ارتباط مهارت‌های ترکیب و سنجش اطلاعات دیجیتالی و راندمان شغلی، مطالعه موردی کتابخانه های عمومی شهر قم

چکیده

هدف اصلی‌ پژوهش‌ شناسایی رابطه‌ مهارت‌های‌ ترکیب و سنجش اطلاعات دیجیتالی با راندمان شغلی‌ کتابداران کتابخانه‌های‌ عمومی‌ شهر قم می‌باشد. پژوهش‌ حاضر از حیث‌ هدف کاربردی‌ و به‌ شیوه پیمایشی‌ انجام شده است. جامعه‌ پژوهش‌ تعداد 112 نفر کتابداران کتابخانه‌های‌ عمومی‌ شهر قم هستند و حجم‌ نمونه‌ با استفاده از فرمول حجم‌ نمونه‌ کوکران86 نفر تعیین‌ شد و اعضای‌ نمونه‌ به‌ روش نمونه‌گیری‌ تصادفی‌ ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌های‌ پژوهش‌ به‌ وسیله‌ دو پرسشنامه‌ مهارت‌های‌ ترکیب و سنجش اطلاعات دیجیتالی و پرسشنامه‌ راندمان شغلی گردآوری‌ شد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 26 در دو بخش‌ توصیفی‌ و استنباطی‌ مورد تجزیه‌ و تحلیل‌ قرار گرفته است‌. یافته‌های‌ پژوهش‌ نشان داد که‌ کتابداران کتابخانه‌های‌ عمومی‌ قم از مهارت‌های‌ ترکیب و سنجش اطلاعات دیجیتالی پایینی‌ برخوردار بودند، اما از لحاظ راندمان شغلی‌ در وضعیت‌ مطلوبی‌ قرار داشتند. بین‌ مهارت‌های‌ ترکیب و سنجش اطلاعات دیجیتالی و راندمان شغلی‌ کتابداران رابطه‌ معنادار و مستقیم‌ وجود دارد. نتایج‌ آزمون فرضیه‌های‌ دیگر نیز نشان داد بین‌ میزان مهارت‌های‌ ترکیب و سنجش اطلاعات دیجیتالی کتابداران بر اساس مدرک تحصیلی‌ و سابقه‌ خدمت‌ آن‌ها تفاوت معناداری‌ وجود دارد. اما بین‌ سطح‌ راندمان شغلی‌ کتابداران کتابخانه‌های‌ عمومی‌ شهر قم و سابقه‌ خدمت‌ تفاوت معناداری‌ وجود ندارد. نتایج‌ حاصل‌ از این‌ پژوهش‌ می‌تواند مسئولان نهاد کتابخانه‌های‌ عمومی‌ قم را از وضعیت‌ مهارت‌های‌ ترکیب و سنجش اطلاعات دیجیتالی و راندمان شغلی‌ کتابداران آگاه نماید تا با بهره‌گیری‌ از نتایج‌ این‌ پژوهش‌، بتوانند جهت‌ ارتقاء مهارت‌های‌ ترکیب و سنجش اطلاعات دیجیتالی در کتابداران، و راندمان شغلی‌ آنان برنامه‌ریزی‌ و تصمیم‌گیری‌ بهتری‌ داشته‌ باشند و با برگزاری‌ کلاس‌های‌ آموزشی‌ و برنامه‌هایی‌ از این‌ قبیل‌، جهت‌ افزایش‌ مهارت‌های‌ ترکیب و سنجش اطلاعات دیجیتالی و راندمان شغلی‌ کتابداران اقدام نمایند. این‌ اقدامات در نهایت‌ می‌تواند به‌ ارتقای‌ جایگاه کتابخانه‌های‌ عمومی‌ در جامعه‌ کمک‌ نماید.

The main goal of the research is to identify the relationship between digital information synthesis and assessment skills and the job performance of librarians in public libraries in Qom. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and was conducted by survey method. The research population is 112 librarians of public libraries in Qom city and the sample size was determined using Cochran's sample size formula of 86 people and the sample members were selected by simple random sampling method. The research data were collected by two questionnaires: digital information synthesis and assessment skills and job performance questionnaire and were analyzed in two descriptive and inferential sections using SPSS 26 software. The findings of the study showed that librarians in Qom public libraries had low digital information synthesis and evaluation skills, but were in a favorable position in terms of job performance. There is a significant and direct relationship between digital information synthesis and evaluation skills and librarians' job performance. The results of testing other hypotheses also showed that there is a significant difference between the level of digital information synthesis and evaluation skills of librarians based on their educational degree and service experience. However, there is no significant difference between the level of job performance of librarians in Qom public libraries and service experience. The results of this study can inform the officials of the Qom Public Library Institution about the status of digital information synthesis and assessment skills and librarians' job performance so that, by utilizing the results of this study, they can plan and make better decisions to improve digital information synthesis and assessment skills in librarians and their job performance. By holding training classes and programs like this, they can take action to increase digital information synthesis and assessment skills and librarians' job performance. These measures can ultimately help improve the status of public libraries in society.
