چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی میزان مهارت‌های آموزشی کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های دو دانشگاه اصفهان و علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1393 انجام شده است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 143 نفر کتابدار شاغل در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های اصفهان و علوم پزشکی اصفهان است که براساس فرمول تعیین حجم نمونه کوکران تعداد 104 نفر از آنها به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی نسبتی به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه و آزمون محقق‌ساخته است که روایی محتوایی و صوری آنها توسط متخصصان حوزه تعلیم و تربیت و کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی تأیید و پایایی آنها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب86/0و 82/0محاسبه شد. داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که در ابعاد توانایی­های ایجاد جو عاطفی درکلاس، اداره کلاس و ارزشیابی تحصیلی میزان مهارت‌های کتابداران، بیشتر از حد متوسط اما در زمینه آشنایی با روش‌ها و مهارت‌های تدریس، مهارت آنها کمتر از حد متوسط بود. در مجموع، رابطه معنی‌داری بین جنسیت، رشته تحصیلی و سابقه‌ خدمت کتابداران و مهارت­های آموزشی آنان وجود نداشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: با وجود نیاز کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی به برخورداری از مهارت­های آموزشی، این گونه مهارت‌های آنان در حد متوسط و در بعضی ابعاد کمتر از حد متوسط بود. لذا لزوم بازنگری در برنامه درسی رشته کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی و برنامه­ریزی برای برگزاری دوره­های ضمن خدمت، متناسب با این نیاز کتابداران مشهود است.

Educational Skills of Librarians Working in Isfahan Academic Libraries

This study aims at determining the amount of librarians’ Instructional skills working in Isfahan university and Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2014. This is an applied research conducted by a survey method. This study is an applied research accomplished by survey method. The population includes 143 librarians working in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Isfahan University Libraries. Based on the Cochran sample size formula, 104 librarians were selected through stratified random sampling.  The data collection tools are questioner and researcher-made test evaluated by education experts and library and information science professionals. Also, the confirmation and reliability of the tools  were estimated 0.86 and 0.82 respectively by Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using both descriptive and analytical statistics. The findings showed that, librarians’ skills in providing an emotional environment in class, management, educational Assessment are more that the average however their skills in teaching methods are less than the average. Overall, there is not meaningful relationship between sex, field of study, job experience and librarians’ educational skills. although the educational skills are very necessary for librarians working in academic libraries,   educational librarians’ are average or in a few dimensions are less than average. Therefore,   it is necessary to review the syllabus at Library and Information Science program and plan adequate in-service training courses for librarians working in academic libraries.
