results of the findings also show that the factors of "technology marketing (17.574 percent of total variance)," "consulting and technology transfer (15.674 total variance)," and "legal and financing factors (11.773 total variance) "As the first to third factors, have had the greatest impact on the commercialization of knowledge-based products in the marketplace.

Purpose: Evaluation feedback on using Google and Yahoo search engines in postgraduate students’ researches of Payame Noor University in Babol Methodology: This research is applied and survey - analytical. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that its validity was obtained by consulting the experts and reliability was determined based on Cronbach's alpha test(0.839). The statistical population included 151 graduated students of Payam Noor University in Babol and the sample size was 108 according to the Cochran formula. The sampling method was random. For data analysis software SPSS version 22 was used.Findings: There was a significant difference between the satisfaction of students from the Google search engine and Yahoo(P=0.001). There is a significant difference between the students' familiarity with the factors affecting the search engines(P=0.001). The average of the components examined for the Google search engine is higher than Yahoo's search engine (Google =4.04 Vs. Yahoo=3.76) and this difference was significant(P=0.001). The students use these search engines to choose the subject of research.Conclusion: Students use Google's search engine at different stages of their research more

Purpose: The use of the rules of description and access to the source (RDA), as the new rules of cataloging, and in accordance with the new environment and sources of information, are indispensable. The purpose of this research is to identify the possibility of using RDA in the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization based on the consistency of bibliographic records prepared in Simorgh software with RDA. Methodology: The present study is an applied research and has been carried out in a comparative and analytical survey. A total of 210 Persian bibliographic records were reviewed on the subject of agricultural inputs in the library software used in the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization. Findings:The results showed that the differences with RDA were 45.56 percent, followed by typing and spelling errors of 33.75%, negligence in entering information by 21 percent, and cataloging forms with 8.1 percent in the records and lack of data entry. The right fields were 3.79 percent. Using the results of this study, an appropriate field for planning for the use of RDA is provided. Doing such research is recommended by the Strategic Committee of RDA, and the results will be useful for international cooperation in this regard. Conclusion: In the end, a proposed model for the use of RDA was presented at the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization.

Purpose: Applying bibliometric indicators, this study tries to investigate the status of Persian knowledge management research based on the records in the Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) during the years 2008 to 2017.Methodology: This is a scientometric applied research. Bibliometric techniques and social network analysis are used in conducting this research. The research population consists of articles published in the field of knowledge management that have been indexed in ISC database during a 10-years period (2008-2017). BibExcel, UCInet, NetDraw and Vosviewer are among software that were used for analyzing data and drawing maps in this research.Findings: The results showed a relatively steady growth in the number of knowledge management articles indexed in ISC between 2008 and 2017. “Akhavan P” is considered to be Iran's top researcher in the field of knowledge management in terms of the number of articles, citations and h-index. Also, based on co-authorship indicators, again “Akhavan P” owns the best position in the network. Moreover, results uncovered that 8 clusters are formed in knowledge management research.Conclusions: Due to the diversity of authors from different disciplines among the articles as well as the variety of clusters resulting from co-word analysis, the present study confirms the theory that the field of knowledge management is an interdisciplinary one. Finally, based on integrative indicators, it can be stated that “Akhavan P” is the most influential researcher of Iran in knowledge management research during past 10 years.
