The statistical population of research included librarians of the central library of state universities with a degree in librarianship and information science. The total population of was 171 people. Using the Cochran formula, the sample was 118, the same questionnaire was collected. Data analysis was done at two levels of descriptive statistics (Center-centered indexes) and inferential statistics. Findings: The results showed that cybernetic management components with a standardized coefficient of 0.82 are in medium to high and good condition and the standardized coefficient each of the components of cybernetic management is: monitoring and controlling 0.42, decision making 0.50, rigid and loose links 0.46, leadership 0.65, hierarchy 0.54, interactions 0.60, management balance 0.71% Which demonstrates the reliability of the cybernetic management components in the central library organization of the public universities of Tehran. The results showed that the balance of management 0.71%, control 0.40% showed the least correlation between the components and the main hypothesis of the research has been confirmed and approved by 0.82%, which has shown a positive and significant positive effect between the research variables. Conclousion: So, if librarians develop a model in the conceptual framework of cybernetics, librarians will be more prepared to develop the application of cybernetic model in their organizational environment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to Analyzing international research on knowledge management in libraries from 1995 to the end of May 2018. Methodology: The articles were systematically searched(content analysis) in the Scopus database and 54 articles were selected as the final society of this research. Then the goal, communities, methods and tools, findings and suggestions for further research papers were reviewed. Findings: The aim of most articles is to review the view of librarians about knowledge management (25.92%). Most of the research on knowledge management has been done on librarians (74.17%). Out of the total number of researches, 37 (68/51%) and 9 (16/66%) were used quantitatively and qualitatively. Among the tools used, the closed response questionnaire is ranked 28th (51.85%). The positive relationship between knowledge management and creativity and innovation and the impact of culture and organizational dimensions on knowledge management were the most frequent in the findings section of the articles. Most suggestions are related to the need for syllabuses for librarians and library students in knowledge management, and to conduct international studies to explore the differences in knowledge management in different environments. The results indicate that the components of the study are up to date, variety and breadth. conclusion: There is less variation in the research community, research methods, and tools. Most researches are based on the librarians' community and by quantitative method and questionnaire. It is suggested that articles be required to submit one or more proposals for further research.
