چکیده

هدف: استفاده از تلفن همراه با ویژگی‌های پیشرفته ارتباطی که این ابزار را به تلفن همراه هوشمند بدل ساخته، بستر مناسبی را برای توسعة خدمات کتابخانه‌ای از دسترسی به خدمات ضروری تا آموزش و خدمات عمومی، فراهم آورده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی استفاده از خدمات مبتنی‌بر تلفن همراه در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی ایران است.
روش‌شناسی: طی مطالعه پیشینه پژوهش به روش پیمایشی با استفاده از ابزار مشاهده مستقیم و با رویکرد کمی به بررسی وب‌سایت‌های کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های وزارت علوم و بهداشت ایران از منظر میزان بهره‌مندی این کتابخانه‌ها از خدمات مبتنی‌بر تلفن همراه پرداخته شده است.
یافته‌ها: پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد، وب‌‌سایت کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی وزارت علوم و بهداشت ایران به ترتیب 7/11% و 6/15% از قابلیت تلفن همراه‌ پسندی برخوردارند. همچنین جامعة کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی وزارت علوم و بهداشت ایران به ترتیب 8/9% و 8/7% دارای نرم‌افزار کاربردی تلفن همراه برای ارائه خدمات مبتنی‌بر تلفن همراه هستند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بنابر یافته‌های این پژوهش درخصوص تلفن همراه‌ پسند‌بودن وب‌سایت‌ها، کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی وزارت بهداشت بهتر از کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی وزارت علوم تلاش کرده‌اند. در حالی که
درخصوص بهره‌مندی از نرم‌افزار کتابخانه‌ای مبتنی‌بر تلفن همراه، کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی وزارت علوم نسبت به کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی وزارت بهداشت بهتر ظاهر شده‌اند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The use of mobile phones with advanced communication features that makes this tool a smartphone has provided a good platform for developing library services from access to essential services to education and public services. The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of mobile-based services in Iranian university libraries.
Methodology: In this study, the research was conducted using a survey method using a direct and quantitative approach to investigate the extent to which the libraries' websites of Iran's Ministry of Science and Health have mobile based services.
Findings: The results of the research show that the academic libraries of the Iranian Ministry of Science and Health have %11.7 and 15.6% mobile-friendly websites. Also, in the society of academic libraries in the Iranian Ministry of Science and Health %9.8 and %7.8 respectively have mobile library application for providing mobile-based services.
According to the findings of this research on mobile-friendly websites, academic libraries of the Ministry of Health have a better position than the Conclusion: academic libraries of the Ministry of Science. While the academic libraries of the Ministry of Science are better than the Ministry of Health's academic libraries, with regard to the use of mobile library application.
