[English]

Today, the information age has entered into all aspects of people's daily life, whether willingly or unwillingly. The automotive industry is no exception to this rule. Private cars produced in today's market include all kinds of new technologies. One of the important aspects of modern cars is the in-car information-entertainment systems. On the other hand, the daily progress and development of the information age has also brought about changes in libraries and information science; the epidemic of digital libraries is one of the most significant examples of these changes. The main goal of the current research is to present a new model and theory for implementing a digital library in the information-entertainment system of a private car, taking into account the information needs of its passengers as the axis. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and grounded theory research method was used to carry it out. This research is practical in terms of purpose, and data base theory research method has been used to do it. In this research, 10 automotive engineering experts and information management experts have been used to answer semi-structured interview questions. To analyze the data, the method of constant comparison analysis was used during three stages of open, central and selective coding according to the method of Strauss and Corbin. The findings of this research state that the theory is in no way like the answer to the mathematical equations that can be discovered and is always the same. The theory is not a place waiting to be discovered. This technology shows itself in the field of information-entertainment systems of private cars. In such a situation, knowledge of technology transfers models and their application in practice is very important and decisive for the organization. According to the description and analysis of data and findings of the research, it is suggested to the category of technology transfer which is one of the most important topics discussed in technology management, because regardless of the degree of growth and development, an organization or country to Each case is located in one of the two positions of technology giver or receiver.
