مطالعه میزان رضایت مندی دانشجویان مجازی از تعامل با رابط‌کاربر نرم ‌افزار آموزش مجازی(LMS) دانشگاه پیام نور

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش مطالعه میزان رضایت مندی دانشجویان مجازی دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز مشهد از تعامل با رابط‌کاربر نرم‌افزار آموزش مجازی (LMS) می‌باشد. روش­شناسی: پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده که با روش پیمایشی انجام‌شده است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد QUIS یکی از معتبرترین و رایج‌ترین ابزار سنجش رضایت کاربران از تعامل با نظام‌های اطلاعاتی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد مجازی دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز مشهد به تعداد 439 نفر می‌باشد که در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 94-93 مشغول به تحصیل بود‌ند. تعداد نمونه آماری بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 181 نفر تعیین شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد میزان رضایت دانشجویان مجازی از شاخص واکنش کلی کاربران با میانگین 66/3 و سایر امکانات و قابلیت‌های نرم‌افزار با میانگین 58/3 در حد زیاد بود. در خصوص سایر شاخص‌ها (یادگیری چگونگی کار با نرم‌افزار، صفحه‌نمایش، واژگان و پیام‌ها، راهنمای نرم‌افزار) میزان رضایت دانشجویان مجازی در حد متوسط بود. میزان رضایت از شاخص یادگیری چگونگی کار با نرم‌افزار با میانگین 56/2 در بین دانشجویان مجازی دارای پایین‌ترین رتبه رضایت بود. نهایتاً رضایت دانشجویان مجازی از تعامل با رابط‌کاربر نرم‌افزار آموزش مجازی با میانگین 23/3 در حد متوسط بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه این تحقیق نشان داد که کارایی رابط‏کاربر نرم‏افزار آموزش مجازی از دیدگاه دانشجویان مجازی دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز مشهد در حد متوسط می‏باشد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the rate of satisfaction of students from interacting with user interface of virtual learning software (LMS) of Payame Noor University.
Methodology: The study is an applied research which is done using the survey method. The QUIS standard questionnaire, which is one of the most popular and valid tools to measure users satisfaction from interacting with information systems is used. The statistical populations composed of 439 e-learning students. The number of samples is defined 181, based on Krejcie and Morgan table.
Findings: The results revealed that satisfaction rate of e-learning students from two indexes "the overall response users" with the average 3.66 and "the other features and capabilities of software" with the average 3.58 are high. For other indexes ("learn how to work with software", "screen", "terminologies and messages" and "software help") has a moderate rate. The satisfaction rate of e-learning students from "learn how to work with software "with the average 2.56 are low. Finally, the satisfaction rate of interacting with the e-learning software user interface with the mean 3.23 was moderate.
Conclusion: The results of this study reviled that the performance of the user interface of LMS in PNU from viewpoints of Mashhad Payam Noor University e-learning students is moderate
