چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش تعیین و مقایسه میانگین مؤلفه‌های مهارت‌های ارتباطی و ارتباط آن با ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی در کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهرستان کاشان است.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش، به روش پیمایشی تحلیلی صورت گرفته و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد مهارت‌های ارتباطی کوئین دام است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کتابداران کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی شهرستان کاشان بوده که تعداد آن‌ها 40 نفر است. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق تحلیل عاملی مورد تأیید قرارگرفته و میزان پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر 84/0 تأیید شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داد‌ه‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون تحلیل واریانس) صورت گرفته است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که مهارت کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهرستان کاشان در مؤلفه بینش نسبت به فرآیند ارتباط در حد مطلوب و در رابطه با سه مؤلفه ارتباط توأم با قاطعیت، کنترل عاطفی و توانایی دریافت و ارسال پیام در حد متوسط و در رابطه با مؤلفه مهارت گوش دادن در حد ضعیفی قرار دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین جنسیت و مؤلفه‌های بینش ارتباطی و قاطعیت، بین سن افراد و مؤلفه‌های کنترل عاطفی و قاطعیت، بین تحصیلات و مؤلفه‌های‌ دریافت و ارسال پیام و کنترل عاطفی و درنهایت بین سابقه خدمت و مؤلفه‌های دریافت و ارسال پیام و بینش ارتباطی روابط معنی‌داری وجود دارد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش بیانگر این است که میانگین مهارت‌های ارتباطی افراد مورد مطالعه در وضعیت متوسطی قرار دارد و بین ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی آن‌ها مانند سن، جنسیت، تحصیلات و سابقه خدمت و میزان مهارت‌های ارتباطی آن‌ها رابطه وجود دارد.

An Evaluation of the Status of Study among Working Study of Communication Skills of Librarians of Public Libraries of Kashan and its Association with Demographic Characteristics

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine and compare the communication skills and their relationship with demographic characteristics in librarians in public libraries of Kashan.
Methodology: This research was conducted using an analytical survey method, and data collection tool was Queendom's interpersonal communication skills Questionnaire. The statistical population of this study was the librarians of institutional public libraries in Kashan, a total of 40 people (total librarians). Validity of the questionnaire has been verified by confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability has been calculated and validated by calculating the Cronbach's alpha with coefficient of 0.84. Data analysis is done by SPSS software at two levels of descriptive statistics (percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (variance analysis).
Findings: The findings of this study showed that librarians of public libraries of Kashan have a moderate communication skills status. In such a way, these individuals in the component of insight toward the communication process are desirable and in relation to the three components of communication with decisiveness, emotional control and the ability to receive and send messages are at moderate levels and in relation to the listening skill component are weak. Also, the results of the analysis of variance for each of the demographic characteristics with the communication skills are confirmed, so the relationship between them is confirmed. It should be noted that there is no correlation between the listening skill and the demographic characteristics of the statistical test.
Conclusion:The results indicate that there is a relationship between demographic characteristics of librarians of public libraries in kashan such as age, gender, education and service history with the level of their communication skills and their average communication skills are in a moderate state.
