چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی نگرش مدیران و کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی در مورد مهارت‌ها، وظایف و مسئولیت­های آینده متخصصان علم اطلاعات و دانش­شناسی و نیز فردای پیش‌روی این علم می‌باشد.
روش­شناسی: این پژوهش با روش پیمایشی-تطبیقی انجام شده و جامعه آماری آن کلیه مدیران و کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاه‌های دولتی مستقر در شهر تهران هستند. جمع‌آوری داده‌های این پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه‌ محقق­ساخته­ای که گویه‌های آن از متون تخصصی علم اطلاعات و دانش­شناسی استخراج گردیده‌، صورت گرفته است.
یافته‌ها: یافته­های این پژوهش نشان می­دهد که بین دیدگاه مدیران و کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی نسبت به مهارت‌های موردنیاز کتابداران در آینده و آینده علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی در ایران تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد اما بین دیدگاه مدیران و کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی نسبت به نقش‌ها و مسئولیت‌های آینده کتابداران و اطلاع‌رسانان تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد.
نتیجه­گیری: نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که دوران گذار و تغییر در علم اطلاعات و دانش­شناسی نیاز به اتحاد در عقاید آینده­ساز مدیران و کتابداران و تلفیق نظرات سازنده هر دو گروه و نیز احاطه کامل ایشان به این موضوع برای ساختن پایه­های محکم و آینده روشن و قدرتمند را مبرهن می­سازد.

چکیده [English]

Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate administrators and librarians working in academic libraries about the skills, knowledge and information science specialists, duties and responsibilities in the future of information science and the future of this science.
Methodology: The present study was a comparative survey and the population of all the managers and librarians working in public libraries, university centers are located in Tehran. The data is collected using a questionnaire made that items of information and knowledge derived from science texts have been made.
Findings: The findings of this study show that between administrators and librarians working in academic libraries, librarians in the future and the future of the required skills and knowledge of information science in Iran there is a significant difference but between administrators and librarians working in academic libraries of the future role and responsibilities of librarians and information there is no significant difference.
Results: The results show that Time of change in information science need to unity in future opinions combine their constructive comments both groups, as well as the surrounding text to make this solid foundation and a bright future and powerful makes clear
